Friendly hosts, very good location near tube and bus stop, walking distance to Hyde Park and Holland Park. Modern and nice bathroom, simple and functional furniture with everything you need for a short stay.

A bit noisy due to the road. Some other residents were a bit noisy and some slamming of doors.

The best location with Earls Court Underground just a 2 minute walk. Earls Court is on the direct line to Heathrow AirPort and to major London sites. A bus stop right outside the door, and a five minute walk to a host of fast food chains, pub’s and restaurants. The room is small, but has everything you need, a great bathroom and mini kitchen. The staff are super helpful and friendly.

The lift is broken so if you are not physically able to carry your bags upstairs, maybe ask for a room on a lower floor. But the perks of the location to Earls Court out weighs the negatives.

The place was cute and clean, the room, although small, was very ergonomic and convenient, with enough space for our belongings. It had a nice aesthetic, and despite its size, it provided all the necessary amenities for someone looking to have a light meal or enjoy a coffee. Another highly positive aspect of this accommodation was its very convenient location.

The fact that it is located in a noisy street with poor sound isolation. There was noise from outside and there was no way to darken the room in the morning due to the bright curtains made it difficult to sleep. Another inconvenience was the broken elevator, which required us to climb two flights of stairs to reach our room.

The hotel was located in a great area that is not so far from Earl's Court station so it's easily accessible within walking distance and it is close to a Tesco superstore for all your supermarket needs and restaurants are just around the corner as well. Anna the hotel manager was very kind and fulfilled our request right before the day we travelled to the hotel which made our stay comfortable.

The room was quite small but it didn't bother us much as it had all the facilities we required, although to be aware the walls are thin so even just a general conversation can be heard from the room and door locks are automated but need to be closed with forced and it can be loud. The hotel is located next to the main road as well so be aware it will be noisy throughout the day.

I loved that it was in Kensington. It was a 2 second walk from Earl court station (if you leave the tube station the correct side haha) which has good connections. I also liked the fact that we got access codes and could check ourselves in, it was an easy process. The room was on the smaller side but it was enough. We didn’t spend much time in there aside from sleeping/getting ready etc so we were happy with it.

The only thing we didn’t like was how busy the road was. We managed to still sleep well over the weekend as a whole. The noise starts in the morning (around 7) but if you had earplugs you’d be fine!

I stayed here at the beginning of my UK trip and at the end of it and I just have to say that the staff was amazing. They were friendly kind and quick at responding. The location is amazing because you have an underground nearby (earls court) which takes you to many tourist attractions and to the airport. The rooms are small but, you use it for what it is, to sleep rest and get going. The area is really nice and calm you have several food places and stores close by. Thank you to the staff for helping us out😁

Everything was just perfect. The room was comfortable, clean and warm with all the necessary appliances. And even though it is located on a main road we didn't mind it and enjoyed the view 😊 The staff was amazing and really helpful with everything. We were able to leave our luggage there for couple of hours after we checked out without any problem. Will give them 10/10 any time
