The staff was really super informative and pleasant, always smiling, ready to meet all our needs. The room was clean and beds comfortable. Room it self isn't really big, but it's more than enough for 3 persons. When I'm back in London, I have no doubt I'll be back here.

Everything was great and there really wasn't even one thing that wasn't to my liking

Great location for taking Tube as its only 2-3 minute walk to Paddington Station which went to everywhere in London. Lots of restaurants and shops and pubs along Paddington station too. Bathroom is really clean too with shower really easy to use. Staff are nice There is a lift to top floor where I stayed on 4th floor.

Room was really tiny and felt claustrophobic as wall slants but I did ask for quiet room not on top floor which they happily accommodated in fairness. TV is wall mounted in fixed position and is not adjustable which makes it difficult to watch sideways. Bathroom is described as separate private which is adjacent

The room was a little larger than most around Paddington, which was helpful as we had so much luggage. It was private, with nice leafy outlook. A real bonus that this hotel has a lift!

We found the room very hot. Window wide open but it didn’t seem to help. Our biggest issue though was that the bed is on rollers on a hard floor… Whenever we tried to prop ourselves up to watch tv the bed travelled south leaving a huge gap between mattress and headboard. Very difficult. Would be easily resolved with covers on the rollers.

This district is well connected (bus, subway) to explore London The hotel was quiet, and the beds comfortable The room is small, but it was not a problem because we used it just for sleeping The cost is quite reasonable A big plus for this hotel: it is possible to park a car in the front for 20 pounds a day. (of course, it makes no sense to drive in London, but we were coming from a trip across the UK, and we did not like the idea to leave our car outside the city)

The shower was clogged

The room was a good size, clean, and well-decorated. The bed was comfortable as well. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary toiletries provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing a quick check in and check out. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, with easy access to Paddington Station, restaurants and other shops. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again in the future should we visit the city again.

The hotel is located on a busy street, however, it was still very nice overall, despite the traffic noise being an issue.

Good location, close to Paddington station, and lots of restaurants and cafés nearby. Also a rather big Waitrose close. The manager put an effort to find a room without stairs to climb, for my father sake. We got a good room at ground floor. Second visit to this hotel.

Room needs double glazing. The room size would be ok if there was no table in the room. There was no breakfast provided and no reason given just a sign saying sorry breakfast is unavailable.

Location near Paddington station and halal food. Staff are friendly and helpful. Stayed for 6 nights They change the towels daily They even let us leave our luggage after check out until we are ready to leave to our next destination

The lift was not working when we arrived. We already carried 2 suitcases up to 1st floor and discovered we used the wrong stairs..were not informed that we have to use the other stairs. Was a bit upset at that time.. the rest are ok 👍

Customer service was superb, with very friendly staff at the reception. Fresh daily supply of towels. Location - close to stations. It was very convenient to travel around London from the Hotel

Would be good if the hotel could provide breakfast.

Location was fabulous - very close to Paddington and walking distance to Hyde Park where we were attending a concert. Room (for 5 people) was spacious and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful - excellent value for money

The only reason we marked this hotel down slightly was due to breakfast not being available during our stay and a slightly dodgy door lock but other than that everything was good!
