I stayed with a group of friends celebrating a special birthday. When we arrived the staff on shift went above and beyond for us ensuring the birthday was celebrated in style. The rooms were cosy and I had one of the best nights sleep in a long time. Breakfast was super tasty and a large variety to choose from. I will not hesitate to make Lincoln Plaza my hotel of choice when visiting the city. Thank you to everyone at LP for making our stay fabulous!!

The staff were amazing! We went for a birthday and got treat like royalty. The rooms were very clean as well as the hotel. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice from smoked salmon, Greek yogurt, fruit and full English, I had a steam and sauna on the morning it was so relaxing!

Amazing hotel. Perfectly located, with easy access to public transport and a variety of activities and entertainment. The hotel itself is beautiful and so clean. The staff were amazing and very accommodating. Would 100% recommend and will be back to stay again.,

Location of the hotel was amazing - great for all the places we wanted to get to - Stratford and Central London. Good for anyone going to events at London Stadium and O2 and even central London with the new Elizabeth Line taking you into Tottenham Court Road within around 10 minutes from Canary Wharf. You can also use South Quay to get to Stratford and to Bank. Our room was a corner room that was spacious, modern, comfortable, quiet and spotless with a view of the local area surrounding Canary Wharf. The bathroom was spotless as well and the shower was amazing! Wifi in the room was good and you connected straight on. All the staff from reception to the bar and at breakfast were friendly and helpful. The breakfast on site was great - lovely selection and the restaurant area was great. Top tip, ignore google maps when you come out of the Elizabeth Line station at Canary Wharf as it takes you on a very long route - just head straight on through the shopping centre and towards South Quay footbridge. Great hotel - we will be back when we are staying in London again.

Located close to tube and DLR which made our night out much easier! The room was incredible- we were upgraded and the room was decorated at my request for my partners birthday. The pool was great and staff were lovely.

Not so much a dislike as a room for improvement. I asked for some decoration in the room for my partners birthday and while the decorations were Incredible and I’m very grateful for them- I was not told that they had in fact decorated the room and then was charged £20 for it at check in before seeing it. I was happy to pay as the room was incredible but being told it was in fact decorated and the cost of the decoration would have been good information before arrival!

Our room was very clean, cozy and the bed was so comfy. It had air con which was a plus and the shower was very nice and modern. The food and service were faultless, especially the breakfast which is definitely worth paying for. The staff were very friendly and made our stay perfect. Shout out to Aalyan who works at reception, he upgraded our room for my girlfriends Birthday; made sure we had everything we wanted or needed; and helped me find my jacket that I left in our room once we checked out. Would highly recommend staying at Lincoln Hotel. Me and my partner will definitely be staying again when we come to visit London.

The only negative is the pool and Jacuzzi temperature was very cold and resulted in us not using the facilities for very long.

Our room was bigger than we expected, very comfortable and clean. All staff were really helpful and lovely. We used the pool and spa facilities both in the evening and morning, and it was never too busy. Everything was really clean. Breakfast room was nicely decorated and the food was lovely (special mention to crispy bacon and fried eggs with runny yolk - you don't find that very often :-) ). Location was great, walking distance from underground and lots of restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when back in London

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Lincoln Hotel in London and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by the friendly and professional staff who made me feel welcome and taken care of throughout my entire stay. The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the comfortable bed and luxurious linens to the well-appointed bathroom with its modern fixtures and plush towels. I appreciated the thoughtful touches, such as the complimentary toiletries and the well-stocked minibar. The hotel's amenities were top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped and allowed me to keep up with my workout routine. The on-site restaurant offered a diverse menu of delicious dishes, and the breakfast buffet was a true delight, with a wide variety of options to suit every taste. What truly set The Lincoln Hotel apart was the exceptional level of service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I had a memorable stay. From providing recommendations for local attractions to arranging transportation, they were always willing to assist with a smile. The location of the hotel was also ideal. Situated in a vibrant neighborhood, it was within walking distance of many popular landmarks, shops, and restaurants. I enjoyed exploring the area and experiencing the lively atmosphere of London.

I love the interior and everything was so cosy and sweet. Staff were 10/10. Had cute chocolates for my birthday and the bed was sooo soft. Didn’t get to use the leisure centre but the option was a bonus to have!

Had to ask for random items like toothpaste? I would’ve just assumed it was provided before hand. Also the slippers were so high up and tucked away in the cupboard we didn’t know they were even there.
