The location was perfect...even better than perfect....it was ideal the train n tube station is around the corner. Hyde Road is about 5m walk away....the hotel has fantastic facilities around....like restaurants...cafes ...shops n I seen a bar or two. The breakfast that was delivered every morning was great. There was enough for the 5 of us with food left over. We were in a room for 5....and we had enough room for bags...coats etc. And we had 3 comfortable beds and a double bed in the room. There was a small fridge and a TV on the wall with a lot of channels on it. There was also an ensuite. ...and a kettle with tea n coffee available. The room was cleaned every day ...and the staff were brilliant. They were so friendly and helpful.... I will return to this hotel for future visits.

The only complaint is the pillows...maybe if there was 2 on each bed ???

We stayed for 3 days big room, beds were fine, room was cleaned every day and fresh towel left out.. I was worried as some of the reviews are terrible seen these atter booking and was so anxious as I was with my kids and did not want them staying anywhere dingy. ..... the place was lovely nice and clean staff cannot do enough for guests and gardens at the front were beautiful.. Breakfast is good for the kids yogurt yazoos and brioche selection with cheese butter and jam cant complain for the price and its location is ideal for tourists ... as paddington station is on your doorstep and alot of bus tours too... has alot of shops and food places very close great little place

Nothing it was perfect for what we needed it for

The staff were very polite and helpful, especially Anthony - big thank you to him and the rest of the staff members. The location was ok, only 7 mins walk to Tesco if you have to get some food/sandwiches/water, etc. Good few restaurants around, Hop-on Hop-off bus with GolderTours is just over 5 mins walk, about 25 mins walk to Madame Tussauds but quite far to the city centre of London (well over an hour walking distance to London Eye, Big Ben, Sea Life, etc). The metro station and public bus stops are within walking distance. If you are on a tight budget then I would recommend this hotel. We booked through booking.com and the total cost for our accommodation with cold breakfast was €435 for two nights for four people (1 adult and 3 older teenagers *13, 16 & 17 years old*) and we got the room with two double beds, very small and very tight room with one small wardrobe, small table, one chair (we had a safe, iron and kettle in the room). Cold breakfast was included which was brought up to our room at 8am. Breakfast included of - bread buns, cheese, butter, jam, yogurt, sweet crackers, tea/coffee.

Very hot in the room (no air-conditioning) and the fridge was broken, but staff members were happy to help to put our food into the fridge in the staff room. Please note, the hotel doesn't have an elevator and the stairs are quite steep (the stairs slope rises at a very sharp angle and is difficult to go up).

I came over for a gig in Hyde park so the location was amazing! I walked over took about 7 mins. I am a woman travelling alone so when I noticed my door was jammed and wouldn’t lock I brought it up to the man at reception and he sent the handy man down a little while later to get it fixed which I really appreciated!! Was delighted to have a fridge in my room to store food and water I had bought from Tesco. 24/7 reception is also a plus. Over all very pleased :)

The breakfast isn’t exactly what you would expect but was greatful that it got delivered to my room. My room wasn’t very big but it was grand just for myself. Price was a bit high but that was to be expected giving all that was on that weekend. I would go back!

The staff was great. The hotel was exceptionally clean and the breakfast was huge. Location was also amazing. I was able to leave my bags after checkout to go explore. The room fit our family well.

The actual room was tiny so definitely do not pack much. It was ok though since we weren't spending much time in there. You can hear the underground if you are in a basement room like we were. It wasn't that bothersome though.

Reading reviews before the trip, I was prepared for anything... However, there was nothing really wrong with the room. Beds were comfy and suitable for two persons, hot water and good pressure in the shower (unlike in London in general), central heating was on in the evening and night. All in all a nice stay! We were 5 people and had a family room no 1 on the basement floor with three queen beds. The room didn't have much space but it was ok for us. LOCATION is just perfect! Easy to come by plane + airport Express train + tube and easy to get anywhere by foot/tube. Museums and Hyde Park in walking distance, restaurants and shops within a block. STAFF was very friendly and arranged breakfast as we wished.

Nothing really taking into account the price.

The hotel is located right next to Paddington station, which makes things very easy. It's a very basic hotel, like the other ones in the neighborhood, small, but answers to our needs - we were a couples with two grown kids and the room had two double beds and a single, which was great. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was basic and served in the room - buns, cheese, jams, butter, nutella, orange juice.

Location was excellent just 5 minute walk from Paddington; breakfast was basic but nice and brought to our room each morning;

The room was for 3 adults but was very snug with a queen size bed (definitely not a double) and a single; window was half boarded up and very draughty - what radiator that was there was boarded up so the room was overall quite cold especially in the morning;

The hotel is very near Paddington underground and railway station. Staff are approachable and accomodating. We have an infant with us, so they let informed us that we can check in earlier (11am) as there is a room available. We booked for a double room with a crib, they gave us a room with 3 beds instead, one double bed and two single beds which is great. Bedroom also has a small dining table, a chair and a wardrobe. Space is enough for me and my husband. There is also refrigerator and television. Kettle with coffee and tea provided. Electric fan and flat iron, cloth hangers are also available. Service cleaning was done daily, though sheets were not changed. Towels provided daily. Light breakfast (Bread with butter and jams and juices are delivered in your room on your specified time.) Staff are very helpful and allowed us to leave our luggage at the reception prior to check in and after check in (though this is not a secured area)

Shower area is small, lacks shower caddy so we kept the shower door open to access our toiletries and also to easily move around. Electric fan needs cleaning as very dusty and kettle needs descaling. Our room is located at 5th floor with access thru stairs only. Quite dangerous for kids as windows don't have railings or screen.

Location great, close to Paddington station, and also not far away from Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace,.... Breakfast delivered to the room.Rooms small but clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice view of a small park in front of the hotel.

Windows could not be opened in the room as the window pane could fall out.
