My mum and I stayed with Nigel and Jane for 2 nights. We only wish we could have stayed longer. The property is beautiful, the room was spotless and every detail taken care of. Super comfy beds and amazing shower!! Jane's breakfasts were a delight, made with so much love and quality, and we loved being entertained by Nigel's stories and information each morning. We had 5 weeks of bed and breakfast properties and Pontyclerc Farm was by far the best. Next time we will stay much longer. Lovely memories! Loved making friends with Rosie and Jasmine, the donkeys!

A wonderful family-run farmhouse B&B. Be prepared for a warm Welsh welcome. Nigel and Jane were the perfect hosts making our stay just that more special. The room is cosy and comfortable and a superb breakfast is provided – choice of Traditional or Welsh. Don’t forget to try the variety of jams. We would have loved to stay longer to make use of the common rooms especially the period style lounge. Free and safe on-site parking is provided – always preferred when using a rental vehicle. Carmarthenshire, Swansea, Gower Peninsula and Pembrokeshire are just a short drive away. Sorry we did not get to meet Rosie and Jasmine.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at your accommodation! The location is simply perfect, nestled in a picturesque setting that made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms and bathrooms were impeccably finished, and we couldn't have asked for a more comfortable and inviting space to relax in. One of the highlights of our stay was the delicious breakfast prepared by Jane and Nigel. Their culinary skills truly shone through, and we felt like we were treated to a gourmet meal in the morning. Speaking of adventure, our group of six arrived with our motorcycles, and we couldn't have been happier with the support we received. When one of our friends had a clutch issue and couldn't continue the journey the next morning, Nigel stepped in to save the day. His quick thinking and expertise got the motorcycle repaired at the local garage, Big AI's Bikeshed, in no time. Thanks to Nigel's efforts, our friend was back on the road with us after just two days, and we continued our incredible journey together. Overall, our stay was a memorable experience, thanks to the perfect location, beautiful accommodations, and the warm hospitality of Jane and Nigel. We can't thank you enough for making our trip so enjoyable, and we'll definitely be recommending your place to fellow travelers!

What a beautiful place with such lovely owners. The property is so nicely cared for and decorated incorporating traditional welsh style and materials. For a family of 5 we had two rooms and stayed for two nights. The beds were very comfortable and rooms very clean. We really enjoyed the selection of breakfast, everything was delicious and the table settings/presentation was the cherry on top. We had a warm reception and after a long journey our rooms couldnt have been better. We can't wait to return.

The warm welcome and wonderful Welsh breakfasts.warm welcome; the hospitality of the proud owners and extremely good service, especially the tourist information. We were also very fortunate to have been in Carmarthenshire with 7 days of sunshine.

This place is exceptional!! I really can't rate it highly enough! It was immaculately clean, comfortable, warm in temperature and in welcome! The breakfast was beyond excellent.. honestly this place is an absolute gem and I can't recommend it enough. From the friendly warm welcome to the excellent beds this is a must place to stay at!

Absolutely nothing, we loved it all. I can't say anything at all in this section other than we will definitely be booking again as it was an absolutely fantastic place.

Love the farm setting. Nigel & Jane were wonderful and very hospitable hosts. Large ground floor room was very clean, well-appointed and comfortable, and the bigger bed was certainly welcomed. Great choice over breakfast with views of the garden. Parking close to the entrance made it easier with the rain. The donkeys are a real feature for we city folk. Thanks heaps for the stay.

It was a beautifully renovated home, and our hosts were so very kind and welcoming! Jane prepares a very tasty and varied breakfast and the fresh and colorful cut roses were a treat for the eye as well! Lots of loving care is visible and palpable at Pontyclerc! The rooms had everything you could possibly need and were immaculately clean! Exceptional stay!

Nothing not to like!

Lovely old farmhouse that has been beautifully converted to B&B accommodation. Clean modern room with every creature comfort, whilst keeping the cottage charm. The most extensive breakfast menu we have ever seen, including a separate vegan menu, all freshly cooked by Jane. Amazing homemade jams and granola. Jane, Nigel and Fay are friendly caring hosts that really made us feel at home, and we were very sad to leave. We’ll also miss Jasmine and Rosie the donkeys, who were always pleased to see us when we came home with a bag of carrots! 😁 Hope to return next time we’re in Wales x

Everything was perfect!

The farmhouse was easy to find. Jane & Nigel were very welcoming. Breakfast was lovely. The tea & coffee making facilities in the room were a cut above the usual. It was nice to have a lounge to sot in, which was full of information & maps to take out with you. An excellent place to stay.

There wasn't anything we didn't like.
