Nice, relatively small (family run) hotel at walking distance from metrostation (Bakerloo, Cirlce, Hammersmith and District Lines). The room seemed recently refusbished, was perfectly clean and very comfortable. Simple, but good continental breakfast. The pub was well populated and had big tv-screens showing sports in the evening. Great Indian food on the menu. Worth a recommendation, as I would not hesitate to return in the future.

The room was hygienic and nicely decorated. We didn't include breakfast in our stay so can't say anything on the breakfast. We had dinner in the restaurant once, which was very delicious! Highly recommend dining in the restaurant.

1. Checking in was done on a table that was surrounded by chairs. We were checking in with 4 others guests at the same time. So we were all standing around this table with the chairs, which was not very comfortable or professional. They had a large book in which everything was hand written which was also not very professional. 2. We booked a deluxe room, but in hindsight I'm not sure if we actually got a deluxe room. I dont think they have standard or deluxe rooms. They just have one type of room and sell it as deluxe.

The location was within walking distance of two underground stations in a quiet street. From the outside it looks like a quintessential London pub. There was a warm welcome from the staff. Our room was on the top floor, but there is a lift. It was decorated simply but tastefully and was absolutely spotlessly clean throughout. The bed was very comfortable with crisp sheets. Tea and coffee facilities were available although it was difficult to fill the large kettle as the sink was so small. The bathroom looked new, and was fully stocked with full size toiletries and good quality towels - once again, faultlessly clean. The breakfast was included in the room price and was continental, including toast and freshly brewed coffee, but you could purchase a full English which is served all day. We ate at the restaurant in the evening which serves English and Indian food. We opted for the Indian menu and tried a variety of dishes that were all superb. Service throughout was attentive and friendly without being obtrusive. People would be fine here dining on their own if they were on business.

Overall it was a great place to stay. The only issues we had was with the window lock in the bathroom which did not seem to work as the window fell wide open, and the blinds needed attention because they did not fully drop down - both issues minor and easily rectified. Another small niggle was the size of our bathroom sink which was tiny, with a low shelf above it so it was difficult to fill the room kettle (which was bigger than the sink itself) and difficult to clean your teeth as the shelf was in the way. However none of these issues detracted from the fact that this is a great hotel, fabulous value for money with exceptional staff.

We loved the breakfast. Fresh croissants and fresh fruit plus the other options were delicious. Excellent location. 20 walk to Paddington station, 15 min walk to the famous Abbey Rd crossing. Lots of usb ports in the room. Great vibes in the pub down below and the sound proof rooms meant you couldnt hear it at all on the 3rd floor. Also the lift with heavy bags was a god send.

A mirror in the room would have been good for 2 females. The kettle was a mission to work as well so a normal jug would have been sufficient. Couldn’t fit it under the tap to fill and pours way too much water out for your cup. But makes a comical sound.

The hotel is very good. I was at London many times in the past, and in all of them, hotels were not the best one of London. In this case, the hotel surprised me in a very good way. The hotel is quite, clean, with very good decoration, ... in general term very good quality. The breakfast is good enough, also if you don't want to have breakfast there there are many possibilities around the hotel. We did not taste the food however It looks like very good.

The location is not the best one, but also is not the worst. The metro is not very close 10-15 min walking, but you have a bus station very close to there. Also, the hotel has a very good connections with the main attractions of the city.

The location was great to get about in and around the city. The staff and I presume manager/owner were super friendly and the food was lovely. Also the air conditioning in the rooms was a god send with the heat at the time of our visit. Good amount of outside seats for sitting out in the summer months.

The rooms are a touch on the small side for 2 adults getting ready to go out, not a lot of room to move around but decorated lovely. The bar downstairs was really lovely but it was hard to tell if it was a bar or a restaurant as it seemed to merge into one as it was really busy most of the time, which is great for the owners.

The room was very stylish and clean. The pub below was very nice and the indian food amazing. The breakfast included very good too.

The area near the hotel was not the best.

Good location about 5 minute walk from Edgware Road Tube Station. Quiet neighbourhood, off the main Edgware Road and a good size and comfortable room. Breakfast in the morning was very good and a quick simple check-in and check-out process. Also nice that it isn't part of a chain which is uniform and boring.

Nothing really but a little bit more light in the room may have helped but I arrived late and just wanted to sleep so ok. It was a little bit noisy in the corridor outside my room but only for a few minutes so that is quibbling.

The hotel is in a nice location, very close to Little Venice canal. The room was quite small but modern and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable and the shower worked fine. Check in/out procedure was easy. Pub downstairs was nice and staff were friendly. We got the room for a good price. They do Indian food as well but unfortunately we didn't get to sample it! Maybe another time.

We had some trouble with the lighting in the bedroom - was quite dark and think some of the lights weren't working right, but no big deal. Room was smaller than how it looked in the pics. Would be a bit of a tight squeeze staying there for a few days or more.

The hotel is in a convenient location close to Paddington station. The room is a decent size for central London. The staff is lovely! Overall, if you need a decent place to crash and you're arriving at / departing from Heathrow, this is the one to go.

The hotel is a little far from the nearest tube station (Edgware Road), and I wouldn't necessarily walk that street during the night—it's nicer to walk from Marylebone tube station, even though it's longer. A mirror in the bathroom would be nice to have. Windows could be better insulated so it's quieter and the restaurant downstairs can't be heard.
