The staff couldn't do enough for you, very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Loved the Saturday night with the live music in the bar, not over powering, very relaxing and had good vibe. The beds were comfy, the shower was good pressure and great that had a bath too. Lots of parking Restaurant was nice and the food was lovely, service was great.

I didn't like the road noise, we stayed in the coach house, windows are not double glazed so really noisy as it's a busy road in the daytime, at night it does go quiet so no issue then.

Lovely friendly staff, great welcome from receptionist on arrival. we had afternoon tea and it was lovely, lots to eat and very tasty in a pretty atrium / conservatory room which was light and airy. Room was clean and large. Nice shower. Breakfast was good and breakfast staff were lovely, friendly and we were well looked after. A very pretty hotel with lots of lovely flowers on the way in. Plenty of parking.

Bit of a scary elevator that creaked! Thought it was going to break down. The singer in the white dinner jacket forgot all the words to his songs and sang so badly that we all went to bed early. That’s a good way to empty the bar!

My friend and I spent a few days at this hotel. The staff was wonderful from reception to breakfast and bar. It has all the amenities you can ask for and it is well maintained. On a sunny and nice day there are plenty of outside areas to lounge and sit. Bar and restaurant is ample, comfortable and beautifully decorated. We had a twin and it was quiet and comfortable to sleep. plenty of spaces to park when we visited and well located to wander aroudn the Gower Peninsula.

Layout. Not a big deal. To go to the lift in one section of the hotel, you need to cross the bar everytime. The entrance is a little bit confusing but this is my own observation and it is not meant to be said in detriment of the hotel which is otherwise, really good to stay on.

Very nice hotel, very nice attentive staff, great facilities & very good food. Room comfortable & a nice size, with a separate seating area. Even met & had discussions with the owner who was very happy to tell us about the interesting hotel history & some of its past guests, we felt privileged for the opportunity. Nice village with plenty of walking areas about even tried the locally brewed beer.

Stayed in the cottage next to the hotel. Nice clean room. bathroom was nice and clean also. Bed comfortable. Had an evening meal in the restaurant, went for the steak offer with wine. The steak was delicious, would, highly recommend. Breakfast the next morning was also lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. We also used the pool and jacuzzi. Enjoyed our night away.

The main door to get into the cottage was a bit tricky to open with the key. No ironing board in the room. But I'm sure if we asked in reception they would accommodate.

when we arrived we spoke to the receptionist, apparently we were supposed to stay in the coach house which is outside the building. When i explained i have some medical conditions, she changed our room for inside the building .She was very helpful as we needed more coffee for our room .so she took our coffee up to our room She made us feel at home straight away. Personally i think she should have a bonus or something ,as she knows what she is doing ,very courteous ,polite and more than willing to help you out. Also the head waitress she was excellent as well .she had a lovely personality and you could see that she enjoyed doing the job .Breakfast was excellent ,i personally didn/t like the carvery but everyone else did , im just a fussy eater. Please look after your staff as they are all brilliant . you are personally licky to have a good team working for you . Thankyou

Room was really comfy and our evening food meal was very tasty. We were attending a birthday party celebration and this went really well with a lovely buffet.

When we arrived there was no-one on Reception for a short time. Eventually sorted out after a little confusion. We had an evening meal--plenty of choice and food was really good. However, service was rather slow. We attributed this to the fact that there was a large function taking place at the same time and staff were very busy, but a little disappointing for us.

Spacious room, comfortable bed and good sized en suite. Bonus of the leisure facilities. Good buffet breakfast. Excellent value for money

Housekeeping needs to be a bit sharper. Only 1 set of towels for 2 people on arrival (swiftly remedied) and hospitality tray was short of tea and milk. Attention to detail! Hairdryer didn't work and a leak from the sink (reported to reception on departure).

Firstly the woman who greeted us at reception was really lovely and immediately made us feel welcome. The room completely exceeded our expectations. It was modern and light with amazing black out curtains. The bed was huge and comfortable and the waterfall shower was amazing. At breakfast there were loads of options, it was all delicious and the staff were really attentive and friendly.

The only improvement was that in the evening it was difficult to find someone who could get us an iron. There was no one on reception and the bar staff weren't sure how to help. Once we got hold of the right person, they were very helpful.

Room spacious, beautifully clean, very ultra modern looking. Breakfast served in Trubshaw's very classy restaurant , help yourself to all that's on offer, lovely selection of fresh fruits - melon, mixed fruits, etc. Enjoyed being in the bar/lounge area having food/drinks and playing cards. Nice atmosphere, very relaxing. Bar waiter very friendly and helpful. Spa was accessible whenever you wanted. Pool on the smaller side, hut tub, steam room and Sauna all great. They also lent my mother a woggle for the pool which she had forgotten and can't be in pool without!

The only thing negative for me was the pretty soft bad mattress, I do have a back issue and would have loved a firm mattress.
