The location is very central to Paddington station & underground. The breakfast was very tasty although some people were asking for sausages or cheese but we were sufficiently fed each morning. Choice of tea or coffee & given a croissant every morning

Although breakfast time suited us some guests arrived after the designated time (7-8:30am) which could have been overlooked as the staff didn’t know what time any guest arrived at. One morning there was only bacon for breakfast - no eggs or beans

Great location -- 2 blocks from Paddington. Easy walk to other tube lines. Safe, quiet neighborhood with good dining options. Clean room. Odor-free. No AC. Bathroom was new, nice, clean. Wifi was easy to access, fast, and reliable. Friendly and helpful staff allowed me to stow a bag in their office before checkin--then worked to expededite cleaning of my room by a couple hours, so I could check in early.

Carpet a bit dated/dingy looking, but nothing bad. Spring-loaded front door was loud when people exited, or entered building. Room might be a bit small for couples on a lengthy stay. Very minor deficiencies.

Close to Paddington Station (LHR and Central London). Breakfast included in separate building.

Hotel is two separate buildings. Breakfast was across the street and ended a litttle earlier than most.

Location is excellent, very accessible to London via train or cab, but quiet and near Hyde Park. Room was well appointed and clean, breakfast was wonderful.

We were ok but the room/bathroom we stayed in would not be good for someone who is fairly large. There is no lift so you have to carry your bags to your room (although bell hop helped us and I felt bad because my suitcase was very heavy). The room was nice and efficient but the bathroom is VERY small with a very small shower. My husband and I are of medium build and height -- anyone a bit above medium would have trouble fitting in the bathroom and esp the shower.

The location was ideal for me being close the station and the restaurants inn the area. The breakfast on offer was nice, The staff were very friendly and eager to help with any issues I had. The ground floor room I had as their was no lift.

The breakfast whilst nice was served across the street and the room where the breakfast was served in was very small with limited capacity. The bathroom shower had no provision to put shampoo or soap anywhere. Their was no face cloth provided.

Recently decorated room and nice bathroom, but small. Window opened (yes!), twin beds (yeah!), someone at reception when you rang the bell, quiet leafy street. Biscuits with tea tray, but you are not supposed to bring food or alcohol into bedroom, fair enough.

The breakfast times are early (7-8.30 on Saturday), and we had to queue. However, this meant we could talk to nice couple while doing so. It was very efficiently served, lots of fruit and cereal as well, masses of toast and the staff were ultra quick. I suppose they make the best of the cramped room, so be nice and patient.

The location in relation to Paddington Station is excellent, availing the traveler easy access to all things London. We enjoyed the relatively quiet neighborhood and easy walking distance to public transportation. The staff, especially Flavio at Reception, and all the folks in the dining room were always courteous and helpful. The English breakfast is excellent every day! We'll be back!

The rooms and bathrooms are tiny, as expected, but in good condition and clean. Towels were replaced daily.

The breakfast was certainly adequate. Location is great since it is three minute walk to Paddington Station with all kinds of transportation. The front desk reception person Flavio was just great…friendly, welcoming, caring and at the same time very professional! He even fixed my cell phone the morning I was leaving! The guest house is lucky to have him!!!

My room did not have a single hook for coat or the towel! And I stayed on the top floor —without a lift or anything! Good exercises!! :).

Room: clean and comfy beds; private bathroom. Location: convenient to get to from Heathrow (Heathrow Express to Paddington Station, then walk a couple of blocks). Area was nice, quiet, close to Hyde Park. Easy to get to anywhere else in the city via the Tube or bus system. Breakfast: Cooked breakfast every day included with room. Staff: front desk staff (especially Flavio) were great. Gave awesome dinner recommendations. Allowed us to store our luggage after we checked out on our last day.

Room: Small room, no frills. TINY bathroom! As in you can sit on the toilet, brush your teeth, and stick your feet in the shower tiny. Shower stall was so tiny, it was difficult to bend down to wash lower parts of the body. Also, they do not have air conditioning, but have one fan in the room. Breakfast: Same breakfast each day. English Breakfast was some version of bacon, egg, and/or beans. A little more variety would've been nice. (They did have cereal and fruit as well)

Lovely, clean hotel in perfect position, close to shops, nice restaurants or fast food outlets. Very handy for tourist buses and Paddington tube station. Staff were always very polite, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The cooked breakfast was good and very quick. Our room was cleaned every day and towels, coffee, tea and biscuits were all replenished as necessary. We thought it excellent value for money. We will definitely stay again.

There was nothing serious to dislike - just a few more hooks for hanging coats etc. in the room and one or two hooks in the bathroom would be handy.
