Reception staff were friendly and helpful

The bathroom space was very compact and the bath not big enough to fully lie down. The dining room was small and cramped. no seat available when went down at 9.15 am. A flexible time to 11 am would be better for those who are on holiday, getting up for 7 am breakfast while on holiday is not my idea of fun 😊

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our first room was on the second floor, airless, and one of us is pregnant, the other had ankle injury. In the first night the receptipnist have hos own air cooler, even brought it to our room. On the next day they changed our room close to the entrance, which had bigger opening windows and better bathroom. We were really pleased. This was my second time in this hotel, and will definately come back. The hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from Paddington station. There are pubs and small shops nearby, also buses. With the Heathrow express you can get to the airport within 15minutes, or the new Elizabeth line van be used. Breakfast was good, tea and coffee were provided in the room.

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. Beds were comfortable.

Room was quite tight for 3 and luggage. The staff did however offer to keep cases not being used at reception. In our case unfortunately we'd travelled from Thailand to UK to Gran Canaria and back to London, so things were all over the place :)

Great location many restaurants and cafes near by, Hyde Park just 10 minute walk away, staff were very friendly & attentive! Comfortable bed, great breakfast, good value for London, we'll be back..

Shower a bit small, but used to that being 6 foot 5.

Room : a bit small, clean, and everything was provided and functioned, but quite a bit small ... Location : quite good, 5 min walking from Paddington train & tube stations, Breakfast : very kind lady, correct English breakfast, fortunately with Tea ... Staff : helpful, kind, respectful, thanks to them ! : )

Coffee at the breakfast (filtered coffee, and reheated ... ), I know it's difficult to get a good coffee (and very likely expensive for a hotel, but the re-reheated coffee ... Bathroom in the room was so small ... I understand real estate is a big issue in London, and every place is so optimised ... By anticipation, warm-wise in summer, I think the room will be unbearable when the weather will be very hot in summer ...

A really nice and cosy hotel, only a minute walk to Paddington St. with Hyde Park just around the corner. The room was quiet and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful. I really recommend this establishment. I enjoyed my stay at Kingsway Park Hotel.

The bathroom and toilet was maybe just a bit too small. The radiator in the room should have been dusted before used for heating. I also recommend a ringing bell outside at the front door, so that one is able to reach the staff in the evening as well.

Everything. Loved the sauna, used it twice even though I stayed one night. Never had a hotel so good value with this facility, amazing. Super convenient location and they even have parking for a super cheap £15 for the day, which is the price for 3 hours on the street in London. Great breakfast, food isn't cheap in this area so great to cover that first meal of the day and see you through till dinner.

No lift, but they do say that on the booking page. Ask for a low floor room if you aren't good with stairs.
