Location was great for central London and a gig at the 02. Staff were friendly, everything was clean, and a glass of prosecco on arrival was unexpected! Breakfast had a good variety of food, and the curtain in the bedroom made it dark.

There was a bit of a wait for breakfast, but it was a Sunday. The heating/aircon in the bedroom reset itself to 28 degrees. We put it at 15 and 3 minutes later it had turned itself up to 19 and half hour later it was back at 28. Our only option not to die of heatstroke was to turn it off. The double bed was also hard, I'm used to memory foam so not my preference.

There was no available parking lot for regular vehicles in the hotel site when we arrived, they informed us that there’s a parking space in a different place about 5 mins drive away, my partner spoke to the staff and told them that our toddler has been sick so they were very kind to give us a disabled parking space instead. The staffs were really helpful and understanding, we travelled with 2 children a toddler and an infant and our dog. Since our son has been very sick at that time we requested that if possible they can deliver our breakfast and they did. Although we didn’t have time to go around and use the restaurants and the rest of the amenities, stayed mostly in our hotel room, I can say we really had a great experience staying at the hotel especially with the staffs.

Very tidy, housekeeping was done regularly. Breakfast - healthy options and very courteous service. Functional and fit-for-purpose if you're a solo business traveler, mostly out of the hotel during the day, and return for sleeping at night.

I'm based in the Middle East and we're very used to round-the-clock services. I was shocked when a Hilton hotel told me I can't get my two piece suit and a couple of white shirts pressed because it's Sunday, and even on Monday if I had my clothes by 9am then I'm gonna get them back pressed Monday evening? Really, is this Hilton I checked into? And then there was a bit of disappointment with check-in. They weren't fully booked. I had arrived 11am and I was made to wait till 2:30pm to check in. I thought perhaps Hilton Honors member could be expedited to a room in a property that was NOT fully booked. But anyway, I don't want to sound like "it was my right to be checked in early". I understand it's subject to hotels discretion. I am just highlighting the discretion was not used.

We were attending a show at the O2 but refused to pay the extortionate rates that some hotels closer were charging! We found the room rate here very reasonable as it also included a fabulous breakfast! Location is great - out of all the times we have visited London, we have never been to Canary Wharf - well worth a visit!

I thought we had booked a room with a queen sized bed but it ended up being a standard double, it was slightly disappointing especially as it seemed that the larger bed should have been there as the bedside tables weren't pushed right up to the bed - plenty of space to accommodate a larger bed we felt!

Check in was very quick, efficient and friendly. Lucy was very personable and helpful. We were also accommodated with an earlier check in which was appreciated after an early morning flight. Location is really great and good transport connections into central London and Heathrow airport. Many food and shopping outlets all around canary wharf which pleased everyone. Breakfast buffet was excellent with good and healthy choices as well as a traditional English breakfast, very efficient staff, professional at all levels. The egg chef, a lovely lady from Myanmar cooked the omelettes to perfection. Loved that there was always a chance to help yourself to a refreshing drink in the lobby. Overall the hotel was far better than expected and really good value for money when compared to other similar hotel chains. We will definitely return next time we visit London and do recommend this hotel to other travellers.

Something minor but the only thing was that we couldn't eat a sandwich that we'd bought in the sofa area as the bar staff sent us away. We'd already asked at reception who said it was no bother. I mention this as a parent of kids who don't want to eat in a restaurant at the end of a tiring day and just want to go to the room and relax. I'm fairly sure that other families will understand this situation. I mention this only to highlight the importance of good communication within the hotel to avoid mishaps. The sofa bed in the room could definitely benefit from a thicker mattress topper. It was comfortable but a little hard for my liking.

Incredibly helpful staff, large room, warm, big bathtub, clean, everything as you would expect in a hotel this class. A foodtruck place right around the corner with good cheap food. Close to basic shops and underground.

The room furnishings seem a bit old and slightly weathered. The bathroom could use a slight renovation. You can hear the DLR rail right across the street. It's not bad, but noticeable. Entrance from a side street next to the trash cans is slightly odd for a four-star hotel and can be hard to find on the first visit.

We were upgraded for free which was a nice surprise. Breakfast was great, room was excellent and very convenient location for getting to the o2 easily.

We found the staff super lovely but at times a bit over bearing. Breakfast especially felt like we were being watched the whole time as there were so many staff members hovering to clear plates etc, I got asked if my drink was finished when there was 1/3 left in the glass. A staff member also knocked on our door and asked if our air con was okay, we’d not said anything about it to anyone so I’m not sure if that was just a mistake with asking the wrong room. You get a text about an hour after you’ve checked in asking if your room is okay, which I thought was a bit odd. Although the staff here were all so lovely, I think sometimes it’s good to give guests some space rather than an overbearing service!

For the food, I had a good breakfast buffet. The rooms where way bigger than I though. The room service was exceptional, I cannot but acknowledge the complimentary chocolate bars and hand written notes left by the room service after ever clean. The location is easily accessible, plus I believe the location also meets the 15mins rule [ie. you can access and also get at least 80-95% of everything you need in just under or a little over 15mins]

It's really hard to tell, but the general hospitality services, the building, the aesthetics, are very commendable. Perhaps when I stay a little longer next time, I may or may not find any dislikes.

Location was very good, 2 underground lines and DLR in 5 min walking disitance. There are a lot of restaurants options for breakfast/lunch/dinner in 10 min walking distance. Although it's rather close to the Millwall park from where you can get to Greenwich though the foot tunnel. it feel safe and modern in the area. the room was big and wifi worked well.

Our windows were facing street that is next to DLR line, and train was passing just next to our windows. It created some noise that at the beginning seems really disturbing, although it is not really loud. We got used to it. But just want to mention this as it was unexpected for us.

Location in Canary wharf was really good, close to the DLR, maybe just a bit too close😉 local restaurants and street food, night life and sights. Shopping in the Plazas with everything from M&S food right up to designer and Jaguar/Range Rover. The new Elizabeth Line runs from Canary Wharf right into town so fast clean and Airconditioned meaning you can choose to walk past the Jubilee line. Breakfast in the Hotel is a real treat, a chef will cook you an omelette to your requirements right in front of you or cook your breakfast eggs just how you like them. The ĥandwash , shower gel, and conditioners in the Bathroom are really top notch, so good the wife wants some for our bathroom 😁

To be honest, the only thing I can say that I didn't like and caused me initial concern when we entered the room was the DLR runs past the hotel right below our window. My concerns about the noise and disturbance were abated as you can hardly hear the trains passing
