It was perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. Cooking facilities in the hotel room was a welcome change as I love making my own food rather than eating out. Even checked the utensils and many corners of the room as I am a germaphobe but it was genuinely clean and great. Staff are very friendly. I was a bit skeptical from other reviews but it was a wonderful stay and I'd highly recommend. Perfect wifi and incredible location right infront of grocery stores and the bus stop literally at the door step.

Very friendly and courteous professional staff. Comfortable bed, clean room and great location for public transport and groceries. Staff were kind to hold my luggage until the afternoon.

Great price, clean, functional and attemtive staff. Stayed on a budget so for the same proce I would stay again. 20 minute walk from Battersea tube/overground,but on the main Rd so buses available. Battersea park 5 minutes away aswells as loads of local shops, Tesco, Bludgens etc.

The room was basic but clean and functional....only real issue was it was a very warm few days and building....our room did not have air con BUT in fairness they provided us with two fans, which more than compensated.

We were looking for somewhere close to the US Embassy as we had an 8am appointment, the hotel is 2km away and the bus stop was right outside the hotel, so perfect. We had been up since 6am, attended another appointment in the city and done a lot of walking so we were very pleased to be greated by the warm friendly staff and quickly checked in. Our room was very clean, with microwave, kettle, fridge and dining table, that were a welcome surprise. There is a Budgens store opposite the hotel that stays open until 10pm and several small shops between Battersea Power Station and the hotel, so save your money for those and learn by our mistake. The bed was super comfy and as a disabled person that was the most welcome aspect but the lovely warm shower was a close second. This hotel was fantastic value for money and just a short relaxing boat ride from the centre of town. We enjoyed exploring Battersea so we shall definitely be back again to check out the gardens and the dogs home, which we didn't have time for but were also near by.

Everything was great.

The hotel is in a great location for exploring Battersea Park and Battersea Power station. The train station was a short walk away, and the underground reasonably close by. I travelled with a friend and we felt very safe in the hotel. It was extremely clean and the room was spacious and comfortable, as was the bathroom. We used the kettle and fridge too. A room fan was provided, which was great as the weather was hot during our stay. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful

If I was to be picky, the single beds were a little narrow, but the beds were comfortable and the bedding was good quality

The undeniable advantage of the hotel is its location. The bus stop was just a few steps away. On the other side of the street, a pub and a shop. There is a beautiful park nearby. We are very pleased. The room is equipped with all necessary equipment. A large, spacious bathroom with a set of cosmetics and towels. Kitchenette with a fridge, kettle, microwave and toaster. There is an ironing board in the room in the closet, on request you can ask for an iron at the reception. Daily cleaning. Very helpful and polite reception staff who were on hand to help in every situation. Thank you for your work and making our stay in London easier.

2 min walk to Battersea Park. Nice walk through park to South Kensington. I Loved the location! The bed and linens were very nice. The bathroom and shower were very nice. The flat screen tv, fridge and microwave were all very good. The desk personnel were very friendly and very helpful. The price was very good for more or less central London.

I was surprised that the room had no window. In the end, that didn't matter, the room was well lit and very comfortable. There were a lot of marks on the wall and a duct taped light switch. Looks like some guests are pretty hard on the room. I also heard doors banging in the hall starting very early... before 5 am. They could use more noise absorptive carpet or something in the hall.

A very pleasant room, on par with Travelodge or similar, with the benefit of a small 'kitchen' area with fridge and microwave, and sink, plus the usual kettle. The room, on the third floor, was spacious enough and quiet, the bed comfortable (though I think it had a memory foam mattress, which can get a bit warm), and everything was nice and clean too. A modern bathroom with a good, but very hot, shower. Certainly worth mentioning, the staff were very polite, pleasant and helpful...very good! All in all, I'd recommend this hotel for a short or longer stay.

Watch the shower, it was very good, but best left on lower temperature setting...it can be set very hot! Just a little tip...!

The location is just perfect for access to the US Embasse, Chelsea and some of the most beautiful parts of London. Walking distance to so many things and the room is very clean, bed is extremely comfortable with very soft sheets and pillows. One of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve stayed on. The staff have been so helpful and friendly, even printing out my final Visa document for me ready for my appointment! Finally the price is under half of all the other hotels in London right now. Very happy with this stay.

Next to bus stop, nice room

They gave me room at the ground floor on first night, I asked for changes because the room doesn’t look like the picture on booking.com, nicely they agreed to move me to the another room the next day. It’s still a nice gesture and experience, but it a bit annoying to packed my stuff and move to different room after I complained about it.
