This could be one of the more perfect hotels in London. It's in a perfect location (near Hyde Park, wonderful shopping, central), it beautifully appointed, and has one of the best staff we've ever encountered. From Gunther, to Lionel and the entire team - we were always welcomed and given superb service. I can't recommend it enough.

Nothing. I'm going to keep writing because the review requirements say I should share a few sentences, but I'll just keep heaping praise. This place offers an experience that is all about the details. The food is spectacular and the bar is amazing.

The staff were very helpful and professional, specially Rafael. And the location was prime and everything was super clean.

Didnt like their deposit policy in which they take approximately 170 pounds for each day im staying. I was staying for 10 days and i was supposed to deposit 1700 pounds + the amount that i have already paid for my stay. Luckily, the staff managed to do an alternative solution for this and i was happy. A bit expensive.

The location is excellent , 150 meters from Selfridges store and also in a great area of London anyway. The staff was very professional , always eager to help you or solve any problem you have, so was the concierge , always with suggestions to give you for restaurant etc. Staff is working there for long periods of time so it is a good cooperating team which is obvious at the customer. Everybody always greed you in the premises like you are special. The car of transportation is almost always available for you ( e class Mercedes ) Breakfast was great , not a buffet but personalized. Gym is very comfy with Technogym equipment. Spa premises is fine with cold pool ice plunge bath! Concluding , the Beaumont has nothing to be jealous from a Four Seasons Hotel , it is the same at great price.

It doesn’t have one more restaurant inside the premises in order to choose something different for dinner but this is minor. it is not so big as a premise as other hotels.

This is one of the best hotels I visited in London ! Staff were super helpful and friendly and service was so good . I really thank them for their wonderful hospitality and hope to stay with them again . Breakfast was exquisite too . Location is literary 2 minutes walk from Hyde park too

Kinda expensive but understandable taking into consideration it is in the most expensive and luxurious part of London.

Location is great, just 100 meters to Selfridges. Looks new. they had a great cigar lounge (outdoor) and good choices, better supply than Selfridges.

Rooms are a little bit small, so bathrooms. You don’t have enough selections at breakfast, you have limited choices. I asked the free driver service 5 times, every time the answer is sorry it is not available (for 5 days). Staff was very kind but surprisingly not smiling. Especially concierge, they did not even make an eye contact with me while I was passing???

In general our stay was very good. The location exceptional.

Check-in was very bad. We had to change two rooms, one with scaffoldings on the window and the other blind (the window totally sealed with plastics), waiting for 30 minutes while the reception manager was “looking” for another room, and when we said that we are leaving and will not check-in under these circumstances, they gave us a descent room. Attitudes like these, ruin the hotel’ s reputation.

Nice hotel at an excellent location. Close to Oxford Street but yet in a very quiet street. Rooms are comfortable with a classic touch (lots of wood). Friendly and helpful staff. Were offered courtesy transportation in the Hotel's car which was a nice touch. Would surely stay again in the future.

A surprise tax (£35 per night) at check out which was not included in my booking confirmation.

Breakfast was wonderful. Christian took extremely good care of us and made the mornings very pleasant and cheery.

The the lighting system in in room 208, were hard to figure out. It would be really helpful if some sort of little tags were on the switches so you knew what switch turned what light off. That is the only thing in the whole experience it was a little difficult.

Excellent location, short distance from Selfridges. Although its central but it quiet and very safe. Refurbished clean hotel with heated bathroom floors. Staff are friendly and lovely.

A concierge sent to one shocking restaurant. - Italian Greyhound. It wad loud, for kids sharing pizza - no tablecloths, tiny round caferteria style tables, shockingly poor. A terrible disappointment. No place for grown ups looking for a pleasant dining experience. Breakfast scrambled eggs didn't include toast - toast was extra. Left a bad impression.
