The location was great, close to shops. Also reasonably quiet. We were allowed to enter our room before time and we were upgraded to the penthouse which came with the huge balcony, where we enjoyed more sites. Rooms are clean, and the staff are excellent in helping with any issue. No problem was too big or too small. They also had a complimentary breakfast with was really nice too.

If there was anything l would have liked a broom or a brush and shovel to tidy up a little, even though the rooms are serviced daily. Also the kitchen needs better knives. these are just small issues l had personally.

The apartment was spacious and clean with friendly and helpful staff.

There was traffic noice through the night.

The room was excellent, but daily housekeeping would have been preferable. As the room is compact, regular cleaning and tidying are necessary to maintain a sense of comfort and organization. The breakfast was adequate, but adding butter or jam to accompany the croissants would be a nice touch. The location is outstanding, with Stratford station and Westfield shopping center just a short 5-minute walk away. However, the surrounding neighborhood might feel a bit underwhelming for first-time visitors to London. The area is diverse, with a significant immigrant community, and it isn't particularly well-maintained. Nonetheless, the convenience and accessibility of the location make it a practical choice.

Pleasantly surprised....the studio apartment was immaculate and spacious with cooking facilities. The concierge was excellent, polite, knowledgable and felt as it they actually cared!

the hotels car park is underground and only allows vehicles to park which have a height of under 1.9m which wasn't suitable for my vehicle so I had to park 10 mins down the road which wasn't ideal. This car park is obviously suitable for most 4x4s etc but a prior warning would've been appreciated.

Though not in the city centre, this hotel is easy to access by both public tranport or car. There is a secured underground parking with dedicated space for motorcyles and bicycles. The hotel room is decently furnished, with some basic kitchen appliance to make it more apartment looking. The bed is comfy and it has a bit of view depends on which side you're facing, as the building is higher than most around it.

The furnitures in the room start to show its age, though the building looks quite new. Especially the bathroom definitely needs a refresher. All hotels are expensive nowadays, and the value for this hotel is only mediocre.

Very convenient location if you're going to the stadium. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful (receptionists were both lovely!). Room is a good size, comfortable, and has everything you could ask for. Croissant and hot drink in the morning are a good touch!

Not the cleanest and the room we stayed in needs some TLC. If you want a little more privacy, I'd suggest asking for a higher floor room as the one we stayed in was opposite to a bus stop and people kept looking so we had curtains closed all the time. Busy weekend in London, I get it, but a bit overpriced too.

The staff were excellent

We chose this hotel because we were going to the ABBA Voyage concert. We are very satisfied. Good apartments close to Stratford transport hub. I have never stayed in London so far from the center. A new and positive discovery for me. I definitely recommend this hotel. For London, the price and quality are super. Big shopping mall and everything else close by. Since we flew through Heathrow, getting to Stratford was easy via the Elizabeth line. I liked everything!

Fantastic location within reach of everything you would need; supermarkets, restaurants, park, station etc Clean and spacious rooms. The gym is great plus! The 24/7 free coffee machines in the lobby are such a brilliant idea

Didn’t provide enough toiletries including shower gel. Could have used an air freshener as well. The gym, while not crowded and spacious lacks some essential equipment. No bench for instance. Could have provided kitchen towels as well or napkins.

After nearly a year of staying here on and off , the longest stay was for over 6 months and it became my home away from home . Really friendly and helpful staff at the Stratford branch , both mangers are super friendly and helpful and the desk staff are incredible to say the least especially Avianca , kelvina and Naana are always happy to help with any needs and have made me feel very at home here . Always look forward to returning to rooms as I’m greeted with genuine warm smiles upon my return . The area is perfectly located near public transport and the local shops. Rooms are always cleaned daily and are very quiet . The gym downstairs is perfect for afterwork workouts. Also the free continental breakfast in the morning is spot on .. Oh also there the hot chocolate machine is 👌 Overall the staff here have made me feel very welcome in east London and I look forward to my next visit .. 100/10 ❤️
