The hotel is located at canary whalf which is a wellknown financial district with convenient transportation to city center and airport. You have tube Jubilee line, you have Elisabeth line which is newly built, you have DLR (docklands light railway) - these are within walking distance, say 5-10 mins walk. It is very close to jubilee place, cabot place, one canada square...These are wonderful shopping malls with lots of choices - in my opinion, if you want to do shopping and you don't like very crowded downtown places, and you want to shop in a safer environment with much fewer pocket thieves, this is a place you should go. 2 Places i would recommend particularly near these mall areas. One is Tian Tian Market 天天超市 - Canary Wharf, where you can buy lots of tasty asian snacks or drinks. Chips are old fashioned snacks and here you will go to the next level.. Another one is Chinese Gourmet, 60 Skylines Village, London E14 9TS, a tiny Chinese restaurant on the street to treat you spicy and authentic Chinese food. If you dont eat spicy stuff but curious about real Chinese food, this is an option that you cannot miss. Staffs are friendly, giving us a room with a good view. They also help us store luggages for free. The facility is generally speaking new.

1. No kettle provided in the room. 2. No microwave-oven or fridge. 3. water draining a little bit slow in the showerroom. 4. The chair provided in the room is not very comfortable.

Super friendly and caring staff in the registration office. The room was a little bit small, but it wasn’t an issue. Bed was comfy, sheets clean. Everything in the room was very clean and it had everything we needed for our short stay. Hotel location is great, many restaurants and bars around the corner, big shopping mall in the area. Train station is not too far away also. Easy to reach the center of the city. The street js calm though, no noises. Feels safe to be in this area. Thank you. We recommend this hotel for people who don’t require a lot of space, but want a clean and quiet place to stay at.

I was especially happy because there are so many bad rumors about hotels in London, but in contrast to that Point A was very clean and quiet with a kind staff, plus the neighbourhood seemed to be safe which is quite a 'pro'.

I don't have anything to say. Maybe the first time it was a bit difficult to find the reception because the notice on the door of the second building wasn't fully clear. '100 meter on the left' is fine, but I thought I should search it in the same building, so was making a circle. :) Maybe it could be added that it is to be found in the other building. But that's all.

Very convenient location, close to public transportatıon. The rooms were clean.

Very small room. Better for short stays and if you are by yourself.

The reception staff were very welcoming and friendly. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were clear instructions on how to operate the heating / air conditioning system. The hotel is close to several restaurants and access to DLR, Elizabeth & Jubilee Line stations getting you to Central London in under 30 minutes.

My room was very small, with no wardrobes to hang clothes. That didn’t matter to me as I was only there for one night. However, there were a few wall hangers & ample space under the bed for suitcases. No water, tea or coffee in the room, but available to buy at the reception desk.

Room was tiny but so well designed - had pretty much everything you would need in a very confined space. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and nice quality. Bathroom was larger than expected and super clean. All staff we dealt with were helpful, friendly and warm. Great location for events at the O2.

As I said, space was very limited, but very well used. No restaurant, but hot drinks and snacks are available from reception 24hrs a day. It was a little further from the tube station than I expected, especially with heavy luggage, but very handy for the DLR.

The room was really nice and modern. With plenty of information available how to use the different features in the room, such as lights, side table and others. Toilet was good, shower with good water pressure.

There weren't too many power socket for charging devices. Even though it's close public transport, and area around the hotel was a bit deserted during the evening, which make one not feeling really safe. The insulation on the windows weren't the best. So keep the heating on... and avoid sleeping on the side of the bed close to the window.

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable. And only 1 tube stop away from 02 arena which is what we went for. Excellent choice of restaurants along India quay, less than 2 minute walk away .

Soap in the bathroom wasn’t the nicest smelling. Light from corridor was on all night and shone through our room all night, the light also came the the door security peep hole. Stayed last year and it was not like this, as the corridor light only turned on when people were walking down the corridor. This year corridor lights were on permanently . Would also be nice to have tea making facilities in the room, instead of paying at reception, although I do understand rooms are at a little cheaper than most most places because of this.

The hotel is located close to the DLR and underground in Canary Wharf. You can also find some really nice restaurant close to the hotel. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfy, I had a great night sleep. The room itself was very clean, a bit small, but there was still plenty of room, and the bathroom had a good size. I will definitely come back. I really loved the lightning in the room. You can switch colours, which is so cool.

I prefer to have a kettle and tea in my room, but that is just my personal preference. The staff offered to hand out warm drinks and snacks at the reception. ( that's because they are rebuilding).

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location is only about 200m from two of the DLR stations and while close to the bars/shops and other attractions of Canary Wharf the room was nicely quiet. The staff were very friendly and it was a great service (thanks Paul).

There was no breakfast option location, and the only Tea/Coffee available was in reception (no tea making facilities in the room) which was pretty poor. Not the fact it was in reception, just the quality, it wasn't great.
