Beautiful large room and I loved being able to open the window ... I like fresh air in any circumstance. Great location ... not noisy but within gorgeous Kensington neighbourhood. Recommend Montparnasse cafe in lovely streetscape. Friendly staff.

This might be a post covid trend for all hotels (we're at the start of a long trip) but seemed to lack conditioner, proper milk in fridge and some body lotion ... I try not to cart my own around.

Room was large for a London Hotel, very large, firm bed. Television, radio, table and chairs, everything you need. Large wetroom with plenty of nice toiletries and towels. Carpet was a bit worn in places but everything was clean. No road noise or other noise at night. We had breakfast which was expensive but it was explained to us that the £13 charge only covered the buffet, the full English was extra. we had the full English as we had a long journey home and it was fine. The location is good, a pleasant, affluent area. We wanted somewhere close to the Royal Albert Hall, this hotel was about a 20 minute walk away, which was fine. the staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

The only problem we had was that I had packed our medication in 2 separate, small plastic bags for taking on the night and in the morning. I left these on the dressing table when we went out at night and they were gone when we got back to the hotel. If there is a member of staff who thought they were going to have a good night with the drugs they found they would have been disappointed with our blood pressure meds and statins!! If it had been medication for a serious condition it would have been a real problem.

The hotel was not able to manage a last minute early check in, so they kindly offered to store our bags for us so we could freely go out and explore without dragging them about the city. This was very much appreciated by our family and was a huge convenience. The room was nicely tidied every morning by the time we’d returned out from London. About a ten minute walk from Gloucester Road tube station or 8 minute walk from Earls Court station, with lots of dining options and great choice on Uber Eats if you fancy dining in the room in evenings (which we did nearly every night, as we had a small child with us, who was very tired from exploring London by dinner time). Would stay here again!

Breakfast was awful. One made one's own tea with lukewarm water from a flask with a half open lid. Orange juice was from very dilute concentrate with a ghastly taste. As a result I felt very nauseated for three hours afterwards. A great pity as it took away from my long-awaited trip to the Chelsea Flower Show that morning. Luckily I brought my own gluten-free muesli. For the rest of our stay we had delicious breakfasts at another hotel nearby, which only cost £2 more per person. Breakfast let down an otherwise pleasant stay at the the Park City Grand Plaza Kensington Hotel, where the reception staff and the cleaners were very competent and kind.

Area and the hotel is lovely, Staff were friendly and professional. We didn't pay for breakfast at the hotel. we walked to Gloucester Road tube station every morning, travelled to Kensington High Street ,and straight opposite the tube entrance is Macdonalds, Kids were happy with this, they enjoyed looking at all the wealthy houses and flats on the way to the tube station and felt a safer area to stay in London. Toke about 15 mins in total to get to Macdonalds. Natural history museum close by,which again was good for kids.

Noticed could do with a little TLC in the room we stayed in, just wear and tear showing a little. Genuinely still a lovely hotel to stay, I would stay again here.

excellent location, very helpful and polite staff, spacious room with air con

the breakfast was very disappointing, we arrived at 10am and service finishes at 11am but there were no pastries left and none were put out even when i asked for some, the fruit was soft and old, there was no bacon and the sausages were not meat but some kind of vegan brand and tasteless, the milk curdled when added to the coffee which i had to ask them to make more, hardly any mushrooms or tomatoes left and the cheese and cold meats were not appetising as the room was very warm and the cheese was curling up at the ends, even with a discount it cost £22.50 plenty of lovely restaurants within walking distance

Fantastic situation in a lovely area of London. Hotel was very clean and processes smooth and well-organised.

Some concerns about security within the property as front desk does not overlook the front doors of the hotel and the lifts do not require a room key to operate. Bedroom itself was a good size but needed a bit of maintenance. No seal at the bottom of the shower screen so it flooded the floor, bathroom door handle repaired rather than replaced, air con switch broken, altho the aircon itself was working.

Excellent customer service, the hotel could not guarantee a room with twin beds in advance but they were able to accommodate, which is very much appreciated. The room by London standards was quite spacious, clean, comfortable bedding, nice bathroom. The carpet makes the room feel slightly dated and not 100% clean, but otherwise a lovely room. The lobby is very beautiful. It was a treat to stay in Kensington, the subway is a 10 min walk, loads of great restaurants nearby and a grocery store.

Only issue is the dated carpet that has seen cleaner, better days.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. At the end of the day they always asked how my day had gone. Very willing to get a taxi at the beginning of the day. The room was very comfortable. It felt like coming home after a day of touring the city.

The elevator was out of service a couple of times which meant walking up the stairs. Also I found the tub very hard to get out of, too high to step out of.

The location is very strategic and beautiful, it's about 8 minutes walk from Earl's Court. As I'm someone had a sleep and back problem, I can say the bed was a good one even not the best. I can sleep well without any problem. The reception are friendly and helpfull. We have not a heater yet in our room as it is a remote heater, we call the reception, within 5 minutes they brought the heater to our room ready to use. Even offering to install in our room. Good service! Please remain like this. We will come back and stay here when we visit London.

The price of the room is a bit pricey, but I guess it's average price of hotels in London.
