Location was excellent. Having a studio meant we could have a breakfast and some meals in the Hotel room. I am Coeliac so finding gluten free food can sometimes be a problem. Pizza Express was right beside the Hotel, which had gluten free options, was a bonus. Easy walking distance to Convent Garden, the West End and the Underground. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Complimentary coffee was lovely. Were offered a complimentary breakfast but did not need this. Staff helpful and friendly. If we'd stayed longer would have used the launderette or gym.

Wish the price was less but we booked a studio with a kitchenette and it was in the centre of London. What we saved, by preparing some food in the Hotel room, saved on the overall cost of the Hotel Room.

great location, I have stayed here many times with family and on my own. I feel safe, its close to Tube station, walking distance to Oxford St. Covent Garden and supermarket across the road.

The room is decent size, clean and has small kitchen, the lobby is really nice, as if it was our living room, free coffee and tea at any time, staff was really helpful. Location is amazing . 2min walk from the underground, it has central line and picadelly line, which makes it very easy and mostly direct to reach any location. Two bus stops close by as well. You can find supermarkets , pharmacy cafes near by, and you can reach oxford street, covent garden and places walking

Window rooms are small which led us to open the lights at any time of the day.

Location is fantastic. A stones throw from Holborn station and 8 mins walk to Covent Garden. Local supermarkets and coffee shops all around Hotel is easy to miss from outside as it’s just a doorway, but inside is large and spacious Reception staff were very friendly and welcoming . Really helpful and so polite . The room was an apartment - and lovely and spacious with everything a person needs for the trip away from home: Fully equipped kitchen. A bath , separate toilet, separate lounge and bedroom

The bath was a bit dirty and no one wanted to get in it for that reason. I rang reception for a spare duvet for the lounge sofa bed to be told it was in the sofa itself. The only thing in there was the sheets. No duvet at all. By the time we got back from NY celebrations it was too late to have realised this- having taken the night staff word and it meant quite a cold nights stay for the sofa bed person :

My daughter and I stayed here for 5 days. It was an excellent location. You can see the Holbon station from the front of the hotel. There are 2 main lines that run there so it was easy to get around. It was about a 8-10 min walk to the Covent garden area. There's superdrug, Sainsbury & Little Waitrose (for food shopping) as well as other coffee and restaurants on the same street as the hotel. The room had a microwave, kettle, fridge and stove top. Pots, pans, and cutlery, etc so that you didn't have to eat out every meal. Free coffee and tea in the lobby area and lots of spaces to lounge that wasn't your room. Appreciated having two twin beds. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Everything was to our liking so I have nothing to complain about.

The location was absolutely perfect, everything you could need on the door step, lovely restraunts next door. Everything you could possibly need in the rooms. The lobby and coffe area was lovely and immaculate, the staff were friendly and helpful. I like the way you access the hotel and lifts, its very secure. It felt very safe too. Would 100% stay again and reccomend. Was very good value and a perfect base for us seeing multiple shows and sight seeing.

If im going to be very picky, The only things in our room I could fault was we had an accessible room and the chair in the shower had what appeared to be black mould over the legs/feet and some of the edge of the shower tray had some too. Didn't make the shower very appealing having to stand next to it - the rubber feet of the chair could have been changed/cleaned. Couldn't fault the cleanliness of anything else. If it wasn't for that and one of the plug sockets had a screw not in properly so it was loose in the wall there wouldn't have been anything to improve on or fault. We was very happy overall

Crockery and glasses were limited on 2 of everything ... all small - seemed like a silly economy No idea why there was a dishwasher not an oven - didn't apply to our stay but the reason to have self catering is so you can save on the odd meal - so kitchenette should be better eqipped Would not be good value for 2 people Shower was a bit weak

Our room was spacious and had good facilities. We enjoyed having a fridge with a freezer compartment but didn't use the hob. It was good to have a safe too. The free coffee in the lobby was good and the staff at the front desk were helpful, particularly when we asked for a late check-out. Having to use a card to enter the hotel or use the lift made it feel more secure than some places.

The ice machine in the laundry was out of action for the duration of our stay, as was one of the lifts which led to lloang waits at times. One of the beds had clean sheets but what seemed to be permanent stains. The bathroom had some mould which needs attention.

Spacious and clean room/apartment with a small kitchen.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need including cutlery,plates,glasses etc.The location is fantastic in central London with Holborn tube station just across the road.The staff was helpful and friendly.I will definitely come back and stay again!

I liked everything about my stay. Can’t think of anything I didn’t like. I stayed as a single traveler so price of stay was a little high but if there’s two or more sharing it is obviously much better value

Small rooms but very well equipped. Full kitchen and appliances, including dishwasher. No washing machine in rooms but very impressive, clean and modern laundromat available in common area. There is a heated towel rail in the bathroom which helps with small laundry items. Lots of well planned storage and shelving available in rooms. mirrors everywhere to make room seem larger. Close to Holborn station (2 lines) and walking distance to Tottenham Court Road (another 2 lines).

A bit aged and worn. Peeling paint in well used areas such as doors and lift frames. Breakfast is very simple and there is no choice of eggs.
