The twin room was exactly as described. It was very clean, with very crisp sheets and comfortable beds, though small singles. The loo was clean and modern with good toiletries supplied. The room is small, but typical of this style of property and the area in central London. We chose the hotel for the specific location close to UCL Hospital. The area feels safe. The staff member on check-in was helpful. We had to leave very early the next morning so we cannot comment on breakfast.

There was nothing we didn't like. I would say that the carpet in our twin room really needs replacing as it is very worn, but this did not detract from the cleanliness of the room or impact our stay.

I've stayed in almost all the hotels around Kings Cross/Bloomsbury (Argyle Square, Cartwright Gardens etc) so can say that the Arosfa is just that bit nicer than most. It's slightly more expensive than the ones we normally choose, and it was definitely better: the room was not at all cramped, very swish bathroom, good breakfast. And the room had a really good fan - the hotels of this type in this area are often very hot in the summer and I was really impressed that the Arosfa has dealt with this problem. It was very late and rather wet when we stayed so we didn't get a chance to sit in the garden (which was a huge surprise - it was very unexpected to have outside space in this type of hotel in this area). We were at the back so had no traffic noise at all. (The hotel name is Welsh btw - it means 'a place to stay').

A perennial problem - it really would be nice if every hotel in the world could sort out the bedside lights, so that everyone sleeping in the room has got a bedside lightswitch. Please!

The breakfast was fantastic. The room was really small but made an amazing use of its space. (Suitcases are on desk; more shelves and hangers are in the room) And the (single twin) bed was so inviting with its plush comforter and firm mattress that after it provided a wonderful 1 night stay, I booked 2 more nights! And the bathroom was full size and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

As said the room was small. But I didn’t come to London to sleep (although I did sleep off my jet lag); I came to see the city.

Very onvenient location. Even though the room faced the main road it was quiet and a bonus that there was a cafe in the bookshop opposite. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice for vegetarians, not just a minimal "continental" but a full buffet and the option of a cooked breakfast as well if wanted. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shower was excellent and the ensuite was nicely laid out even though small.

Stairs were managable but would have preferred a lift or stairlift and although seasonal, the Christmas decorations wrapped around the whole stretch of the handrail from the ground floor to the landing made it difficult for a guest (like me) with restricted mobility to be able to get a firm grip and support from the handrail. The bed was very narrow, more a three quarter size than a full couble, and the room was very small for a double. The extraction system in the en suite needs attention as it didn't keep the bathroom clear of steam.

Friendly and informative staff made us feel welcome. Very convenient for where we wanted to be. Much closer to West end than expected. Good facilities, small and compact, consumables you would expect in the bathroom. Breakfast was good with lots of choice - cooked breakfast was excellent. Information for local and London wide attractions. Would recommend to friends and family and we would definitely come back.

Towels were on small side. Room suitable for child and adult but would be a squeeze for 2 (larger) adults. Glass door to bathroom was an odd choice.

Amazing location, easy walk to Soho, west end, Chinatown, but also fairly quiet, no traffic noise (I was at the back of the hotel). Warm welcome on arrival, very sweet (compact) single room with great en suite shower. Nicely decorated, had a sense the rooms were all individually curated so it felt more boutique-y than most budget hotels. Great find, this will now be my go-to London hotel.

The bed wasn't terribly comfortable, but for just a couple of nights it didn't matter.

Everything was great and we loved our stay at Arosfa. It’s a small quiet hotel in a very good location just 2 blocks away from 3 different subway lines stations, which allows you to move through the city very easily. The weather was really cold outside, so it was a pleasure to come back to the hotel at night to sleep in our warm bedrooms. Breakfast, on the other hand, was excellent. You could either choose to have a light fruit, yogurt and cereals breakfast or go for the traditional English breakfast (eggs, bacon, etc) which we didn’t try because it’s too much for us. Last but not least, the staff was super sweet, friendly and supportive. We had a problem with the lock on one of our luggage and they immediately offered their help. We really appreciate it! Thank you for everything.

Nothing. Everything was great.

This was our first visit to The Arosfa Hotel and it was very good. The room we were in for one night was quite small but that did not matter as it was clean, tidy and had everything in it that we wanted. Breakfast was also very nice with plenty of choices. The hotel is situated in a good location just a very short walk to Goodge Street underground station and a short walk to Euston mainline station. Easy to get to the West End for Leicester Square and the theatres. If you were adventurous, an easy walk to the West End.

There was nothing to dislike - All was good and easily met our expectations.

The staff were amazing facilitating my stay, they put me in a really comfortable and quite room. I was having an operation while i was in London and they were really accommodating to me and my mum who I travelled with.Decent and essential facilities, tea and coffee station, somewhere to hang clothes, decent sized TV and good Wifi

The room did smell smokey/fusty a little and the carpets may benefit from a professional clean, and to be hoovered under the furniture but the stay and room were overall good.

Good location not far from the British museum. Pleasant staff. Nicely arranged Georgian house with effort having gone into the decor in my single room and a lovely view over the garden at the back. I liked the white marble fireplace. The tea making facilities were nice. Clean shower that was easy to use. I would be more than happy to stay there again

There is no lift which is understandable in a property of that age but if you have luggage do try to get a room lower down. NB: it would have been nice if all the furniture had been old instead of including the fake wood chipboard side table and shelves.
