Looks newly completed, modern, clean and value for money as we rented for 3 bedrooms unit. With 2 bathrooms and kitchen plus washing machine+dryer are good combo for autumn travel. Colin being helpful during the check in.

Our unit is highest floor and there’s only stairs so no choice has to drag all our luggage up. Better if owner put some tea, coffee and sugar for daily rent like us. Car park should have boxes as some other tenants did not park their car properly hence bit tricky to park yours if you coming back late to the apartment.

It’s well organised and sensibly equipped and decorated. Having parking was fantastic

Nothing much other than cleaning. There was food scraps under the table and a pair of socks from the previous people behind the empty bin. Not a problem but my partner was a little disappointed

No chair in the room that we could use for breakfast apart from 1 very high chair, we are in our 60's and I can't perch on one of those any more and there was 2 of us, the facilities for making breakfast were very basic, if only there had been a small table and 2 chairs and a bedside cabinet on both sides to hold a cup of tea and alarm clock it would have got full marks.

The staff was really friendly and we received a good explanation on how the facilities worked. The location is also very convenient for travelling into Manchester (even by Uber is quite affordable) or to Liverpool as the train station is 10 min walk. There is parking on site, which is very convenient as not many places offer that possibility.

The room we booked was not the one presented to us as it was located in the basement area as opposed to the upper floors. Upon discussing the matter with the Manager, as the room changing was quite challenging, he was kind enough to agree a refund to compensate the discrepancy, which we really appreciated. As a contructive feedback, the bathroom could benefit with some storage space/shelves for toiletries etc.

Everything was excellent. The cleanliness, the new furniture, the security, the free parking. The bedding is very clean. I and my family agreed that when we decide to go to Manchester any time, the Ashcroft wil be our choice for stay.

Really everything was excellent. However, the flat did not contain any of the expected basic hospitality. No water, no tea, no sugar, nothing that can be useful for guests. I beleive that the property management have put every effort to make it very comfortable for guests, but this is a very tiny hospitality touch that is available everywhere you go and they will do themselves and their propery a favor if they add it.

It was clean, very good value for money and in a great location for what we needed. It was a really good sized apartment, with flat screen TVs in every room with every app you could possibly need so you could log in to your apps. Beds were comfortable, quiet area.

I would have liked a towel for each person staying (we had 3 large towels, and there were 5 of us 2 adults 3 kids) and at least one spare toilet roll, but it really wasn't an issue and we were able to grab what we needed from the local shop which is a few minutes walk away.

The apartment location was perfect midway between the city and the trafford centre and my friends house so it suited our needs, it was only 10 pounds into the city by UBER, the apartment allowed for more flexibility with the family and alos time to relax with no cleaners coming in daily, overall the family were very happy with the apartment. Staff were very friendly and there was no issue with check in time after 3pm

Really great location, straight off the motorway and close to the town, local shops and the tram. Plenty of space in our room, comfortable bed and everything we needed for a weekend break.

Here and there, there's a few areas of carpet that could really do with a refresh. If you're stopping on business it really wouldn't matter too much and maybe a darker colour carpet would be more forgiving but it perhaps unfairly gives the wrong first impression because the place itself and our room was really clean.

New and clean. Well equipped and comfortable. Heating was very efficient. Access was good with off road parking. Colin (on site manager/caretaker) was very helpful and obliging.

Master door to the apartment is a very heavy fire door. The only way to open it from the inside is with the small latch (Yale type) knob- very difficult. The door should have a proper fixed handle. This would be a serious hindrance in an emergency.

It was obvious they had done a quick clean of the room and the bedding was washed. However, the room was not cleaned thoroughly and there were dog hairs in the bedding and on the carpet. But was fine once I had removed the animal hair and spruced it up myself.
