This Castle St Collection was centrally located and was perfect to see all the Liverpool attractions and to go to restaurants and shops. It was very spacious, clean and comfortable with all amenities. The bed was comfortable.
The booking process and prior arrangements were onerous and frustrating when travelling without wifi. Whilst everything needs to be safe and secure, this process seemed to be "over-the-top"!! Check-in was fine once we arrived but getting codes for the lockbox, front door and apartment keys and having to pay a £150 bond seemed to be excessive. If worried about your clientele, I can only suggest that you personally meet them. We did not meet any staff although emails were always promptly answered.

Usually book hotels but decided on an apartment for daughters graduation Castle street apartments popped up on booking .com at an amazing price for 2 nights I can honestly say the apartment exceeded our expectations it was very grand and spacious spotlessly clean and so much room was more like a penthouse apartment I would highly recommend and will definitely be staying here on any future visits to Liverpool.
Loved everything location and all was great Only advice I can give is to leave extra toilet rolls for guests as I had to go out to purchase some but apart from that we all had an amazing stay.

Great location, spacious rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped. Beds are big enough for two people to sleep comfortably in each bedroom.
It was at the very top of the building and there is no elevator in the building. My friends and I are all in our late fifties and it was quite challenging to climb the stairs few times per day. All the window frames in the apartment were covered with mould and there were no signs of any attempts to remove it. Just the opposite - the windows were covered with curtains so that the mould can’t be seen. There is no hair dryer and no bedside lights in the bedrooms.

It was literally in the centre, so close to everything! The docks are a few minutes walk, as are the shops. There is a Greggs, a Costa and mini Sainsbury's right on the door step. Its surrounded by such gorgeous buildings too. The staff we had contact with were really lovely, it was a very easy experience. The apartment was spotless, the bed was so comfy!
There is no lamps. It was the big light or darkness! It was really loud! There is a bar directly below playing music until at least 1am, but it IS right in the centre of town.

The flat itself was superb and an excellent value for money. The decor was great -- clearly they know their audience -- and it was spacious, clean, well-located, and had lots of natural light. The appliances were fine apart from the telly, which had lousy reception, but that wasn't a big thing for us. There was a user manual for every appliance EXCEPT the washing machine, which was the one appliance that was not intuitively obvious to me (as an American visitor unaccustomed to European clothes washers). We found the heated towel/drying bar very useful, I wish those were standard in American hotels.
I would have given this booking a 10 but for two small issues and one larger one. (1) The guest portal for communication with the management company was useless -- I sent a message asking a few questions on the first of our three nights and never got a response. (2) As noted above, the television reception didn't really work. (3) The one large issue is that the rubbish bins for the pub next door are located right outside the bedroom window. Although everyone in the building observed the quiet hours, the pub emptied a huge number of glass bottles into the bins -- making a very loud crash -- at 1 am every night except Friday, when it happened at both 1 am and 4 am. It was impossible to sleep through that crash.

It was a good appartment in a perfect location. Close to everything and just a couple of minutes to walk to The Beatles statue, The Carvern Club and the shopping streets. Many good restaurants in the area and at least 2 mini-markets. We lived on the 3rd floor and we had no problem with sound from the streets. The rooms were big (2 betrooms, 1 living/dining room and a kithcen) and the kitchen was fully equipped. Schampo, conditioner and shower cream was available in the bathroom and extra towels. It was easy to get access to the appartment and we provided good information and fast answers from the host prior our trip.
There were no table lamps or bed lamps next to the beds, so you had to turn off the light next to the bedroom door and then find your way in the dark to the bed. A lamp next to the bed would be nice in order to be able to read a good book before you go to sleep. We received the chek-out information a little late, but did a "revers check-in", which I later noticed was the correct check-out method. The check-out information could be written in the information packaged provided in the appartment.

Clean and functional apartment in excellent location. Room was very quiet despite being on a busy street. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed and sofa with an excellent TV with Netflix and Freeview. We could not make radiator in living area work. I reported this and on our return to room they had left a portable heater which was great service. Very smooth online check in and key code entry. Would definitely return if visiting Liverpool again.
A 'Good Basic' apartment would be 'Excellent' with just a few small additions. For example there were no bedside lights for reading. No mood lighting in lounge just harsh ceiling light. No coffee or side tables in lounge for drinks and a few coat hooks in hall and cushions on sofa would be great.

The apartment offers exceptional value for money, and I would definitely choose to stay here again during my next visit to Liverpool. It provides comfortable living spaces, including well-furnished bedrooms and a living room and kitchen, all of which contribute to a peaceful, quiet and homely atmosphere. Additionally, the apartment's location is highly convenient with handy shops just across the road. The property's online pictures accurately reflect the apartment's size, enhancing the reliability of what is offered. The location is excellent, and the process of obtaining the keys was hassle-free. Overall, this apartment is a superb choice, combining convenience, comfort, and value.

The property was HUGE. I was only staying for 1 night, solo traveling & I was not expecting such a huge place. There were 2 large bedrooms with double beds, a very large open kitchen/ living room area & a medium sized bathroom. The location was also fantastic, an easy 15-20mins walk to Liverpool Lime Street station & close to the docks. Perfect spot if you're in town for a few days & want to explore this amazing city.
Not the most modern, but for what you pay it was more than adequate. The only annoying thing was receiving about 10 emails after booking, each with different info on the property, the keys, the door code, the city, checkin & check out. It was hard to keep track getting an email so often.

The location was perfect for my visit, only 10 mins walk from the train station . Very spacious apartment and beautiful bathroom There is a Sainsbury's local across the road which was very helpful I felt very secure at The Castle Collection and woukd definitely book again.
My apartment was at the side of the building and there was a bar next door which was very busy and the music was loud enough to hear in the bedroom , nothing that putting my earbuds in didn't sort out though 🎧
