Brilliant location for tube,rail and bus connections, also an easy walk down Edgeware Road to Marble Arch and Hyde Park Corner. 24 hour reception really is 24 hour reception. Room serviced every day without asking, Big towels !! TV worked well. Staff very friendly.

Bed was a bit hard, but much better than many hotels i have stayed in. I had a room above me and could hear the people stomping about (I think they were packing) quite late, but this was only one night out of 4. Room was a bit crampoed (I was told it was the smallest double in the hotel.

Excellent location in a very quiet area. The hotel position it's very close to Hyde Park and to the Paddington Station. The room was clean and comfortable.

There isn't a room for the luggages (before the check-in and check-out you need to leave them in the basement without any surveillance). There are no European adapters for electronic devices available.

This place is perfectly located if you want to visit central London. If you're not planning to stay in the room for long, this is absolutely perfect for you. The host was just lovely, helped us get an early check-in without extra costs, held the bags for us for free as well so we could go explore. Room had 2 beds, all clean, TV, air conditioning and some amenities. They also had room service every day we were there! They do ask you to leave the key in reception every time you leave the hotel but you get used to it. The only down side is: no elevator. Our room was in the 4th floor so we had to climb a lot of stairs but honestly small price to pay for such a pleasant experience!

I booked a family room for 3 adults, 2 children, and 1 baby, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel and its services. The room was perfectly suited to our needs, spacious, and well-organized to accommodate the whole family. The reception smelled wonderful, which immediately gave a great impression of the hotel. The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free, which is always a plus. The location is ideal, just 4-5 minutes on foot from Paddington Station, making it easy to get around London. Additionally, there are many restaurants and convenience stores just a short walk away, which is very convenient. Overall, I had an excellent stay and I would highly recommend this hotel for its location, comfort, and friendly service.

I mean we knew when we booked but there was no elevator so keep that in mind. Our room was in the top floor and it was sometimes a little bit exhausting haha Also it was very warm and it sometimes smelled really odd/bad Due to the location it was rather loud sometimes but that’s okay The beds were rather small for two persons…

The location was awesome right in front of Paddington station. It was very clean and they do housekeeping everyday. The front desk staff was very nice and he allowed me to store my luggage before I checked in and after I checked out for a couple of hours in the storage area. The rooms are tiny including the bathroom but it's enough for us to lodge and checkout the city.

The bathroom shower was too tiny but it was clean. The room needs to be ventilated a bit more as we got the basement room but if the AC works well it will be good.

Location is ideal, very close to Paddington Station. The room was very clean and very quiet. Staff was kind and helpful. We asked for a cot for our child which was provided without issue. The price was very fair for this type of accommodation in Central London and communication from the hotel was clear and prompt.

Some of the room decor was a little dated and looked a little shabby, but since the room was very clean this was no real problem. Likewise the room was a little small, but not a problem considering we only went back to the hotel to sleep.

Friendly and helpful reception. Staffed all night. The location, 3 minutes walk from Paddington Station was so useful and many other places in London easy to reach via buses, tubes and taxis. And on foot. Paddington Basin is full of cafes, bars, restaurants and other pleasure venues - boats for hire for example. There were even drink making facilities and a fridge. despite the small size of the room (which was specified at time of booking).

The placement of the toilet was a challenge, tucked into a small corner behind the sink. The room was overwarm, despite the outside cold and there was nowhere except the bed to sit comfortably and watch TV (If you want to).

Ideal quiet location only 5 mins walk from Paddington Station & 10 mins from Hyde Park. Friendly and helpful staff. Good mattress and pillows although bed was quite small. Good shower. Plenty of hanging space. Decent street view from small balcony.

Room was quite narrow which meant that the bed was quite small and the bathroom door slammed onto the corner of the bed when opened. Bed had no headboard and backed onto large window.

As a family we wanted it to be kids environmental friendly and it meet our expectations the staff/receptionist are kind and friendly they even let us leave our luggage after check out. We appreciate as well that they let us borrowed plugs since UK is different from 🇵🇹

We love the location almost everything nearby. can take underground tube from everywhere or walking distance to many London attractions
