Our large and spacious room, included a sitting room, two toilets, and a fabulous view over the small Chelsea Harbour. We had expected just a bedroom with ensuite. Wonderful hotel, quiet, peaceful location with walks along the Thames. Staff very helpful. Parking nearby, two mins walk is £40, on site it is £100 but they give you directions. It is an expensive hotel, like many in London, but here I got value for money at least!

Always like a cheaper price , but it was good value compared to other London hotels I have stayed at. It isnt great i would guess for City or for West End.

Very large and comfortable suite, tastefully decorated if a little tired. However the sheer size of the suite more than makes up for that! Two televisions, large marble bathroom with bath, separate shower and separate WC room. Plenty of large, fluffy towels. Dreamy, comfortable bed, I slept like a baby. Separate A/C controls for bedroom and sitting room. Box of Belgian chocolates awaited me on arrival. Large desk for work and balcony. Staff very friendly, appropriately so, and polite. Breakfast experience one of the best I’ve ever had. Food delicious. Staff prepare toast for you, meaning it arrives warm, and you avoid having to jostle with other guests queuing up at the toaster! Great swimming pool with loungers.

I really enjoyed this hotel and I think it’s underrated. As mentioned above, the decor is slightly tired but that didn’t detract from the overall luxury. I’d return here in a flash.

Great sized family room with balcony a beautiful bathroom/shower area with robes slippers and toiletries included. The bedroom was fantastic and beautifully decorated for my 6 year olds birthday he was extremely happy to be made a fuss of! We were happy with the bed size and had a great nights sleep! Wifi was a welcome addition and the helpful service of the staff was impeccable. The breakfast next day was excellent with a good range of hot and cold meals and beverages. Thank you! I would highly recommend!

No complaints - perhaps a great touch would have been bathrobes/slippers for children :) or a teddy inscribed with Chelsea Harbour :)

Location of hotel Suite except for failure to provide disabled facilities Lobby Staff

We requested bathroom and shower facilities for my wife who is disabled but these were not provided. Along with including that request on the Booking.com form, I rang the hotel and I was assured that the disability facilities would be provided in our suite. We were very disappointed that they were not provided - this meant my wife could not shower for 2 days in London.

- Staff’s reluctance to help: they had to be prodded to step forward and support with luggage. - Restaurant staff seemed overwhelmed but were friendly: over compensating for their forgetfulness? - Internal phone lines were terrible: long waits and sudden disconnection of calls - Paid for late checkout the day before, but still had a member of staff come up to the room to check why the room was occupied 5 mins after 12pm (the usual time for checking out)! - Insincere responses to complaints by other customers experienced at the front desk.

The staff at this hotel were all exceptional. I cannot pick one single one that wasn't friendly, attentive or helpful. I must single out 3 who went above and beyond. Luz at reception, Vera in the restaurant and the amazing Leela in house keeping. This is the first hotel i have gone to and was ready on day 2 of a 10day trip to write a review on. The staff 5stars. The food 4 stars not enough variety for lunch and dinner so minus 1. The breakfast was yummy for me i had the buffet. My daughter got pancakes and rated it 3/5. The spa was ok we only used the pool and that was nice. Not cold and not warm just perfect for an indoor pool any warmer and it may be uncomfortable so it was well regulated. We enjoyed the jubliee celebration Tea special and it was a great variety and yummy scones and sandwiches.

The couch and carpets can use changing that is the only area i thot was a sorry 2/5. The couch wasn't so comfy and looked too worn i had to drape a bedsheet over it the entire 10days. The carpet had major stains and looked worn out. The rooms are very basic in decoration for such a hotel that has a stunning view and location but to be honest, the outstanding service by the staff made me forget the superficial stuff. Will definitely stay here again and again.

Furniture (especially) items covered in fabric in the room and restaurant were looking worn, and a little shabby for a 5 star venue , we have two tv' s one worked fine, but the one in the sitting room was not showing the basic BBC, itv ch 4 stations (room 703 ) this was an upgrade room with balcony, which was a positive. We had room service using the App, but only 1 main meal out of two ordered arrived

The breakfast was great and clearly very popular as they had to keep refilling items. You do have to ask for coffee and toast etc it wasn’t offered to you but the staff are all accommodating and it was no trouble. Made us feel very welcome.

It was a great trip and is a great hotel. Parts of the furniture in the room could do with a slightly deeper clean or maybe touching up slightly. The cost of overnight parking was quite pricy but it is London so is to be expected.

Staff at breakfast service need training. Not attentive in the slightest, they don't come over to offer tea/coffee...you have to holla them down. Also can be quite rude, I asked for a pot of soya milk as theres loads of pots of whole milk on the table, she told me to go get the jug of soya milk, asked again can i just have a small pot, proceeded to tip whole milk out of pot on my table and said go fill this up...again i said please can i have a fresh pot of soya milk, then she went and got it. Getting a cooked breakfast is kind of like getting an arm workout with the big pots with no where to put the lids down. Spa isn't great, no jacuzzi, full of kids, one sauna didn't work, masseuse nearly broke my arm.

Big problem with breakfast : at 10 am all the stations for hot food were empty and took 20/25 min to be refilled Even cheese was not available ! Very disappointing when you are hungry and meal charged at 25 pounds + Management was kind enough not to charge us for that Special thanks and congrats to Smita reception supervisor and a gem for the hotel !
