The room was tastefully decorated and well appointed (included a safe). It was very quiet and the bed very comfortable with lovely bedding, so I had a great couple of nights' sleep. There is plenty of parking and the gardens provide a nice ambiance in a quiet location. It's just a short walk to Handforth town centre but also right next to the A555, giving quick access to the airport and motorway network. A nice breakfast. All staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, great value for money.

Only minor suggestions: skimmed milk and porridge options would have made the breakfast even better (although, to be fair I didn't ask about porridge - it just wasn't on the buffet; perhaps it's available to order). A small fridge in the room would make it perfect.

Reception staff were super helpful & friendly. Breakfast was good. Location pretty handy for an event we were attending at Capesthorne Hall. Room was ready on time & clean.

We booked an accessible room unintentionally as it was the last available so the bathroom was huge! (obviously a positive). However the room was located right next to the lift on the first floor so was a bit too noisy. if you’re a light sleeper, avoid this room location. This was our mistake so no fault of the hotel’s but worth knowing for future guests.

Room was spacious and clean. Bed was huge and very comfortable. Ability to leave the car and get a transfer service to and from the airport was hassle free both outgoing and returning. Location of the hotel in relation to Manchester Airport. Food in the restaurant was delicious and service was quick. Staff in the restaurant were all friendly and efficient.

Bath plug was surrounded by rust stains. Service at reception to check-in and book transfer was slow, especially as we'd been asked to check-in online before arrival. Received a bizarre message prior to arrival about 'bidding' for an upgraded room?!

The hotel location was great, not too far a distance from the airport, regular buses and lots of local amenities. The hotel it’s self was stunning, the room itself were incredibly luxurious and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were helpful and it offered everything you could possible want. I’ll definitely be coming back again in the future next time myself or my boyfriend is travelling.

Maybe a little more sound proofing in the rooms, as there was a wedding on at the hotel. It wasn’t too much of an issue however just could near the music even the evening.

Very comfortable hotel within easy reach of the airport. Our Executive double room was very spacious with a lovely bathroom and huge comfy bed. Tea/coffee making facilities were included in the room. The gardens are beautiful and as the weather was lovely we were able to spend some time enjoying the time outside. The staff everywhere were extremely friendly and helpful. It was our second visit and we will certainly come back again next time we fly from Manchester.

Air conditioning in the rooms would be nice! The weather was hot and our room was stifling at night.

We have stayed here many times visiting family. Location is good rooms are comfortable although can get very warm during summer months a fan is available but air con would be good.rooms always very clean. Reception staff always very helpful.

After staying here many times and have had buffet breakfast we have always had tea, coffee, brought to the table by staff. This time we noticed only 1 member of staff cleaning tables and we had to sort out tea and coffee ourselves. Hot water and coffee both in flask style jugs along with milk in a large glass jug. With tea bags to help our self. We would rather have tea served in a tea pot with cup and saucer and also coffee brought in a coffee pot. There was only very large mugs to be used and if there was a queue waiting for tea and coffee you felt awkward holding up others while you waited for the tea to infuse in such a large thick heavy mug. As pinewood is a plus hotel we found this very disappointing.

Excellent location Rooms clean with a comfortable bed All the staff I interacted with were friendly , helpful and professional. The restaurant staff at breakfast were very helpful and attentive. I was slightly worried when I got into my room that it was going to be very warm as the window had a lock on preventing it from opening too far. I quick chat with reception and it was all opened up for me.

If i had one small negative I'd have to say guests sitting on the benches smoking outside the front doors meant you had to walk through the smoke .

Easy to park. Fantastic breakfast. I travel a lot and this was the best breakfast I've been given in many years. The coffee was freely available for refills, and was hot and really good. I asked for poached eggs, and they were done perfectly. Lots of choice. Also, I really liked the hotel building itself, and my room. It was possible to have a walk around local residential roads, which not all airport hotels offer. I wasn't actually using the airport, and stayed for two nights. I would certainly book again.

We stayed for one night before flying from Manchester the next morning. This hotel is beautiful and our Executive Double Room was very nice with a huge comfy bed, a great shower room and coffee/tea making facilities. Wifi is free and very good throughout. The staff we met were so friendly and kind, a credit to this hotel. We didn't dine here but had a drink in the bar where the prices we extremely reasonable, I paid almost twice the price in another hotel for the same drinks recently so that was very impressive. We are flying from Manchester again in September and will almost certainly use this great hotel again especially as it's only 3 miles from the airport. Very impressed, thank you!

Nothing - everything was fabulous.

Ease of parking and access to the road network. Pleasant staff, nice bar and breakfast is served in the open lounge area where you can also order lunch/dinner. Room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Bathroom spotless with shower over the bath.

I had to shut the bathroom door at night because the air vent made a noise all the time. No air conditioning which at this time of year shouldn't be an issue but I was too hot under the winter duvet.
