Everything about this stay, the breakfast service, room service, the staff at reception were so accommodating. The location was perfect; it was quiet. When asking for a chemist, the reception staff assisted us with the nearest one. When we had to travel out of the city on a day the trains were on strike, they assisted us with getting to our destination. A perfect stay, I would stay here again. Exactly like in the pictures.

It was perfect.

This is the second time I stay in this hotel in London. The location is really good, close to the main attractions in the city and theatres. The room was clean and quiet. Good quality of bed and pillows. Bottle of water in the room, that I really appreciated, good quality of coffee, biscuits and tea. The Breakfast was really delicious with lots of choice. The staff was really helpful and nice from the check-in to the check-out!

A little thing: I would prefer to have a blanket on bed in summer as sleeping with a duvet is hot unless you keep air conditioning on at night, that there is in the room, but I turned it off as the temperature in the room was perfect without it during the day.

Really friendly and helpful staff. We felt very welcome and valued during our stay. The rubber duck for my child was a really nice touch. Great location and beautiful hotel. Great food and service.

My only critism is that the TV channels didn't work at first. When I rang reception about it I didn't find that member of staff particularly helpful. Seems its a known and regular issue in the hotel and despite offering to come up to turn the sky box off and back on, I didn't feel very happy with the response from this particular person. This was unusual though, compared to the kindness shown by all other members of staff we interacted with.

The Apex Temple Court Hotel is off Fleet Street tucked in a quiet and charming courtyard. Dining is available here outside, or also inside, and the food was good. The bar was nice too. We were upgraded to a larger room which we appreciated due to the amount of luggage we had. The hotel is in a great location that makes it convenient to walk to a West End play, to St Paul's, or across the Millennium Bridge to the south bank. The staff was helpful and very polite.

Very comfortable hotel. The location is quite perfect to discover London, though the closest metro station needs some minutes of walk. Room comfort, sound isolation and equipment are nothing but great. Nothing is missing from cofee machine to bath robes. Bathroom perfect with shower and tub. Outstanding quietness, though the windows are wide. The proximity of the City may be an advantage for professional travellers.

Front desk people need more training, as they are a bit slow and inefficient. It took us 1/2 h to get the rooms because we had 2 reservations grouping 2 couples, despite we notified in advance to merge reservations. Same lack of responsiveness when you need an umbrella or for some small details. Nothing really serious, but not quite at the level expected from a 4-star.

This was our second time staying at the Apex Temple Court Hotel. After staying there in May 2023 we wanted to stay there again the next time we came to London. The lady at reception was very welcoming and professional, and after telling her that this was our second time at the hotel I asked if it was possible for us to have a complimentary room upgrade, which she was happy to give us. Our room was comfortable and roomy, with a large window overlooking the central courtyard. The hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance of the theatre district.

The only very minor issue was the toilet seat in the en-suite which wasn’t soft close so you had to be careful when opening or closing the toilet seat and lid.

Delightful, friendly, helpful and professional staff. My room was clean and very spacious, the combination of a bath and shower together (I used both), the availability of a safe (I used it), the kettle and a top-class coffee machine (I only used the former). Most of all, I wanted a peaceful night's sleep with no distracting noise (the walls effectively block out any external noise). The location was perfect for me (my sole purpose for staying was peace of mind for an appointment next day in the immediate vicinity).

The pillows for the bed were a bit bulky and large for my taste, and the mattress was softer than I like (I like a more spartan, firmer mattress) - but these are purely my personal preferences, and should not be considered as in any way criticisms. One of the saucers for the cups was mildly unclean - so naturally I asked myself if the cups and teaspoons were properly too clean too. If a shower cap was provided, I missed it (I brought my own anyway). Above all, I think the shower itself should have had more grip rails, both in and outside the shower cubicle, to prevent potential slipping, so a non-slip mat (or feature) is advisable in my opinion. One of the bedside lights needed attention (but was functional).

The room was lovely, the shower facilities were fabulous. I loved the dressing gown and Slippers available. The hotel felt like luxury as soon as you turned off the street. We didn't eat in the hotel as we were out exploring London. The location was perfect. It was only a few minutes walk to a tube station or to the River Thames and then also only a 13 minute walk to Covent Garden. It was a bit pricey but it felt like a treat. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely return.

Nothing. Maybe if the price was a bit lower but I understand that all of London is gone very expensive.

This hotel is probably the cleanest we have stayed in while visiting london. Not only was our room clean but also the communal areas, reception, restaurant and bar. The beds are large and comfortable ( we stayed in a superior room ) The room was larger than some we have had in london, the toiletries were very good quality, the little extras in the room were a nice touch, Nespresso machine, tea & coffee facilities, cookies, hairdryer ( proper one ), iron & ironing board, shoe horn and shine kit, extra pillows, very lovely quality bath robes and slippers.

Unfortunately one or two members of staff just gave off vibes ‘of i dont wanna be here’ Not particularly friendly, quite short and abrupt. HOWEVER, most staff members were very warm and delivered excellent service.. so this wouldn’t put me off booking here again… just felt it a shame as everything else was so good with our stay.

Always stay in this hotel. It is ideally situated between st Paul's and Covent Garden. Only a few minutes walk to either and also close to underground and Temple underground. The Thames embankment is directly behind the hotel. There is plenty of outside space for a quite drink, service from the bar is available outside too. Very quiet courtyard at rear and sunken quiet gardens to the front, some rooms are accessible from the garden area which is lovely and private . Bouvier street council secure safe parking is near by and is around £15.00 per day. Give this hotel a try I guarantee it's a gem and you will return time and time again. Forgot to say all staff are lovely and have been there for years they get to know you and take special car of you which is lovely.
