The hotel is modern, clean, elegant and comfortable. The stuff is friendly and useful, breakfast is very generous and the bar and restaurant has both good options available 24/7. It's really convenient. In a short walking distance there are 2 tube stations (Picadilly, Central) and some chain restaurant (Nandos, Burger-King, 5 guys) as well, near the 'Odeon'.

If you are a tourist coming to visit london- The location might be tricky. The hotel is located at the far end of Zone 3 and this means *at least* 40 min in the tube to get to central london (or back). The area around the hotel is industrial and the hotel itself is located on a main road. No evening stroles, no cosy bars around the corner, no people walking the streets. Once you get back to the hotel from your day - you stay inside for the rest of the evening. For me - this is a not a problem, but you should consider for yourself.

Hotel was very modern with clean well maintained facilities. Located on Picadilly Line which made travelling to attractions fairly easy Room came with a wide flat screen TV and nice comfortable beds.Bathroom was fantastic with several amenities, toiletries available. Cleaning and furnishing was exemplary and breakfast was always excellent

Some staff could’ve been a but more hospitable but overall customer service from staff team was good. Fitness centre multi-purpose cable machine was missing a hook that prevented functionality and it didn’t seem to have been noted.

Breakfast had good vegan options. Would be nice to have some vegan pastries as well. Room was a lovely big size . Shower was fantastic

Some vegan sweet options would have been good. The car park is a little expensive.

The breakfast selection was lovely. Not a fan of the scrambled eggs personally but everything else was nice. The overall vibe of the hotel was very comfortable and the area brilliant. Anyone who likes sushi and or cocktails should try the 8 bar around the corner. The staff at the hotel are all lovely and very accommodating.

We stayed in a king size room with a sofa bed but collapsed the sofa bed to make more room. Unfortunately it clearly hadn’t been cleaned beneath it. Also a pity that there was only shower facilities and no baths. Was not a fan of the fire drill which happened to be timed right after we got in from a flight around 10:30am and needed sleep but that was probably coincidence.

Perfectly clean room and other spaces. Very nice room wih comfy beds and very good amenities including a fridge, an iron, etc. Two underground stations nearby, with one right around the corner, enabling easy access to central London in around 30 min. or less. Very kind and responsive staff at all times. (They brought us an additional pillow right after my call to reception late at night.) Tasty choices for breakfast, including the Full English :) (Hashbrowns are really yummy!) Lots of seating spaces across the lobby to relax whenever you like.

Not anything serious, to be honest; however, having a bit more luggage space in the room could be fine. (There is a dedicated luggage desk only for 1 big luggage, so the others stay on the floor.) And crumpets for breakfast, please :) (I was allowed to use the toaster for my own self-purchased ones, though)

The breakfast was awesome. I was impressed! The location was the icing in the cake for me! I virtually have no negatives.

I sensed a little disdain in reception of female staff on duty the day we checked in. Her treatment of us was a bit off! My wife even asked for a refund for us to go somewhere else due to this. In addition, she demanded a refundable security/caution deposit of £30 pounds which we paid (of you asked me, very degrading for a hotel of this standard!), and to be refunded upon check out. Till date, almost a month after, I am yet to receive my money back! This is a very demeaning for Hampton image! But asides this, all else was good!

We arrived early & it was no problem to go up to our room, approx 1pm. Location is in walking distance of the underground, approx 40 into London on the tube (depending on which area you are going to). Unfortunately the station was closed on Saturday, there was an alternative bus route available but we walked up to the next tube station (Hangers lane) approx 0.5 mile. The hotel was very clean & staff friendly. Room comfortable & a small Smeg fridge, pillows definitely could do with an upgrade. Breakfast - Enough choice & does the job , more staff needed. Tables were dirty for 15minutes+, I ended up cleaning ours myself. I booked this hotel thinking it was out of the congestion charge zone, (which it is) but it is unfortunately within the ulez zone. It was our daughter's 6th Birthday & the hotel left us a nice touch in our room , very much appreciated :)

Location: 30 minute underground journey to centre of London. Tube station Piccadilly Line next door to hotel. Alternative underground Station Central Line 10 minute walk. Directly on A40 easy to drive to and to exit London. Comfy beds, hotel was clean with nice decor. On site secure parking for additional charge. Would also mention that if you have a car with you that at weekends it is possible to park for free on the streets around hotel, there is a permit and charging scheme for weekdays. Plenty of choice at breakfast

Nothing to report ideal location for our planned visit to London

We enjoyed our stay, rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. It had one of the best showers that ive used, with a lot of space. Breakfast was delicious and they cooked us vegetarian sausages on request. We also used the lounge space in the foyer which was really cozy and comfortable to do some work in. There was a convenient store next to the hotel for snacks and essentials.

It was a little far from central, so if you're planning to do a few things/whole day out, you need to factor in all the travelling time and possible changes. But the tube station is literally 1min walk from the hotel.

The room was very nice and clean. Big TV, kettle ironing board etc. The staff were lovely and helpful. My travel partner needs the use of a wheel chair most of the time, and the staff were fully accommodating to her needs. The breakfast; all you can eat buffet had a good selection and was really nice. Even had a big waffle maker, which I've never seen in hotel before. The parking facilities were good and very secure. £20 a day, not sure if that's good or not with London prices? Completly fulfilled our needs. Good location next door to the Tube and main road with bus links. However when driving in you have to go through a bit of a housing estate which is a bit out of the norm when there are usually drive ways up to a hotel. However Google maps was fine just something to note and not think its making you go the wrong way. FYI if you're traveling with a person who needs a wheelchair the park royal tube station next door isn't accessible and its about a mile and a half up the road for the closest accessible station.

The power assisted door didn't work on our accessible room and wouldn't open automatically when the button was pressed. Fortunately there were two of us so I could hold the door. However if it was just my companion, opening the door to get out would have been tricky. The mechanism wouldn't shut properly and you had to be aware to push/pull it shut or the door wouldn't lock. None of these were show stoppers for us. Super minor gripe the mugs and glasses for hot drinks and juice were tiny.. I like a proper mug for hot drinks and more than a shot glass for anything else.
