The whole experience, the property and service, was much better than I expected. Refurbishment has been completed to a very high standard, exquisite design, superb workmanship. There is very evident attention to detail throughout, furnishings, wallpapers, decor, artwork and accent pieces, all work in harmony throughout, from reception, to corridors, bedrooms, all public spaces and event spaces. Breakfast was excellent, exceptional presentation on beautiful Royal Doulton fine bone china (Rondelay for anyone interested), perfectly cooked, with high quality local ingredients and no single use plastics in sight. The in room cosmetics are locally made, again, very high quality, sustainable and also avoiding single use plastics. The bedroom itself was lovely, very nice decor, and a perfect nights sleep. The location is very peaceful, so you can sleep with the window open and not hear a thing. The owners and the team should be congratulated for their efforts, they really understand high level hospitality and discreet high level service. We loved everything about our stay. It really was an unexpected treat and when we return to the area we would love to come back, next time for longer if possible.

Nothing, this is a perfect example of how to refurbish and operate a privately owned historic building.

Absolutely everything. Reymerston Hall was a fantastic, spotless , immaculate place to stay . The attention to detail is second to none . The room was spectacular, bed and pillows were so comfortable and we had the best nights sleep . The breakfast was amazing . The host Elizabeth was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We will 100% be going back to stay again . If you want a luxurious and comfortable stay in lovely settings with peace and quite , then this is the place to stay . We stayed in the little Nellie room, being the smallest room at the hotel we wasn’t expecting much but it was gorgeous, spotlessly clean with great facilities. Staff were very friendly not too over bearing and let us get on without bothering us but were there if we needed anything. The decor was all very new and modern, powerful shower with complementary soap & shampoo, breakfast was great, tasted lovely and very filling their own made strawberry jam was to die for im annoyed I came home without purchasing any. We even got given food after breakfast to feed the goats each morning which was lovely. My friend stayed in the largest room with the roll top bath by the window which was incredible. Overall a relaxing 2 night stay sound proof was perfect couldn’t hear neighbouring rooms or anything outside was total peace , would certainly stay again if we are ever in the area. One of best places we have ever stayed and we stay in hotels often. If you are wanting a peaceful, relaxing place to stay I would certainly recommend.

This is one tiny detail the bed wasn’t as comfy as the one we have at home but I think this is more a fact we are used to our mattress at home rather than it being uncomfortable, the pillows were lovely. Still had a great nights sleep though

The location is lovely, surrounded by fields with a lovely view from our bedroom. lots of ducks, deer and of course the goats. A very comfortable room and bed. Much thought has gone into this country house renovation into a stylish B&B. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of choice. You need to order the night before, but we had no problem with that. A very nice house with a fascinating history for lovers of 007. We stayed in the 'Little Nelly' bedroom. There are extensive grounds that you can wander around and also tables and chairs to sit outside in the summer.

They kindly offer drinks in the Drawing room , which you can help yourself to with an honesty payment. Sadly the bottles of wine were empty and the G&T would have benefitted from some ice. A small fridge perhaps? Still it was a lovely thought after an evening out to come 'home' to a night cap enjoying a local Gin.

Lovely property! All the rooms we used were really nicely decorated. The grounds are in a nice quiet location. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Would happily stay there again!

Nothing really. The only possible thing that I can think of that would elevate Reymerston Hall as a place to stay, would be if they had a way of offering some sort of dinner service. So that you could totally relax in the evening in their beautiful property, without having to drive in the dark to get to a restaurant during bad weather in the winter months. Apart from that... I liked everything else about our stay! I would come here again in the spring/summer months for sure!

The property was amazing. The staff warm, friendly and very accommodating. Also went above and beyond to cater for food allergys, they made us feel it was completely normal and no extra work.

Going home.

Breakfast was included in the price of the stay and was overall good value for money. There was an honesty bar which was a nice touch. The house has been lovingly restored to an extremely high standard and was incredibly beautiful with so much attention to detail. The grounds were stunning and there were 2 goats but the weather was awful so didn't get to have a proper look outside. It all looked absolutely stunning.

We received a warm and friendly welcome which provided us with all the information we needed to enjoy our stay, including suggestions for a local evening meal (10mins drive). The location is very peaceful and the recently refurbished accommodation is well thought out and has been carried out to a high standard. The Hall - or more accurately its previous owner - has an interesting history too. Car parking is available immediately outside the Hall's entrance door. Breakfast was ordered the evening before and very satisfying.

As noted by another guest, the curtain in our 'Queen' room with garden view (Cedar) doesn't fully cover the window when drawn because its heading has been gathered too much. There is a separate roman window blind but it doesn't fully darken the room.

The property is located in a quiet isolated area, but within a short distance of some of Norfolk’s best dining experiences! The Hall is full of history and restored to a very high standard. It feels more like visiting family, than a hotel. If bird watching is your thing you will not be disappointed (I was not) To too every thing off the owners source or produce everything locally even down to the homemade washing products!! One of if not the best overnight stays we have had in England!

Nothing not to like - wish we had stayed longer !!!

Beautiful large hall, situated in the heart of Norfolk with very pretty private land around it. The owners let us know they re-opened the hall a few years ago and it still looks very new and spotlessly clean, but with all the classic features intact, which we loved. We wish we had longer to enjoy the property and it’s surroundings, it would be so nice to go back in the winter to enjoy a drink by the fire after a country walk. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
