It was very clean and quiet. The room was a great size. Everything worked, which was great. The front little balcony was kinda cute. Was easy to access the hotel and room. Bed was comfy. Good value for money. If you need any questions answered even though it is an unmaned hotel, the communication was great and quick response via phone. Vending machine available. Overall i really enjoyed my stay , so thankyou 🙂

Wish it was an actually double bed, not just two singles pushed together but was still comfy. Don't get me wrong, i do plan on revisiting. Needed more coffee supplies as It only made one coffee for one of the mornings, but again, that's my preference as i love a coffee in the morning.

The room was a good size for a over night stay, and the shower had good pressure overall it was all good

No staff on site to welcome you, and although the car park has a capacity of about 8 cars, I was lucky enough to get one, but during my stay, I noticed the garage opposite removed and replaced 4 cars and a van driver park up and walk around the corner so I do not understand why my vehicle registration is required when checking in online. I think the parking is being used by local non-paying guests. As guests are required to disclose registration numbers, I think checks should be made and possible parking tickets or keycoded parking Bay's.

Very small room, but big, super king size, very comfortable bed! Just had room for small bedside tables and 'dressing table' with basic tea and coffee making facilities - and wall mounted TV - so everything we needed. Good size shower cubicle in en suite. The room was lovely and warm and everything was clean, so we were very satisfied. On edge of Luton, so easy access without going through the centre of the town. Just a few miles off the M1 airport junction, J10, and probably only about 3 miles from the airport - and much cheaper than the 'official' airport hotels.

Very small car park - understandable in an urban setting - but some parking also available in front of the garage opposite overnight, and a reasonably priced pay and display car park very nearby for daytime hours. No direct contact with any reception on arrival - sent entry codes for the doors, which worked perfectly, and lady I spoke to on the phone was lovely, and really helpful. - Would have like the chance to say thank you after our stay!

The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and felt homely which is relaxing after a long journey. The facilties are good - kettle, tea, coffee, flat screen televisions and the fan was considerate as I stayed during summer time. The beds are comfortable and throw pillows are included which is a stylish touch. No noise from other guests and the person that we booked it with was friendly, understandable and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

Easy to get in etc, no waiting or complications. Clean and tidy but it's not a top notch hotel. You get what you pay for perfect as a base to a local festival to rest your head and have a shower etc

Parking, lack of toilet roll, lube in vending machine doesn't give you a great first impression

Easy access to room through the code given. Nice touch. Easy check out. Big bed and big shower. Good location if you want to get some food on Uber eats for cheap delivery costs (£1).

I think the price was a little high. Car park is tight but if you get there first it’s ok.

Location ok didn’t do breakfast, staff helpful, clean and good facilities I prefer this sort of accommodation as working away all the time you get fed up of take sways it was nice to me able to microwave something different than curry or chinese

I’m not a fan of coded entry via emails or text (it’s an age thing) but it was explained to me very well

it was just a place for me to have a sleep. didn’t have to talk to anyone. just got the code for the doors via text. it was a twin room with two single beds. bed was comfortable and clean but that was were the clean stops.

it was an hour walk away from the airport.

Liked that it was close to all amenities and it was super clean.. It was super cozy and exactly what we expected. We will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and will be returning for a visit !

There wasn't anything we didn't like to be honest. Besides the road traffic noise, but thats pretty normal

Room was a good size and everything was clean, bed was very comfortable, staff vey helpful, not far from everything I needed, stayed there on a few occasions, always a joy!

Nothing was wrong with the hotel at all. Was happy with everything. No complaints here. Would stay here again and would recommend to anyone.
