Staff were very friendly

Disappointed Social Housing was present and we was not informed prior to booking

The room was spacious with plenty of storage space. The air conditioning was easy to use and effective. I wasn't disturbed by any noise. The television was good and easy to use for this senior citizen and tech novice. I slept well in the bed. The furnishings were of good quality. The breakfast was good but not outstanding but certainly had all the basics that one might expect. The gym was good although I would have liked it more if it had had a powermill (also known as an infinity staircase) but perhaps I'm being over fussy. It had a treadmill, spin bike, several other machines and various weights.

It's hard to think of anything at the moment, it was all pretty good.

I was very impressed from the moment I had my first interaction with the receptionist. The attentiveness of all the employees in fulfilling every request, along with the warm welcome, truly stood out. I especially want to thank Mrs. Maria for the warm greeting she gave each morning at breakfast. It’s always a pleasure to encounter such a place, and I’ve always believed that "people make the place." I will definitely return with love and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to others.

Dinner was very good - much better than I expected - my thai curry was clearly cooked freshly with good ingredients. Staff were very helpful and obliging - on the front desk and staff in the restaurant and bar.

Breakfast was a buffet and very crowded - the choice of buffet was good but there was a lot offered in a small area - the day I was there there were lots of children trying to make waffles and make coffee with a machine that only makes one coffee at a time. Breakfast itself was ok but simple.

Lovely big room with two large twin beds, special requests were adhered to exactly as requested. Thank you very much

It's quite an ugly building, I did wonder why it was called Hilton Garden Hotel, no garden that I could see, however, once inside the delightful staff and excellent hotel space more than made up for this. The lovely addition of cans of cold water on arrival on a hot day were a great but unexpected surprise.

It was all very functional. We were over staying for a swim gala that was taking place over the weekend at the pool around the corner, so were only looking for bed and breakfast and an evening meal, and that was all great.

The TV in the communal area had a poor picture quality which was a bit of a shame when some of us wanted to watch the 6 nations in the evening, but it wasn't bad enough to spoil the occasion.

Comfortable bed, great shower amd bathroom facilities, attentive and helpful staff at all hours. Decent breakfast with some food cooked fresh for you on request. All staff we interacted with or even just passed in the corridor were super friendly

Carpet was heavily stained in parts of the room, unclear a carpet cleaner hasnt been taken to this area. Had been improperly cleaned prior to arrival as discarded rubbish was under the seats and curtains.

Conveniently located to attend a funeral at nearby crematorium. Room facilities were good, clean and fresh on arrival. Staff were very pleasant and welcoming on arrival & went out their way to ensure we won a raffle prize of a complimentary drink which was very welcomed. Food was lovely.

Bed was really hard & uncomfortable. Addressed with staff on checkout & they knew what we were going to say before we even said it (assuming it’s a common complaint).

The room was a lot larger than expected and the bed was extremely comfortable and cosy. I had forgotten my tooth brush however after contacting the front desk via the Hilton app, staff were at the door within 5 minutes with a tooth brush set. Very friendly and easy check in with the app. Would stay again if in the area or flying out of nearby Luton airport

- the staff tried very hard to satisfy us and the party who joined us for dinner - it was a clean, well maintained hotel where it felt that there was a motivated and friendly team in charge - really well managed. - room comfortable and well refurbished

They gave us a double rather than twin room expected, but I didn't complain at the time as we needed to get some sleep and I didn't want to change rooms. Dinner was highly priced but they did try hard Breakfast coffee could be better. Boiled eggs would be a good addition to buffet.
