The staff is super friendly. Molly and Sophie are super kind and helpful. We had a wonderful stay there! It's in an amazing location! We walked through Hyde Park to Buckingham Castle, Big Ban, and the London Eye. It was really awesome! The bed was super comfortable, and the room was warm in all senses.

the kitchen could have some more light and the bathroom is kind of small, but that's minor!

The location was great, just down the road for buses and Paddington Station. The room was super large, and while it had a small kitchenette, it didn't have a washing machine but there is a laundromat directly across the road so that was super convenient. The bed was REALLY comfortable and the shower was amazing, though I did find the shower floor a bit slippery but the actual shower was really awesome.

Unfortunately I couldn't always connect to the WIFI, it wasn't a massive issue as I have a really good data plan but some people might find it frustrating. The sofa wasn't too comfortable as it is a futon I believe but the TV was on a swivel so I watched it from the bed most of the time. Oh and also there wasn't anything to wash dishes with - like a dish cloth or similar. But they are small things that didn't really impact on my overall stay

One of the main lights in the apartment didn’t work properly due to fault in electrics. Staff did their best but it was an engineer’s job. Apartment could do with more (reading) lights. Cupboard above sink is inconveniently placed so you can’t stand up straight when washing up.

The location was great. The staff very knowledge and friendly. Little fridge and sink very useful. Huge double bed and TV in both rooms - pull out sofa bed very comfortable.

There was no coffee machine as advertised

I appreciated the location close tu bus and tube, vari nice neighbourhood, quiet ar night, we were on the 3rd floor, staff very kind and responsive. Having a little kitchen really helps when travelling with kids. We had a welcome treat with free water prosecco crisps and chocolates. Very warm and confortable. there are shops and 24hrs market and good cousines nearby. Beds were confortable.

Quite clean as aspected, the sofabed was good for kids not sure for 2 adults, but for us was fine. if you are travelling with a kids stroller, keep in mind that the close tubbe has no lift

This is my second time here, and I absolutely loved the convenient location. It’s easily accessible to the train station and within walking distance of the supermarket, bus stop, Hyde Park, Edgware Road, and Marble Arch. Halal food options are excellent, with Melur Restaurant and Satay House close by. A special mention to the front desk staff, whose warm and welcoming service truly stood out. Although there’s no dedicated parking (common for apartments), finding a spot was easy with the JustPark app, which I highly recommend.

While the area can feel quite dark at night, it didn’t affect my overall experience.

Clean, has elevator. Everything as described. Location is further than we thought but has lots of good food around. Owner is responsible and helpful.

Only two sets of everything with three people so we have to share. Location is further than we thought. We have some trouble to close one of the window.

The apartments are located well, with access to public transport, shops and amenities. The young lady on reception was very helpful, giving us lots of advice, and had a very friendly and enthusiastic manner. The room was very very warm, much appreciated on a cold January night, and very clean. The other members of staff who we met were also very friendly. We had no troubles with any of the other people who were staying there, and I was quietly surprised at how quiet the area is in the evening. All in all, definitely recommended!

Paddington Apartments is 15 minutes of walk from Marylebone rail station, so it was really convenient for us to get to. There's always someone at the reception between 9 AM - 9 PM so access, unlike some places where you try reaching hosts for access codes was quite easy. Our apartment was on floor 3 and was very spacious. The room was clean, bed was large and comfortable and overall it was a great stay. We were also offered complimentary snacks and drinks in our room. I would definitely want to stay again whenever I visited London.

The only negative thing was that the toilet door didn't close all the way, but that was a very minor niggle and not overly important for us. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

Great location ! 10 min walk to Edgware station, 15 to Paddington. Post office , laundromat, marks and Spencer all very handy . Great shower, comfy bed, microwave , jug, fridge in room. Friendly staff.

It could do with freshen up , and slightly damp smell from the bathroom , but really nothing to worry about as location makes up for it .
