It was a fantastic stay for a birthday weekend away. Staff went above and beyond to make it special. Location was perfect and lovey hotel for it just being open. Would stay again

They have only been open a few months I believe, my only suggestions would be. Instead of those wooden stick in the tool for tea and coffee, to have metal or wooden spoons. They are hard to drain use to drain the coffee and tea bag so break in the cup easy . Toilet brush in the rooms and the air con is controlled central and two of the night it's got very hot in the room and we could not turn the cold air one so it's made it to a bit stuffy to sleep.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room, which felt a little small, was very comfortable and cozy. The bar staff were great and chatty. Location was great too.

The rooms /floors are only accessible by the lifts. Staircases are for staff use only, which is a hinderance to any guests, like my wife, who never uses a lift. The staff were happy to escort her using the stairs, and moved us to a 1st floor room to ease the travel! However, it does feel an incredible inconvenience if you have to ask for a staff member to escort you each time you want to leave your room!! Also, lots of cushions on the bed, but nowhere other that a small chair to balance/store them on.

Staff were really friendly, rooms are lovely and super comfy. Everyone slept great the entire stay. The hotel even smells fab. Super convenient location wise. Would stay again.

We drove and parked underneath the hotel. There is no direct access into the hotel so we ended up carting everything up the driving ramps. The parking is expensive and there is no concession as a guest of the hotel. We spent £75 on parking during our 3 night stay. We ate once in the hotel. The food was grand - had highs and lows but I would also say the meal was on the expensive side.

Comfy bed. Staff. Decent beer at the bar. Do not lose the Craft pale ales! The bar is actually better than most of the nearby pubs. Location. It's perfect. Near the posh shops and the royal exchange, but a short walk to the edgier areas too. Breakfast has a good range of options and not badly priced, esp given pot kettle black is round the corner, you'll have a decent breakfast here without queuing !

Small things. Breakfast coffee was like coffee shop coffee flat whites and americanos etc whereas we'd prefer someone bobbing round with a cafetiere topping you up! That sourdough toast is not a favourite of my old gums ...

Location is perfect for a trip to Manchester, right by Victoria train station, a short walk to all the shopping and a tram on your doorstep so you can explore the whole of Manchester easily. The rooms are so amazingly designed, we instantly felt at home. The atmosphere throughout the whole hotel was mesmerising and you can tell a huge amount of attention has been paid to every little thing. It's even inspired us in our own home. Filter water on tap on every floor was amazing, the gym was huge, all the staff were incredibly friendly and happy to help. The beds were perfect, super comfy and we slept amazingly well, we heard absolutely no noise from neighbouring rooms. We will be returning again and seeking out this chain elsewhere.

It's a shame the rooftop terrace/bar isn't open yet - when it is, I can imagine this hotel will be even more excellent. The look on the outside isn't great (but this is really nit picking now!)

Such an ideal location for the city centre. About a 10 minute walk from everything necessary! The decor was gorgeous and so unique. The staff were so friendly from the get go. I mentioned on the booking the visit was for my boyfriend’s birthday and they left a complimentary slice of cake, couple of notes and a free upgrade! Such a lovely gesture that really wasn’t expected! Facilities wise there wasn’t anything not thought about. The tea and coffee station was stocked with snacks, slippers, dressing gown the lot! Well worth it.

If I’m being very nit picky the wiring for the lighting in the room was a bit odd. You couldn’t keep the bedside lamps on without having a main light on as well. But that’s very picky!

Our room was on the sixth floor overlooking the cityscape and we were blown away with it when we arrived. It was pristine clean with fantastic decor and quality furnishings and fixtures. The beds, pillows and linen were glorious to sleep on. Our group consisted of 4 ladies and there was plenty of space to dress and move around. The wardrobe was very quirky with coloured glass doors and more than enough hanging room for our clothes. Sheer curtains in numerous muted colours provided a soft light at the windows but additionally there were blackout curtains too. The cuckoo clock which chimed with a cockerel noise was fun (luckily the sound was very mellow and didn't wake us up when it went off !) The shower room was well stocked with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, together with plenty of fluffy white towels. The attention to detail was spectacular and we had a wonderful overnight stay. Just a shame that we couldn't have stayed longer !

The only real criticism would be that as there were 4 of us staying in the room, that there needed to be more hooks in the bathroom for hanging dressing gowns, towels and clothes etc. Other than that, it was perfect.

The hotel decor is fantastic. Super quirky and I loved all the little touches such as the duck in the shower, cuckoo clock, mini bar etc. It was my husbands birthday and there was a happy birthday message written on the blackboard, a card, and some treats, which we appreciated. The gym is fantastic, the best I've ever seen in a hotel. The reception staff and breakfast staff were very attentive. Breakfast was very good. We will look forward to visiting again when the rooftop bar opens.

The air-conditioning had a bright blue and red light, which we couldn't work out how to switch off, so I didn't sleep very well. (We should have texted the hotel to ask how to switch it off, so this was our error) Bed was comfy though despite this. The hotel also put a discretionary service charge on your bill, but we weren't made aware at checkout, so this was a surprise a couple of days later.

Absolutely everything! From the moment we entered until the moment we left! We were welcomed at reception, happy, engaging staff. Asking about us and our stay. Our room was absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect! Decor, amenities, comforts, and the bed! The linen was super comfortable, as was the bed and pillows! Our suite was spacious and super comfortable with room to relax and enjoy the stay. Upon leaving, staff were again engaging and happy. A wonderful experience from start to finish! We will DEFINITELY be staying here again!

I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. The location, cleanliness, decor, staff ! Literally such a fantastic weekend.

The location was great, we were going to the arena and it was a 5 minute walk. Close to the shops and restaurants too. A newly transformed hotel and furnished to a high standard with the rooms having quirky treehouse decor. The beds so comfortable and bathroom had shampoo, conditioner and shower gel but in large bottles. Mini fridge stocked and quite reasonably priced . A 10/10 from us
