The size of the bed, it was very comfortable also. The staff was helpful and because we didn't want our room to be cleaned every day we got a voucher, either for a bottle of wine or a 10£ discount at the restaurant. It is easily accessible with the Piccadilly line, from the London center. On the first night the hot water wasn't working and I contacted them via WhatsApp; apparently it was a problem in the entire hotel. They responded quickly and informed us when the problem was solved.

The bathroom door!!!! It was a glass door that moved and enclosed either the shower, either the toilet. There was a big gap between the door and the wall, it was like having the toilet in the room.

Fantastic, friendly staff. Great rooms and facilities. Secure parking with security. Great location for tubes into Central London. Appreciated the offer of a £10 food voucher, or a free bottle of wine to accept the environmental promotion of not having housekeeping clean every day for my 2 day stay.

The TV switched itself off every 10 minutes, and wouldn't turn back on for some time. Very annoying. The shower door in the bathroom served both shower and toilet, and could be slid across to access one or the other. However, it was so stiff and heavy, at one point I was trapped in the shower for some minutes. I had a bit of a panic before I was able to get out. My next shower, I left it slightly open, which meant water leakage

Room.was vey big and I liked how you could control the lights and AC with a touch pad made it so much easier! I also loved how the room had a mini fridge in it as well, the eco system they have set up too is really good

I had a problem with the room service system, one night I tried phoning them multiple times. I spent an hour doing so and even tried phoning the front desk too and ended up giving up and just not getting food that night, I also don't think the breakfast was worth £16 and I also think the AirTime feature on the TV is misleading at first didn't get the impression you'd have to rent the movies to watch them but I would definitely stay again!

Our stay at the Park Plaza London, Park Royal from January 24th to January 31st was a delightful experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic environment throughout our stay. Room: The rooms were well-maintained and provided all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. However, it's noteworthy that complimentary water was only provided on the first day, and we had to purchase water every subsequent day. I hope in the future the hotel could consider providing at least two bottles of water on a daily basis, as is customary in many hotels, to further enhance guest convenience and comfort. Location: The hotel's location is exceptionally convenient for accessing the city, making it an ideal choice for those looking to explore London. Breakfast: The breakfast offered was tasty and of good quality. However, it's worth noting that the menu remained the same throughout our stay. A little variety in the breakfast options would have been appreciated, but it was enjoyable nonetheless. Staff: The staff at Park Plaza London, Park Royal were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Their willingness to facilitate an early check-in at 12 pm instead of the standard 2 pm was much appreciated and indicative of their excellent customer service. Overall: Despite the minor issue with the breakfast menu, the advantages of staying at this hotel far outweigh it. The combination of cleanliness, convenient location, and outstanding staff service makes Park Plaza London, Park Royal a fantastic choice for both families and business travelers. I like the atmosphere and the rooms are always clean.

I don't like the fact that there are no rooms with a Bath. All rooms are shower only. Rooms are not as soundproof as specified. Can hear neighbouring rooms very clearly even talking conversations.

I stayed at this amazing hotel for nearly 3 weeks now, and I have to say their service is outstanding! The staff is incredibly helpful, and the room size is generous, especially for London standards. I was fortunate to be upgraded to a studio room, which was not only spacious but also spotlessly clean. The hotel has a delightful aroma as soon as you step into the lobby. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located just 3 minutes away from public transport, making it easy to get around. While it's a bit far from the city center, public transport makes it accessible. The entire staff is friendly, and Nina stood out for being sweet and professional. I can't wait to go back! Their checkout time of 12 pm is a bonus compared to other London hotels where it's usually 10 or 11 am.

Close to location of where I was working, booked it as have stayed there before. Comfy bar area, if quite pricey. If charging a service charge, just build it into the price of the food and drink rather than advertising prices in the menu then adding another £1 or so at the bar. Receptionist Stefany was great, upgraded my room on arrival and very cheerful.

Road noise from outside the bedrooms very loud, pillows either like bricks or thin and not supportive, something in between would be good. Aircon vent seemed to be directly above the bed, so felt like i was getting blasted in the face unless i turned it off, which then got too hot. Noise from children in room next door due to interconnecting doors being very loud up until late night.

The aesthetic of the hotel is very modern and the staff is very very welcoming and go out of their way to provide their clients a pleasant stay. We also booked a taxi with the staff at reception and they guided us throughout the whole process. They were very kind all throughout our stay. Park Royal is a very quiet area and we felt really safe there, even when passing the tunnel during late hours. The hotel is literally just below the train station which is optimal for those wishing to travel to London Central I also like the fact that the hotel chain is taking up some eco initiatives. We opted for an Eco program, in which housekeeping won't be provided (except needed toiletries and other emergencies) and for that we either receive wine, a restaurant voucher or Radisson points!

Would have loved to have some ventilation in the room. The windows do not open so it can get a bit stuffy inside.

This isn’t the first time I stayed at Park Plaza and it surely won’t be the last. The hotel is lovely, the staff is friendly and helpful, the bedrooms are big and very comfortable, they provide you with all the amenities you need (minibar, kettle, tea, toiletries) and a very modern and fully digital heating and lighting system, which is really good. The breakfast is good and varied and the hotel is very conveniently located just outside Park Royal’s tube station, where you can take the Piccadilly line to most of London’s main attractions and only a few stops away from Acton Town, where you switch lines to go to Heathrow airport.

The hotel is great and this is obviously not within their power to change, but just a heads-up that in order to cross the road from the tube station to the hotel you have to go through a dodgy-looking underground passage, which might put some people off at first. I never experienced issues in any of my stays though.

it was a lovely stay. hotel is lovely and clean. perfect location to the tube, just literally 2 mins away, exactly opposite the hotel. 30 mins to Oxford street on tube. breakfast was lovely. limited parking, we were lucky to get a space on a Saturday, but there was plenty on the Sunday available when we left. would definitely stay here again.

we had a lot of noise during the night with other people banging on doors and partying in their rooms. kept us awake all night. not the hotels fault, but it was constant all night and extremely loud.
