The location was great, close to shops. Also reasonably quiet. We were allowed to enter our room before time and we were upgraded to the penthouse which came with the huge balcony, where we enjoyed more sites. Rooms are clean, and the staff are excellent in helping with any issue. No problem was too big or too small. They also had a complimentary breakfast with was really nice too.

If there was anything l would have liked a broom or a brush and shovel to tidy up a little, even though the rooms are serviced daily. Also the kitchen needs better knives. these are just small issues l had personally.

The apartment was spacious and clean with friendly and helpful staff.

There was traffic noice through the night.

Great location as only 10mins walk from Westfield shopping centre and restaurants This also gives great access to Stratford International station with great over ground and underground links. Room very well planned giving maximum space along with a small kitchen area containing hob and microwave. Pastries and drinks available free of charge in the morning. Electric charging points available in the underground car park. Avianca on reception superb. Real service excellence

After nearly a year of staying here on and off , the longest stay was for over 6 months and it became my home away from home . Really friendly and helpful staff at the Stratford branch , both mangers are super friendly and helpful and the desk staff are incredible to say the least especially Avianca , kelvina and Naana are always happy to help with any needs and have made me feel very at home here . Always look forward to returning to rooms as I’m greeted with genuine warm smiles upon my return . The area is perfectly located near public transport and the local shops. Rooms are always cleaned daily and are very quiet . The gym downstairs is perfect for afterwork workouts. Also the free continental breakfast in the morning is spot on .. Oh also there the hot chocolate machine is 👌 Overall the staff here have made me feel very welcome in east London and I look forward to my next visit .. 100/10 ❤️

Having to stay elsewhere other than Roomzzz

I stayed in the design suit and the balcony and views were outstanding !!

I would’ve liked the tv to be a smart tv ,, for the money you pay especially for the suits It would’ve made my experience a lot better if at the end of the day I could unwind and watch Netflix on the tv

Staff went above and beyond, reasonably priced, spacious, clean and comfortable

Stratford is not the cleanest area as the streets were filled with litter. However that is not influenced by the property. The only reason why I ranked it 9/10 is we could not figure out the dryer function, unfortunately, even with the assistance of staff. They did offer use of a different option. There was only one unit each of the general-use washer and dryer. For a larger aparthotel like Roomzzz maybe 2-3 stacked units may be a better option for multiple guests.

The staff were excellent. Always willing to provide assistance. We absolutely loved the location. Real close to Stratford Centre & Westfield Shopping centre. Also the the Stratford station was about 11mins walk if you chose that option (with bus stop just 2mins away). My teenagers loved the park opposite the hotel because they could stroll across to play football & basketball.

There was this issue with the plumbing. I can't tell what it was but there was a challenge getting hot water most days. It would be a good thing to get that sorted.

Apartment was great, clean, well equipped, air con fab, parking excellent value, grab and go breakfast lovely, public area relaxing and great to meet up with my son’s girlfriend’s family with no restrictions.

Area very rough, but convenient for our son’s student house. Oh and my husband would have liked a loo brush in the bathroom!! Would like a pre visit inventory as we brought stuff we didn’t need like washing up liquid and dish washer tablets, but we were short of loo roll, and we didn’t know if rooms were serviced into the price!

Location was great for the activities we had planned and the apartment was great for myself and partner and also our daughter. The two bedrooms and the ensuite and full bathroom meant our daughter had her own facilities other than a sofa bed.

The take and go breakfast had bread and pastries to take up to your accommodation but unfortunately had no butter/margarine or jams/marmalade.. The reception on the TV was hit and miss but as we were out all day it didn't spoil our break.

Cleanliness

After 10pm I've been left for a long time outside the hotel while trying to enter into it: the man was at the reception and didn't even notice me. I entered just because another guest had the card to enter into it. I was nearly going away upset and disappointed because I couldn't do the check-in and everything and I was already thinking to book somewhere else.
