It's another time I'm staying at this hotel, in this case with a large group. The hotel once again met our expectations. Nice rooms, cleanliness, quality of sleeping, kettle, coffee, tea, fridge, tv, and excellent interenet - deserve a mention. All the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and courteous. Special thanks to the ladies who cleaned the rooms and served breakfast! The hotel is in a prime location - 10 min. from the metro station See you next time!

Clean room and shower little small even for a single, good area close too were i needed to be .

Sparse continental breakfast, prefer English, ran out of coffee and had a little bit of an issue with the staff in that i only drank coffee and I had paid for the breakfast and it was all I wanted. Was told theres tea, I don't drink tea, begrudgingly found a few sachets of coffee. Not good arguing with a customer over this ,which could easily be solved by going too a local shop and buying a jar... their deliveries are not my problem I paid for a service I expect that service to be fulfilled, but otherwise the staff were friendly.

Great location being only a short walk from a Tube station. Staff were friendly, professional and very hard-working. Rooms have everything you need and the level of cleanliness was to a high standard.

At times other guests could be on the loud side although as someone who has stayed here several times it simply just depends on luck of the draw with who is staying at the same time. Upper floors are only accessible via stairs, not a huge issue and oddly adds charm but can be a little more difficult if you don't travel 'light'.

The location was a little walk from the tube but we didn't mind. The room was basic but clean and had fresh towels, shampoo, soap and a hairdryer. Shower was lovely and hot, so was the room after having the heater on for a very short period of time. The staff were lovely, brought us extra pillows when we asked and served a basic but nice breakfast. They looked after our luggage after check out so we could do more explowithout all the bags. We would stay again 😊

Even though the check-in might be a little confusing as you're suppose to do it in a different place, two doors down the road, the place was not too bad at all :) I've only seen the staff at two occasions, but both times they were very polite and they even let us leave our luggage on the day we checked out, so we didn't have to carry it around all day. Location wasn't bad neither. It might look like you're quite far away from central London, but actually you can get there in around 20 minutes (probably less if you walk fast :). The underground station is literally 5 mins walk away, but if you want you can catch a bus right next to the hotel and it will take you straight to the tube station (2 stops if I remember correctly). If you come there by car you might struggle for a parking spot as I haven't seen any car parks nearby and all the surrounding street were packed with cars. It seems that the area is pretty safe as I was taking very late walks everyday and not a single time I was feeling scared. Can't say anything about food they serve (don't even know if they do it :), but you will not die of hunger there as the street is full with food shops. There's even a big Tesco just around the corner (2-3 mins walk). The room we had was quite small, but there was enough room for 2 people to do whatever they like without hitting each-other (unless you're planning to break dance :) It was pretty much spotless when we checked in and they also do cleaning and towel service on a daily basis, so you won't end up with a wet towel to use :) There was no problem with hot water even when two ladies were using the bathroom, which took forever :) WiFi was quite fast. Don't know if it was fast enough for home office, as I wasn't using it that much, but it was more than enough for browsing and video calling.

Not so much the hotel itself, but there were some loud noises during one night as we kept the window open. It was just one time and it was surprising as the neighborhood seems to be quite safe. I guess I could've closed the window, but it was extremely hot and I do not like to use the AC (there was one in the room, but I can't say if it was working or not).

We were a group of 12 people and booked some bedrooms. Some of them were a smaller than others but taking into account the prices of the accommodation in London, this hotel is quite ideal. Quite confortable and well located.

The breakfast was good but could offer more variety. The pillows were not very confortable.

The location and cleanliness was great. It was secure and was small but efficient. Beds were pretty comfortable and we liked that there was a hairdryer and coffee and tea available in the room. Was a 10 minute walk to Hammersmith station and there were a couple stores and places to eat nearby. Housekeeping comes every morning.

Wasn’t able to access Wi-Fi at all. The stairs were a pain since we were on the third floor. Continental breakfast consisted of cereal and that’s about it. Light over mirror in bathroom didn’t work.

The breakfast was great and the staff were very jolly and welcoming. The location was convenient for Hammersmith tube station, and not too far to travel to the Southbank centre. The room was small but adequate for one person.

The only thing lacking was a bathmat. I don't like being given lots of unnecessary towels but a little bathmat would have been useful.

This is a super hotel for budget travelling, nice and clean room with private bathroom for a very good price. Location is great, 10 minutes walk from Shepherd's Bush and Hammersmith tube stations. There was a mini fridge, microwave and a kettle in the room, together with some tea bags, coffee, sugar and milk ready - a pleasant surprise after a long day in the city. Breakfast was modest but enough to feed you until lunch. I would gladly stay again.

Sometimes you can hear voices of other guests from the hallway or from the neigbouring room. I did not like my pillow - it was very thin, but it is really only a tiny detail.
