The apartments were easy to find and communication with the host was clear and efficient. The Cromwell Road location in Kensington is outstanding in close proximity to the very well connected Earls Court Station and the popular, pubs, eateries and shopping district. Walking distance to Hyde and Kensington parks, Albert Hall, and easy public transport to key London attractions. Apartment 30 was cosy and comfortable with excellent bedding and extra towels and linen. Fully stocked kitchen with good appliances. Instant hot water and good pressure. Small balcony (smoking is permitted on the balcony with the balcony door closed). Lift access to floors. Electronic door access and good privacy. Freeview TV with many channels. Cleaning items. Electronic fan and heating. Great washer/dryer combo. Apartment management were friendly and helpful. Huge thanks to host Kaye for her kind patience with our delayed arrival time, assistance and professionalism 👍 Recommend a stay at Sherborne Court Apartments in London for the comfort, service and excellent location! We would definitely stay again ☺️.

The apartment is in need of refurbishment with apparent wear and tear but still very spacious, cosy and comfortable. Newly renovated rooms available if requested and booked further in advance. Traffic noise and street lighting from busy Cromwell Road is to be expected. Black out blinds and balcony door glazing would assist in minimising noise and light but "location, location".... Further attention to detail needed with cleaning of kitchen range hood and under cabinet area with grease build up and wiping inside draws and cupbords. No working bulbs in rangehood light, under cabinet or the floor lamp. The apartment and public areas are VERY clean and fresh smelling otherwise. We very much recommend staying here!

Location was superb, very easy to get to (and find) by car, and excellent public transport links nearby (2 mins walk to the nearest bus stop, and 5 mins to Earls Court tube station). Plenty of places to eat and drink around the tube station area. Perfectly adequate apartment for a no frills stay. The balcony was very convenient for a vaper, not a spacious space, but far easier than having to go downstairs and outside of the block. There is a couple of lifts which was really handy for both transporting luggage, and for weary legs after long days sight-seeing. Reservable parking was one of the biggest attractions for us - it's incredibly hard to find anywhere who will guarantee parking, so we very much appreciated the speedy response from the host pre-booking. The central heating radiator wasn't able to be altered, but there is an electric heater and a fan provided should either be required. Plenty of wardrobe storage with hangers available. The host was very responsive to messages both before and after booking.

Our room overlooked the main road which was a little noisy (not unexpected from reading previous reviews), but noise cancelling headphones blocked out traffic noise for me for falling asleep. The apartment looks slightly tired, but is perfectly functional with everything necessary for a few days stay provided.

These are individual apartments which are let out so each different. I booked 2 as we were travelling with friends. The reception is only open to meet you then there is a doorman if you have any queries. We got upgraded to a one bedroom as there were renovations going on. Our unit was a little tired but clean with a good range of kitchen utensils if you want to cook. A very handy supermarket 8 mins down the road. A 5 min walk to the subway. Very well positioned.

Could have had more information about rubbish disposal in the rooms.

LOVE THE LOCATION!! so close to the tube, lots of fastfood/restaurants to choose from and the apartment was really cosy. it was perfect for our family of four and everything was working perfectly. there were 3 warmers to keep ourselves warm, used the kitchen amenities well. the lovely host in the office was really nice to accomodate to us - our kids were not feeling well on checkout day and she kindly extended th check out time for us on good gesture. we will definitely recommend this place to our friends & family if they visit london!

It will be nice that we were told right from the start that theres cleaning service for our stay. We only got to know half way (throughout our 8 days stay) of the service but it was not available on 25-26 dec due to christmas holidays. we needed topup like tea/sugar, kitchen towel but porter was not helpful.

I had a wonderful experience staying at Sherborne Court. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. Communication was smooth and easy, which made everything so much more comfortable. From check-in to check-out, they made sure everything went perfectly. I truly appreciated their hospitality and support throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

I was travelling to London with my family, including my son who has a mobility issue. I particularly liked the forthright way in which I was informed about the accessibility. They even shot a video and sent measurements for giving us an idea about wheelchair access. They also helped a lot with an early check in and a late check out given our flight timings. Kay and her team were very responsive to messages. And of course the location is wonderful.

The staff is kind, friendly, professional and ready to answer every request (including the doormen who work in the building). The flat has a well-equipped kitchen and is located in a quiet and elegant area of the city convenient for buses and underground. Restaurants, pubs and supermarkets are also very close to the flat.

the apartment was overall clean, but for example window glasses and blinds needed cleaning. Some of the towels were very worn and considering the price, maybe they should be replaced.

We had a fantastic stay at Sherbourne Court. We loved the apartment, particularly the spaciousness of it. The apartment was recently renovated with a lovely kitchen and bathroom as well as a view. The kids enjoyed a bunk bed and the TV. The location at Earl's Court was super convenient too, close to transport and some supermarkets.

the location was a pleasant surprise and mostly the staff was great

The location of the hotel is good. It’s close to parks and the metro. It’s possible to walk to the city center.

Very lousy, especially in night . The bed is too soft It was not toilet paper in my room , when I asked the receptionist for it, he told me to contact the booking service where I made the reservation.
