good location and personal

there is no hair dryer in the room. the room is not well cleaned. There is nothing in the shower but hand soap. Only two towels, nothing to lay on the floor. the toilet was leaking. for that kind of money, you can at least give disposable slippers to visitors and an extra pair of towels. I advise you to clean a little more often. bed and room cleaning for 3 nights never happened.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The environment is comfortable and clean.The room we originally booked needed a shared room.We don’t like it.Later,the staff helped us upgrade the room very well, and we added a little fee. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay, which was worth with the price.

There will be some noise at night and bathroom is small.But they are all within acceptable limits.

I was worried about this hotel after reading all the negative reviews..but once getting inside i was pleasantly surprised..we only stayed one night as was watching the rolling stones at hyde park...the location was fantastic, about a 5min walk away from hyde park..the staff were really lovely, our bedroom was great, the bedding was pure white and smelt brand new...the bed had a couple of clean towels and soap, also a spare loo roll..we shared a bathroom with other quest and this was clean and always had loo roll..very pleasant stay and will come again

The only thing i can grumble at is the carpet in the hallway its a bit warn and outdated

At £149 for one night, there could at least be a kettle in the room with packets of coffee ☕️ and tea. Come on Berkeley Hotel you can do that for private rooms. People get that for a lot less cash.

We got upgraded to a room with our own bathroom (free of charge) which was a nice surprise. The staff were friendly and it was easily accessible from the nearest tube station.

I know it is expected in London but it was really noisy throughout the night with cars and people passing and we couldn’t shut the window which made it noisier.

property was close to a lot of good places . if you are going to London for a weekend and going out this is a great place to crash at. staff was super friendly , even let us stay an extra hour after check out while we got our things ready. room may be small but it’s perfect just for 1 or 2 people . will deffo go again . the young man that helped us was called Nilthim and was so lovely

The location was amazing and the staff was courteous. The receptionist was really polite and friendly. She made our stay comfortable.

The rooms can be cleaner and the bathroom locks should be there even in the private ones.

this hotel has had a bad rap on the reviews but its a basic hotel. its not one id select if i was on a trip to london with the wife but its fine if you just need somewhere to rest for a couple of nights. I've stayed in a lot worse in London

could do with a lick of paint

the beds were amazing. super comfy, rooms are a lot better than they look on the photos. the receptionist was really lovely.

tried to use the communal toilet (I had a budget room that had a communal bathroom) and the toilet paper was soaked. also couldn’t open the window more than about 2cm

Great location . The rooms need updating ,painting etc, but for the price and location great value. I stayed two nights a few streets away and it was 150 a night.

The bathroom could be cleaner but not too bad
