I loved the rooms and the furniture. The bed was hard to get out of and the comfy chair with a stool was a lovely addition.

It would've helped to have known that it was by the train station not the airport. Coming from a night flight, I had thought it would be where the other hotels would be located so followed the 'hotels' sign. The paths weren't really paths... Also, I wish bottles of water could have been provided. It was more Travelodge than Hilton to use the kettle. I also didn't like being asked to give a deposit of £5 in the event of purchasing anything at the bar. I don't think it adds anything to the service.

I spent a couple nights at Hampton by Hilton Luton Airport and had a fantastic time. I honestly couldn't have asked for anything more from the hotel. I believe Hampton by Hilton is the best value hotel I've ever been at! I would not hesitate to suggest this hotel for its wonderful service and convenient location near the airport. Looking forward to going back!

The room entrance door did not open with the provided electronic door card; when I complained to the front desk, they supplied me a new card; however, the same problem occurred the next day.

Everything was just as expected. Good value for money. The room was good enough for three people. We stayed one night only, but had a good time resting after a long flight. The staff was very kind and welcoming. Breakfast had everything we needed to start off our London vacation. Best location, just less than a minute walk from the train station (didn't notice any noise though while staying in the hotel), so despite the fact there was heavy rain, we hardly got wet as we only needed to walk a few meters.

It could be a bit more clean. But honestly, I have quite high standards for cleanliness.

So, let me tell you about this hotel. It's a total game-changer when it comes to location. You can get to the airport in just 10 minutes via the bus that stops right outside the hotel. And, if you're coming by train, the station is a mere 3-minute walk away. So, you're pretty much sorted for transportation. But the real winner here is the breakfast. It's seriously top-notch, with a bunch of hot and cold dishes to choose from. Plus, they have some extra breakfast items to keep you fueled up for the day. It's definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. The rooms are also great - they're super comfy and spacious. And, you'll find all the basic amenities you need in there too. It's a Hampton by Hilton hotel after all, so you know you're going to get a decent room. Oh, and the best part is the value for money. For all that you get - the location, the breakfast, the comfy rooms - the price is seriously reasonable. So, you won't break the bank staying here. All in all, I'd definitely recommend the Hampton by Hilton Luton Airport London for anyone looking for a convenient and comfy hotel experience. Last but not least, the staff's warmth, friendliness, and professionalism made my stay a blast. Even though I was supposed to check out around noon because my flight had been delayed for several hours, they were very gracious in letting me stay an extra few hours so I could work in peace and relieve my frustration over my delayed flight. I appreciate your help and am looking forward to my future Hampton by Hilton visit wherever it may be.

The TVs are small and outdated, but they don't affect my stay because I hardly use them, so keep that in mind if you enjoy watching television. And the temperature control unit occasionally has a tendency to be off when it comes to changing the temperature, making it difficult to find the ideal setting between being too hot or too cold. Since I enjoy colder temperatures, this wasn't a problem for me, but it might be for other people.

This was an unscheduled trip. Our flight home to Edinburgh was cancelled which was due to go from Gatwick. We had to then get a flight from Luton the next day. Understandably we were perhaps not in the best of moods. However the hotel cheered us up. Welcoming staff, nice room for the three of us with good air conditioning. A good night’s sleep followed and a hearty breakfast in the morning sent us on our way. Great location. Getting to the airport on Dart couldn’t have been easier.

Used this hotel after flying into Luton Airport it is 5 minutes drive. I was looking for somewhere to kip, and selected this one due to nearness to airport and price. It was £53 for a room, for one night plus £12 to park car. This price includes English breakfast and and/or croissants, cereal etc. Room was clean, and all looked as if it were brand new. An abundance of towels, soap, shampoo and vonditioner. Lovely hot shower. Coffee/ making facilities. We checked in around 1 am, and bar was still open. Staff friendly and eager to help.

I can't really fault hotel. I did think I had been charged twice, but they take a deposit against potential damage, and this was refunded swiftly.

Excellent location right next to Luton Airport Parkway Station with the bus stop to the airport virtually right outside. Rooms have everything you need for an overnight stay and the staff, both reception and breakfast staff, were friendly and helpful.

Given the early flight times at Luton, breakfast could maybe start earlier. At the moment, a full hot and cold offer starts at 6 but if even just some cold food could be offered earlier that would be useful.

I thought the Brazilian lady who I think may be the Manager was fantastic you are very lucky to have someone as good as her working for you. She had a difficult customer on my arrival and dealt with his incredibly bad manners in a professional manner. I chose hilton due to having sound proof rooms. We could still hear the planes but only just, it meant we could have a better night's sleep. Great location when you have a morning flight from Luton Airport. The new cable-rail DART will take you to the airport terminal in 10 minutes and it costs only 5 Pounds, Station Its just next to the hotel. The room was spacious, big bathroom, a comfy bed.. all we needed for one night.

The noise from train station and a nearby airport, but you have expected it and Hotel can't do much about it. Use earplugs, and your night will be just fine.
