Paul and Christine were lovely hosts and very helpful and super friendly. Their B&B is kept in very nice condition and they go the extra mile to help us out. They allowed us to drop our luggage off in the morning so we could freely explore Llandudno before checking in at 4pm. They even allowed us to have a room before the official check in time as they could see we had travelled overnight on the Ferry/train and we were very tired. I would definitely recommend and come back here again. Thank you for looking after us and we really enjoyed our trip. Also the location is a few roads down from the main sea front, this suited us perfectly as we could choose between walking to the main Sea front (Pier etc) or to the West shore beach in the opposite direction (which is a lot quieter). The main streets including Augusta St and Mostyn street (main street) are far enough away from the noise but not too far away to walk. Perfect location for us!

Christine greeted me on arrival. We had a little chat while we waited for my partner. I felt at ease from the moment I entered. The decor was amazing and the lobby was calm, clean and well put together. Christine was lovely and very kind to upgrade as we were there for a special reason.

The hotel was lovely and really welcoming. When you entered, the reception area had really lovely lighting with soft ambient music playing. The room was lovely, clean, tidy and the view we had of the Great Orme was outstanding. The Location is spot on, really quiet and not far from all amenities. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again if we ever re-visit the area

A very clean and comfortable room. We had the room with separate sitting area which has a great view. Hosts were easy to contact and welcoming. They checked the room and gave extra items, such as towels, whenever required. It's in a great location just a few minutes walk to town or beach. Really recommend!

I had the pleasure of staying with Paul and Christine recently, and I cannot express enough how wonderful my experience was. When I arrived, Paul and Christine welcomed me together at the door, making me feel right at home from the very start. Their hospitality and kindness were truly heartwarming. The room was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a perfect retreat after a long day of exploring. What truly stood out, however, was the genuine care and attention Paul and Christine showed. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, offering helpful tips about the local area and always being available for a friendly chat. The location was fantastic and quiet.The room was very spacious which included a lounge and bathroom. Facilities were excellent- tea and coffee with biscuits. The room was clean and fresh including bedding and the bed was very comfortable. Had a good night sleep. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choices. The hosts were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Looking forward to returning in the near future. Thank you.

The hosts where exceptional and so friendly. The location was brilliant and the house was beautiful, very clean and the room was very spacious. We would go back and happily stay there and recommend it to anyone who want a lovely accommodation. Thank you we had a wonderful weekend.

There was nothing I didn't like

Friday to Sunday break we booked room 10 which was lovely, a bedroom with superking bed which was very comfortable with a small seperate sitting room with 2 comfortable chairs good television and tea/coffee making facilities and a separate bathroom with electric power shower. All in all a really nice little suite, very clean. The owner was very welcoming and let us park on the drive as there was no room in the street. Would recommend Seren Villa due to its location, just a short walk into town and the overall ambiance and comfort.

We stayed one night 16th March. The staff were lovely, couldn't do enough for you. We were shown to the room and Christine explained where everything was and where to get extra tea/coffee etc. What a lovely idea to have them presented nicely on each landing. The facilities in the room were exceptional - even a protective mat to put straighteners on etc. and coasters. Christine kindly provided extra pillows and 2 soft blankets. Very clean. We had the Attic Suite and it was very roomy. Lovely to have a sofa and chairs so you could watch TV in a separate part of the room. Even another chair by where the tea and coffees were. Christine even brought my son some biscuits, as we were there for a Swimming Gala. Thank you so much - he loved them!.

If I am honest, there is nothing really I didn't like. I would have to be really nit picking to mention anything wrong. It is really nice to find such a pleasant Guest House at a very reasonable price in a town I now might as well call my second home, so safe to say I will definitely be back.
