The breakfast was amazing, cereal, fresh fruit and yoghurt. Followed by a full English, the quality of the food was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble. We took our toddler grandson and Betty and Ian were so helpful and accommodating. The room was great, good size, nice views and very clean. Lots of nice touches. We loved the private bathroom which was a great size. We used the garden in the evening which is beautiful. Nothing was too much trouble. They are so knowledgeable of the area, can give recommendations and went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable.

This was the first time I stayed at Agar House. I stayed for 3 nights in September and have just booked to go again this week!! Everything was lovely from the beautiful garden to the delicious breakfast, lovely clean and comfortable room and most of all the wonderful hosts Betty and Ian! They were so friendly and welcoming. The guest house is on a lovely quiet road with lots of parking and is a short walk from all the amenities that Llandudno has to offer. I'm looking forward so much to my next stay!

I couldn't find anything that I didn't like.

We loved our stay at Agar House. The breakfast was lovely, really hot and prepared well. We liked the extras that can be added to the english breakfast & the fresh coffee :) We felt welcomed, and at home which is ideal for a B&B! We stayed with our little boy and it is the first time staying in a B&B with him, we felt the B&B was ideal for a young family, highchair and cot was provided. Breakfast was offered for little one too. The area is ideal, with the beach and sea front close by and a lovely pub round the corner. The staff at the pub were also really welcoming. We will be returning and have recommended Agar house to our family and friends.

Breakfast was good but don't really like pre order system. The neighbourhood was a bit noisy in the daytime , dog barking next door. Our room was very hot, no air con or fan in the room . And disappointed that the bathroom was separate from the room , it was for our private use but wasn't ideal. Dietary needs did not prove to be a problem , went above and beyond to purchase in advance. Room was very clean.

Excellent, quiet location offering easy on-street parking and access to the town centre. The accommodation was lovely, very comfortable and immaculate, with host Betty being really friendly and thoroughly helpful throughout my stay. Gorgeous breakfast on offer too with plenty of choice. Would highly recommend this accommodation!

A wonderful place to stay, only 0.4 miles from the promenade. Breakfast was very tasty and enjoyable, full-english / smoked salmon and egg, everything was yummy. The family room was very clean and comfy, linen and towels were lovely and fresh. Also the Wifi was strong enough. Ian and Betty were wonderful hosts and couldn't do enough for us. All in all a very enjoyable stay, we will use Agar House whenever at Llandudno. Thank you Ian and Betty.

Stayed in a family room located at the top of the house - unlike many other places the stairs are easy to manage(not steep) even with kids and luggage! The whole house was spotlessly clean. Breakfast very filling and plenty of choice. Parking on street but even on the busiest of times (we went on the Victorian Fair bank holiday weekend) it was easy to get a space. Great location. Quiet at night but only a short walk from shops etc.

Nothing to dislike, would stay again in a heartbeat!

I'm only going to confirm what the other comment's have already said about Agar House. Ian and Betty are very good at what they do, they run the show as a perfect team, they are attentive, caring, welcoming and funny and my Daughter didn't want to leave this lovely home from home. I'd recommend anybody staying here, families, couple's or single people travelling around on their adventure's.. Careful with the beds, they are far too comfortable, they make you never want to get up. Thank God the sunrise on the beach forced me out of bed each morning to start my day!! Thank you for taking care of all of us and making my daughter feel so comfortable and happy during her stay.. my little one is a very shy one but she has come home hoping she gets to see Ian and Betty again some day. Job well done!!!

Having to leave...

I again can only echo what others have said. Very friendly hosts, Betty and Ian will go out of their way to help if you have any problems or need any help. Excellent breakfast, full English was a treat. Rooms are comfy and clean. 10 mins walk to Main Street.

Shower in room 3 is a little tight, but the water pressure was good and it’s workable. Also some creaking floorboards, more annoying than a major problem. Located in a residential area, no private parking, just on road so bit of a lottery but again not a deal breaker.

Agar House was the ideal holiday destination for my wife and I. Ian and Betty were the best hosts you could ask for. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfasts were superb and really set you up for the day. The location was nice and quiet, and ideal for walking into the town, the beach and for travelling around the area of north Wales.
