everything was great the hospitality and the staff especially the beautiful Chiara she was so helpful and very kind thank you for everything.

one thing. the room is cold and the AC is not working very well

I was staying with my 2 children. Once the bed was made up, it remained up. We used the pool amenities….a main reason I booked the hotel…but the staff in the leisure club seemed concerned other guests, or members who used the facilities, were not upset by hearing children. My children are and were well behaved. I do not criticise or blame the leisure staff at all. I blame the hotel Management pandering to rude and inconsiderate people. I do not care how much money people have, manners cost nothing. Your staff need to have the support to stand up to rudeness.

The staff seemed to tolerate rudeness and poor behaviour from guests to the detriment of other paying guests

the location was very great everything was close by , the quality of the hotel the room was nice at first they gave us a room on the first floor with no views and no sun lights but we asked them to change it and they gave us much better room , the lobby was nice I liked the flowers where you can see them every where and the staff was the best smiling all the time and making sure that we are having a nice time i liked the staff wearing hat welcoming us , i liked the toilet seat that was a great surprise for me . and all everything we need already in the room thank you so much for the most comfortable hotel in london .

the shower water pressure was not good . and the swimming pool closing early I would prefer to be open 24 hours. there was no heater in the swimming

Without doubt the location is amazing you can reach everywhere in a minute, the staff were very kindness and helpful all the time

The value of room was very high compared with the room size, the shower was very narrow we suffered to get in and out every time

Breakfast was ok but it can do with some more options. In room dining menu needs more options to cater for different tastes.

My room didn't have any view. Switching off the light before sleep was unpractical as you always need to get out of bed to switch off the side lamps or floor lamps that are turned on. you need to have one master button to click near the bed to switch off. The electrical socket at the desk is very low and very difficult to plug the laptop to it. you need to go under the table. The portable shower head is very heavy.

Everything in the hotel is great, and I am amazed at those who complain about the quality of the breakfast. The breakfast is a traditional five-star hotel breakfast (executive lounge) and everything is available and more than expected. The hotel is very clean and luxurious, and the location is great. The hotel staff are all friendly and serve perfectly. I do not forget I would like to thank the receptionist, Aleena, and I hope that I wrote her name correctly, as she is wonderful in dealing with and understanding the needs of the guest

I asked beforehand (at time of booking) for a room with handheld rinser as other reviews mentioned availability but they didn’t apply it and when asked they said they don’t have it at this time.

check in was delayed, although it was supposed to be at 4:00 PM and we got it by 5:45 PM, but that was okay as we were offered to wait in the executive lounge until room is ready
