The location was exactly where we wanted to be. We got to the hotel a bit early and were very greatful that they had a room ready for us. The staff was an excellent team who all seemed to respect each other and were very pleasant and engaging with us. Breakfast was fresh and good with an attentive staff.

The room was very small and the A/C did not initially work. Being on the ground floor the room looked out onto the ally full of trash with a construction crew working just below the window. As many of the workers were smoking having the windows open for ventilation became unpleasant. The A/C issue was addressed as soon as we brought it to their attention.

All of the staff were excellent, the hotel was clean and the daily cleaning of the room was brilliant. The hotel was a bit more expensive but it is in central London so you save on transport costs. Breakfast was excellent buffet style and the staff are so great and helpful. There was nothing that was to much trouble. We had an evening train home, the concierge stored the suitcases and arranged a taxi. Overall, brilliant stay would highly recommend. Will never stay anywhere else in London.

The lunch and evening menu is quite restricted, especially for vegetarian but the food was cooked really well. Wardrobe space was quite restricted in room, as we stayed for five nights we had quite a lot of clothes. This was not a major problem.

We had to find emergency accommodation on 30 September 2023 and Holiday Inn was a second attempt. The staff were incredibly helpful and understanding of our situation and for that we are forever grateful. This was the final stay at the end of a 7 week holiday and the first thing that went wrong. Like I said the staff went above and beyond.

The carpets were stained and dated. The towels were thin and thread bare. The cost was outrageous, and on top of that we had to pay additional for breakfast. The Wi-Fi did not work for the entire time that we were there and the staff gave out vouchers for the bar.

The staff, the staff, the staff and the location is excellent. From the cleaners right through to the management bent over backwards to help and accommodate one. Special mention for Andrew, one of the managers who went out of his way to help when he heard that my husband were to stay longer in hospital. Perfect location for shopping on Oxford Street and is 6 minutes walk from Harley Street .

I found nothing to fault, as the staff addressed anything I highlighted immediately. Something to bear in mind is that sometimes early morning or late at night you can here the nearby underground train.

Great location with access to all the sights and sites!  The team at the hotel were really helpful from the moment we walked through the door.  Checking in was easy and the room was brilliant.  Plenty of space for us and all of our stuff - room to spread and room to move!  The room had everything you would need for a stay .  Breakfast was good with plenty of variety.  We would, without hesitation, book this hotel again when we revisit Toronto

The only thing I didn't like was seeing the red indicator below this box that I am writing in slowly change to green as I type....there was nothing that we could fault with our stay at the hotel.  I am sure that many other people go and stay at places with the sole purpose to find fault...if only they bothered to engage with the people who run and work in hospitality not treat them and what they do with disdain and a negative outlook.  It's green now, so I'll stop

Lovwd the stay. Courteous staff, amazing breakfast, great room and excellent location. Sophie/sophjie from the reception is such an amazing receptionist. She made me stay pleasant with her excellent service and hospitality. Great stay 💥

The house cleaning would sometimes knock once and enter without permission. They should knock at least 2-3 times and if nobody answers. they should then open the door. This was the only thing I didnt like and also, gym had no weights 🙄

concierge staff not so friendly, most especially the “butler-like” man at the lobby. Not helpful at all. Not accommodating. I think he’s the same guy there when we were in this hotel in 2019. same experience so not much expectations. also, the housekeeping is not good. i have a feeling he just makes the bed but doesn’t clean/vaccum the room. the trash bin is not emptied everytime. we came back to the room with the trash the night before. and I noticed that the curtains are very dusty.

Since my friend and I went there for a concert at the London Palladium, we picked a hotel which was close to the venue. So location = top! There was a problem with the heating in our room, so they offered us another room, which was very kind! The breakfast was a delicious buffet (incl. e.g. scrambled, eggs, sausages, ham and beans, but also croissant, fruits, yoghurt, cheese...)
