Very good location, closer to Earl’s Court and West Brompton - and have a lot of shops and restaurants in the vicinity everything you need is available in short range. Safe area, easy to book an Uber which comes straight in front of the hotel. The single room located at third floor was enough for one person. I had my two giant suitcases inside but only one could open at a time due to space issue. There’s a window there aswell in case if you need cool breeze, fan can be provided on special request (just like I did) The staff is super nice, as it’s a 2-star hotel; even then they have tried their best to accommodate me in their own capacity. As I was checking in late, they sent me a code to self check in which was super easy, they also located through pic where my keys are at the property so I can pick them up and get inside the room.

There aren’t any security cameras. The property doesn’t have lifts so it can be a big problem for people carrying two or more suitcases as you have to bring them upstairs by yourself. Single rooms are only available at third floor. And one in the basement As before 3 pm and after 8 pm there’s no staff available at the property in person but they have emergency nos on which you can call. At the luggage storage room there are no surveillance cameras either, so if someone picks it who you can’t track them.

The location staff and breakfast were great. My room had a sewer smell and shower went off when another room took A shower. Old building and obvious plumbing issue. I asked for discount since I smelled sewer gas all night. The nice young man said someone would email me of course nothing. I wouldn’t stay here again but nice location near museums.

The hotel was very pretty, with a wonderful location and helpful staff. Even during the heat wave in London and being given a room at the top floor, by opening the windows and using the fan they provided, the room’s temperature was good. Everything was clean and comfortable. We arrived after 8 pm and they were responsive and helpful to accommodate self-check in. We would definitely stay here again!

Important to keep in mind that the hotel is a Victorian house, which means that you would necessarily need to climb some stairs to get to your room and there is no lift. Yet, I’m sure that they can accommodate a room in one of the first floors if needed.

I had a pleasant stay at the Paramount Hotel. The location was perfect, only about 5 minutes from Earl's Court Station. There is a Tesco superstore nearby and Co-op and lots of food options as well. The room was very clean and comfortable, perfect for my 3 day 2 night stay there. The room also had a microwave and mini fridge which I found very useful as I could store my leftovers for the next day. The toilets were clean with just enough soap supplies provided.

Unfortunately, on the day I arrived, there was some problems with the water heater so there wasn't hot water on my first night. The issue was quickly resolved by the next morning. As my room was on the basement level, I could smell smoke when people were smoking outside. Shouldn't be a problem if you're on the higher levels.

Location is perfect as Earl’s Court station is 5 min walk in a busy location, pharmacy , takeaways coffee shops etc. all are nearby. Not far from major train stations. It is a value for money hotel. You get what you pay for. Of course you can hear the neighbors next door. But if you are staying just for the night and roaming in the day, this place guarantees a comfortable sleep. Clean sheets and towels were available. I am claustrophobic hence the small window for ventilation was not enough for me. Rest I loved it and would definitely book it again. Perfect for solo travellers. Stairs are steep and goes all the way up to 3rd floor and maybe there is a 4th floor as well. Hence I would recommend people with problem in climbing or walking to not book, or atleast ask the hotel to accommodate you like wise. Because with luggage it can be difficult for some people. There is no lift.

Soundproofing maybe. Lift for convenience to accommodate specially abled people.

We went to a concert in Hyde park and this hotel was a 3 min walk from Earl’s Court train station which took us right to Hyde park entrance. so pleased with the location. room was clean. peaceful nights sleep in comfortable bed. weather was extremely hot in london when we stayed and a fan was supplied without even having to ask. all these little things made it a great stay. good value for money and exactly what we wanted. thank you.

smallish room but didn’t bother us on a whole. for the money we paid we were happy enough. great stay.

It was cheap, room was large and had hair dryer, ironing board, iron, fridge, microwave, fresh clean towels and bathroom amenities. Compared to hotels I have stayed at as cross London in similar price ranges, it was far better value for money and generally better overall.

On the night in question, check in was supposed to be by 6pm due to an issue at their end, to be fair to them they sorted a late check in even though I was late letting them know. I guess as I am used to 24 hour check ins I took it for granted.

The hotel was very clean and in the perfect location for seeing the sights in London. Only a 5 minute Walk to the nearest underground station and everything you need for a secure base.

The hotel was very clean and I wouldn't be able to say much negative about it. The only small issue was that the decor was a little outdated, but the bathroom was in excellent working order, we had clean towels and amenities, (including a microwave and fridge) and the bedding was so comfortable.

Girl was lovely who checked us in, was very simple getting to location, check in and check out very fast and straight forward, very good value for money!

I thought booking the standard room meant the nicer looking bedroom on the site, but I had one with steps in and my boyfriend is 6ft 5, so wasn’t ideal for him, hit his head on the ceiling a few times where the bed was located up the steps/stairs, but we managed!

Conveniently located near Earls Court tube station, and I found the room to be perfectly adequate generally speaking. Good Shower and a nice amount of space for the price compared to some other places in London I've stayed. It was also nice and clean. Would happily stay again if I was in this area of London.

Main thing is the bed and pillows - they weren't the most comfortable I've experienced, but it could certainly have been worse. The TV also didn't work in my room, which we didn't have a massive issue with but others may do.
