We liked everything. We had apartment #4 (2 bdrm) and it was excellent. Clean, very comfortable beds, great little kitchen, good heating, windows that open, great showers, beautiful private gardens, and brilliant staff. Chris was welcoming and very helpful when we needed. Good access to the tube - Warwick Avenue and Maida Vale stations (on the Bakerloo line). Paddington Station is only a 15 minute walk away where you can access a number of other lines. Tesco’s up the road provided all we needed for breakfast and dinner. there is also the Provençal Butcher up from Tescos which has excellent quality meat but is a little pricey. Close to Regents Canal which you can walk along to the zoo (25 mins) and then onto Camden Town (another 10 mins). It is mostly a very quiet neighborhood - a bit of music from the pub next door on Saturday night but apart from that you will get a great nights sleep. We would definitely stay again.

Great location, nice area, easy to get to & convenient for tube. Clean, very spacious accommodation and nicely decorated. Well equipped with thoughtful, quality amenities- toiletries, coffee, tea, bottled water etc plenty of towels, and loo roll, hairdryer, ironing board etc. Good quality beds. Good water pressure for very decent shower! Secure lobby entrance, and secure parking available. Good communication in advance.

Second bedroom on the smaller side (vs very spacious master) but still plenty of wardrobe storage and twin beds. Would suggest zip and link to connect these/convert to king as an option.

I stayed for (9) nights and truly it was a memorable and mesmerized experience. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, always offering support and guidance. The apartment was spacious and well equipped with all necessary tools and equipment. There is a private park where you can have a unique experiment in term of relaxation. Overall, I didn’t notice any major observation or complaint.

The location is super close to two Tube stations, coffee shops, grocery stores, and restaurants. The beds are comfy and apartment is super spacious. We were on the first floor apartment and could hear people outside (kids playing, people talking as they walk by, cars passing by), but it’s a quiet neighborhood, so it wasn’t bothersome. Our itinerary took an unexpected turn, and we were able to seamlessly extend our stay - it’s the off-season, so peak season might be more difficult, but the office staff were great.

We found the journey by car to the apartment from the M1 easy. The apartment was very clean and spacious. Access to the Tube was quick and straightforward. The area is quiet and friendly.

It would have helped us to understand the parking better. We parked on the street but it took about half an hour to sort the parking charge (no fault of Europa House) Maybe we could have known more about our parking options. We think/hope weekends are free! We just had to pay for a few hours on Friday until 6pm which was absolutely fine just difficult to sort as the phone number on the street sign didnt work nor did the App. A tea towel was something I didnt think to bring.

Very good location in the quiet neighbourhood of Maida Vale. Very clean, comfortable beds, the facilities are outstanding including the washing machine, coffee machine etc. Very bright and cozy flat with everything you’d need for a short stay. Despite the wold weather, is was always very comfortable inside which is a rarity for London. We forgot a credit card and were kindly notified by a member of staff shortly after our departure.

Everything was great

Very large and clean apartment. In a very quiet and nice neighborhood. We had an apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms. We arrived at 23:00 and self check-in was easy with the detailed instructions that we received in advance from the staff by e-mail and whatsapp. The apartment was very nice decorated. Nearby supermarket and bakery to buy breakfast!

One minor experience. At the entrance of the building there was a door bell stating the availability of a 24 hrs concierge. However, when we push the button at 01:00 AM to contact the concierge (as we accidently did not have our main entrance door code available), there was no response.

The flat was very large and well equipped. The beds were comfortable and housekeeping provided lots of towels and did a light cleaning twice during our five night stay.

Our flat was on the ground floor overlooking the street. While it was very quiet (surprisingly so), you didn’t want to open the windows much at night for safety reasons, so it probably would have been very hot during a hotter week.

Lovely peaceful neighbor location, extremely spacious apartment. Ample supply of towels in huge bathroom, great amount of closet space.The kitchen is very modern and really well equipped even including a washer/dryer, Nespresso machine with pods and milkThe bed is super comfortable and the linens are high quality. A big bonus is the private 3 acre neighborhood park/garden accessed directly from the rear of the hotel. Also very close to shops and tube stop.

Advertised as daily housekeeping but it was actually only every other day and not on weekends. Concierge was listed as 7 days a week but was only on weekdays although there was a backup overnight/weekend contact number. Some of the furniture could use a updating (lighter weight and more movable dining table/chairs/floor lamp which limit access to living room closet. Finally, because our first impression and welcome was in the hotel office, it would benefit from a less “lived-in” look.

Clean property and well equipped

Bathroom needs renovation, faucets are not working properly and the bed mattress is not comfortable at all and needs to be changed. While we stayed 5 nights, the room was cleaned only one time! For sure not sufficient.
