Good location, clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Eco-friendly hotel.

Can hear a noise(or vibrant) slightly. Might be the train or metro. The room was big enough for me since I was traveling alone. Might be a bit small if there were two people with two suitcases.

Upon arrival we didn't get the room that we thought we booked in the picture. The room was so small. But Esther and the main manager, a lady took care of that immediately. They are super customer oriented and do their best to accommodate you as a guest. Thank you Esther and manager.

Some of the rooms were not cooling by the AC and some other minor issues that I already brought to mgr's attention. Double check the rooms upon booking to make sure you get the room you're paying for.

The staff were pleasant, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is exceptional - it's 1 minute from London Euston (if you know the area!), 1 minute from Euston Square station and a 5 min walk to Warren Street. It was lovely and quiet, despite being right next to the station. Good breakfast too (poached eggs that weren't hard as a rock - a sign of a good chef)

The layout of the building is odd and quite confusing - I suspect it used to be a 1930s office building, from the deco-style staircase inside. Also, the lighting in the bedroom and bathroom is terrible, and unflattering.

the staff were very friendly on arrival. the room was very spacious and modern. it had all the facilities you would need (nicely scented toiletries including hand lotion; not just shampoo and showergel). it was also well sound proofed although you could feel the vibrations of the trains passing.

there was some wear and tear, particularly in the bathroom. Soap scum between the tiles, mould and a crack in the shower stall. however everything else was neatly presented. the breakfast buffet was fairly well stocked, however the bacon was left to go leathery and tough. as I left the hotel it was rubbish collection day piles left on the street had a spread around. it’s not the hotel’s fault but it does bring down the look of the area. perhaps they can have a word with the local council to provide more bins for their neighbours?

The Wesley Euston is well-located adjacent to tube, bus and train transport options. Pubs, restaurants, and mini markets are not far away. The second floor easy-access room was accessible via stairs or lift from the 24 hour reception. The room facing an internal large attrium had little views but the windows opened and the room was light, airy and quiet. The rumblings from the tube liones deep under the hotel were more a novelty than a nuisance.

The end of Euston Street is currently closed due to HS2 work. This prevents a walking short-cut to Euston train\tube\bus station but does cut-down on noise from local vehicle and foot traffic.

- The bed was super comfortable, possibly the best nights sleep I've had in a while! -Considering how close the hotel is to Euston ot was very quiet in the room, even with HS2 works going on next to it. - location was excellent - mostly very friendly staff, particularly the house keeping staff - Stefan, who was working on the bar, was lovely and very helpful! - Great shower! - Good in room facilities - very friendly security guard who helped us when we were struggling to carry our music equipment

- some of the staff were quite rude at times and made it seem like the guests were an inconvenience - coffee machine wasn't working at breakfast

Location good for station to other regions as well as the tube stations.

Breakfast could have been better. Coffee machine broken down. Air conditioner not very efficient with extreme heat during our stay. Construction work at Euston station was not indicted when we booked and this is a long term project. Rates should reflect that inconvenience, but should also have been noted on their website and booking.com so that guests could make an informed decision whether to stay or not.

The staff was excellent - multilingual and extremely accommodating and attentive. The location was a great compromise between being central and convenient to the Tube and train while being reasonably priced. It’s a 2-minute walk to the Euston Square underground station or Euston train station, and a pleasant and easy 20-minute walk to Covent Garden.

The rooms were small, but well thought out and clean. There was an issue with the centralized heating/cooling system, but they provided space heaters that worked well for rooms that were cold and that resolved the issue effectively. There are no USB ports in the rooms except on the TV, which must be on to charge a device. The shower door did not open and close smoothly and was quite noisy, and sounds were fairly easily heard in the rooms connected (above and to the sides). Couldn’t hear voices except of people in the hall, but could hear doors opening and closing, chairs moving and things like that. You do hear the trains pass, but they generally stop after midnight and start back up after 6.

I already reviewed this hotel previously because this was my second stay at the hotel over brief time because I stayed one night after arriving in London and before leaving for the north, then returned for the bulk of my London stay. This time, my room was smaller with only a single bed, but it was adequate for my needs. The staff was really helpful both getting my luggage up the steps for check-in and for my numerous questions, Including locations of Covid testing facilities

The only disappointment was when the hotel restaurant was not open on Sunday night. Restaurant selections on the other night were good, but there were very few patrons, so I’m guessing that most of the hotel guests were taking advantage of the other options in the vicinity.

Lovely theme to the room and perfect size for the two of us. Being close to the station and the noises weren’t a problem as you know you will hear stuff being so close. Check in and out was easy. Facilities were great, heating, clean, table with mugs, cups and spoons. Coffee, tea, hot choc, milk, sugars and biscuits. Shower was easy to use, even shower cap included. Full length mirror was helpful in wardrobe and lights on mirror in bathroom which is very convenient. Security 24/7 which feels more safer and staff very polite and welcoming.
