The location was perfect ..very near to paddington station so we arrived from( and left to) Heathrow very easily and quickly. It is like 3 min walking from the station, that is easy even with large suitcases. The stuff was very polite, everyone with a smile always. We stayed at the twin room which was very comfortable and very very clean . The bed was very nice and comfy!! They changed towels and sheets every day which is rare in hotels . The bathroom was spacious and with all amenities as well as the room . I would stay again in Rove hotel in my next London trip!!

Everything was perfect. I would only recommend to add the option of breakfast . If that was possible it would be the perfect hotel!!

Firstly, the location of this hotel is amazing, as it is very close to the bus stops, underground and paddington railway station ( for airport travels ). I met with Abdullah initially and he was very welcoming and friendly, he even upgraded our room since it was very small for 2 people. He helped me out in navigating the city and recommended multiple places to visit and sightsee as a tourist.

I didnt get that sense of welcoming from Sarah. She wasn’t very welcoming whenever we’d come in or out of the hotel. Her looks weren’t very appealing whenever we’d speak in a loud voice or laugh. Upon checkout, she wasn’t very friendly which threw me & my partner off a bit.

Good location only steps away from Paddington - yet still fairly quiet thanks to being on a side street. I had a great room on the 4th floor with more mod cons that expected for the price, i.e. safe, coffee machine, proper wardrobe, space to store luggage etc. Room was also bigger than I thought it was going to be. Bathroom looked newly renovated. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The bathroom had a very loud fan that turned on every single time you stepped into it. The neighbouring rooms had the same loud fans, so every time the other guests stepped into their bathrooms, you could hear that as well (walls in the hotel are thin). That was a very distracting on-off noise, especially at night. Highly recommend bringing earplugs to sleep, otherwise you'll keep getting woken up. Could the hotel maybe replace those loud fans with quieter ones, and ones that can be turned on and off manually?

The staff was excellent. After a long all-day trip, I finally arrived in the late afternoon. There were people ahead of me dealing with room changes and then the Mgr. came out of his office (without being summoned) to facilitate my check-in. For that much thanks. The desk person, Sarah, was very friendly and helpful during my brief stay. The room had everything I needed and was laid out in an efficient manner. My room WAS small so that was a plus. Plenty of heat; tea and coffee service; large TV, and elevator. I was doing an overnight in Paddington and the hotel was close to the station. The Rove was recently remodeled, so things were up to date and clean. A good stay for me and recommendable to anyone.

There is no breakfast service so you will have to go out. Not an issue in Paddington. (The Angus Steak House has a good 'English Breakfast'). My single room was very small, but it worked for me.

The staff were welcoming and friendly and all made a point of acknowledging us each time we passed reception. Location is nice with a pretty park opposite and it’s only a short walk from Paddington railway station. Our room was nicely modernised and exceptionally clean. There was ample space to store our luggage in our room (unlike some other London hotels). The walk-in shower was hot and beds were really comfortable. The aircon worked well as did the lift. This hotel offered everything we needed for our stay.

There were two issues we would mention although these did not detract from our enjoyable stay. There was an opaque glass bathroom door which had a gap all around making absolute privacy difficult. Getting luggage across the narrow landing was a bit awkward.

In terms of room size it was nice, not the most clean but it was fine( some hairs on bed ect) Bed was very comfortable Expected there to be more than just the rooms in the hotel but I suppose that’s just me not doing enough research but overall very nice

The receptionist was a young girl and I understand she may have been board hense on her phone but you would expect her to look up and greet you or even look up and smile but I stood there for a moment and had to ask can I check in when she just scooted over to the desk and then asked for name and number

Superb location for Paddington Stn for the Heathrow Express, friendly staff available 24 hours. Lift. Clean. Spoiled for choice for nearby restaurants (varied cuisines) and the room was perfect for a base to sleep in and has coffee maker and fridge. 14

Couldn't turn the radiator heat off so the room was warmer than I'd have liked however I could.open the window a little so it wasn't a problem. Modern rooms but period hallways (narrow and with corners) so luggage wheeling was a bit awry. These are minor glitches and so I plan to stay again in the next month.

- Proximity to Paddington Station and bus stops! So convenient! close to restaurants and shops too. - Comfy beds, Good to have 2 pillows per person - Though the shower and toilet is small, still good as it is clean. - They have small biscuits everyday and coffee, there is kettle, small fridge, free water at the reception.. everything you need is in the room, except for iron but I don't need it. - Room is cleaned everyday, except when you say not to do so - I am not sure of the value for money but as I searched for hotels, I found this as one of the most reasonable prices compared to other hotels, the pictures are the same as the rooms. - The room is small but its okay, I can lay my big luggage on the floor and I can open it.

The Hotel was friendly and accommodating of travelers including myself who arrived prior to check in- They were willing to store bags securely while waiting for the room to be ready. No rooms were ready before the designated check in time. I would like to add that as I was departing my wheel broke on my large luggage... The hotel staff went above and beyond to help me repair that wheel and the repairs they made worked flawlessly for the rest of my trip. I was so incredibly grateful to them for being willing to pitch in and help out a customer in a bind like that.

Lots of folks while I waited in the lobby were complaining that the rooms are tiny. It's a valid complaint at this property however, I don't see what they expected to change... They ought to have seen the size of the rooms when making their booking.
