The location was very good for the london stadium where we were going to a concert. It was even within walking distance. Also within walking distance was a westfield where we enjoyed a shopping day. In the westfield there were also a lot of interesting restaurants and places to eat out in the day and on the evening. I had a lovely stay even though it was quite short. Also the breakfast was really nice and well organised. I would stay there again. In addition to this, even though we were on a busy road, once we were in our room with the window closed it was really quiet and soundproof.

The only thing I didnt like was the fact my stay was so short! If I am picky, I could say that as the view looked out over a main road, it wasnt very scenic. But honestly, other than having a better view, my stay was really comfortable and I had no complaints.

This hotel is perfect for ABBA voyage which is only a 10 - 15 min walk away. There is good access to Westfield shopping centre and the tube/train station. The property was clean, tidy and comfortable. They use Dove toiletries in the rooms, tea & coffee facilities and a TV in the room, an Iron and ironing board to use and air conditioning. The lift is efficient or you have the option to use the stairs. The restaurant downstairs offers ABBA happy hour for food and drink which was reasonably priced.

Breakfast was extremely busy which cannot be controlled by the hotel. It’s probably best to go earlier rather than around 9am - 10am when we went as there were no tables. The hotel personnel went out of their way to make us space to sit down for our breakfast.

It was everything that I expected. No unpleasant surprises. Our room, as well as the rest of the hotel, as far as we could see, was in good condition. Everything worked. It was nice and warm. The staff - from those working at the reception desk to those in the restaurant to their colleagues in charge of cleaning - were all friendly, responsive and helpful. The food was also good - both breakfast and dinner. Also, as a Londoner, I can appreciate the location. Only a 10-min walk from one of the most-connected stations in London.

In hindsight, a mini fridge in the room would have been good.

Perfect location to the Olympic stadium, clean, tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful. An easy and comfy stay, 100% recommended!

Only minor but as a coeliac, gluten free food is always difficult wherever I go. The staff were helpful with breakfast, I had gluten free toast. But would of like a few more options. Some hotels have cereal options and separate cooked breakfast. Buffet style food can be a dangerous risk of contamination. Also the only restaurants around were at the shopping centre, we ate in the hotel one evening, the only gluten free meal option was salmon. I like salmon and it was tasty but not much choice. My brother had the lasagne which was very flat and microwaved. Otherwise an amazing hotel and stay.

Good location. We liked the breakfast. Rooms were were spacious and beds comfortable.

Car parking arrangement were inadequate for the size of hotel and I don't understand why there was no option to book as this impinges on the ability to plan ahead. There was a car park across the road, which we used. However, we would have gone there straight away if we had know in advance that there was no room in the hotel car park. Instead, it took us 30 minutes to drive to the car park in exceptionally busy traffic to access the car park that was literally 3 minutes walk from the hotel.

The stay was pleasant, apart from check-in and check-out there was no need to deal with any other issues with the staff. The rooms were clean and even though we had windows facing the main road, we didn't hear any noise. If you don't require true luxury, but rather comfortable accommodation primarily for sleeping and sightseeing in London, I would recommend this hotel.

There is nothing fundamental that we didn't like. The breakfasts could be more varied and the food mix could change from time to time, but if you're not a foodie, you'll still get your pick.

We got a nice room on the quiet side of the hotel, as requested. The beds were excellent, the shower had decent water pressure, and the breakfast was good if a bit crowded - but we could have gone earlier, which would certainly have helped that. Also a very nice location, a less-than-ten-minutes walk from Westfield Stratford, the train/tube station and the Olympic Park.

As mentioned, the breakfast got crowded, but that's almost impossible to mitigate, and there were signs to tell us when we should be eating to avoid the crowds. The bathroom showed its age, but it was clean and functional.

Room was very clean. Buffet breakfast plentiful with hot and cold options. The staff were very quick to restock any items needed e.g. fresh croissants, fruit, bread etc. Location ideal, within walking distance of Stratford underground and bus station as well as being close to a bus stop. The hotel had printed maps available on reception to show how to get to the ABBA Arena which was helpful. Met up with family and asked for the rooms to be close together which the reception staff ensured happened. All the staff throughout the hotel were super helpful and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

Location: We chose this hotel for the ABBA arena (it was a 10 minute stroll) it also had the added benefit of being close to the Westfield shopping center and Stratford station. We needed a comfortable room for 3 nights, and that's exactly what we got, a very clean, quiet, comfortable room that served a good breakfast. The room: it wasn't the reason for the visit (ABBA was). It was a good size, warm, 2 comfortable single beds. The bathroom was a good size, everything was clean and worked, with tea & coffee (unlike some other places). Breakfast: Not a huge hot selection, and there could have been a choice on eggs (scrambled or scrambled) but it was all hot and fresh. Plenty to choose from if you wanted cereal or pastries (they need to invest in a proper toaster) tea and coffee selection was very good

Didn't have a good selection of beers and on the 3rd night ran out completely :-(
