The room was a good size and had complementary code came in handy in the morning the guy who owns was lovely offered to carry my suitcase upstairs and down when we checked in and out nice guy the sheets where clean as was the room

There was a weird random painting on the wall facing the beds a couple hundred rainbow zebras staring at us when the light was off could see the outline it was unsettling the thing of nightmares

There was no lift access and lots of stairs. But the owners kindly carried our bags to our room. It wouldn't be good for someone with mobility impairment, however.

Check-in is very fast. The room is on the top floor. The room size is about 15 square meters. There is a 1.35m double bed, a 0.8m single bed, a writing desk, a wardrobe, a chair and a simple sofa. The room is equipped with refrigerator, electric tea kettle, electric fan, TV and lamp. The bathroom is about 3 square meters, equipped with toilet paper and toiletries, towels and bath towels, no slippers. Complimentary tea bags, coffee, cookies per guest. The overall experience is satisfactory.

The hotel is in a remote location. No room service.

Jericho is a wonderful neighborhood, with great cafes and an amazing pub just around the corner. It is also a pleasant walk to all the main sights of Oxford. We loved how easy it was to get to the good stuff! Our rooms had comfy beds and lots of space and a fridge. Our kids loved the tea stuff in the room.

It took us a little while to figure out how to check in, but we arrived quite late. Email instructions ahead of time might have helped but it worked out fine in the end.

Having stayed here before, I was happy that I got the same room as I had before. All clean & tidy and just as it should be. Easy to book in at the restaurant on the corner, next door and a main entrance a few metres away, up a short covered set of steps. This place is about 10 minutes Taxi away from Oxford Station (with heavy bags), about 20 minutes walk via the town or 30 minutes walk along the river & canal via a couple of interesting pubs with a ruck sack and spare time before booking in. Its pot luck if you drive, there aren't any dedicated parking spaces.

I don't think there was anything I didn't like about my visit this time.

Jericho Hotel is really beautiful, lives up to the expectations set out on pictures. We had a double room that was spacious enough for two people with luggage and the room was equipped with a large fridge for us to use. The staff were realy friendly and helpful, from carrying our bags to the room (which was on the upper floor) to coming to our table whilst we dined at the restaurant below. Our room appears to have faced the same side as the restaurant kitchen because every time we opened the window, the room filled with mouthwatering scents of delicious food - a perfect incentive to try if there ever was one! Given the fantastic location (almost exactly halfway between the fun parts of Jericho and the touristy parts of Oxford), it makes for a fantastic place to stay and I would certainly go back there again.

The only thing that could have been better was the bidet and the shower, both of which were slow to drain. They weren't so slow so as to prevent the facilities from working correctly, but certainly slow enough to be noticeable.

This little gem of a hotel was situated on a quiet street. That said it was just a few minutes walk to the town center and lots of great food options. The owner was amazing and meet us early (before check in) so we could drop our bags as we enjoyed the city the morning we arrived. Everybody was clean and well kept.

I would have liked more pillows. The pillows were a little small. But otherwise everything was great.

Located centrally and close to Little Clarendon street which is perfect for breakfast and coffee. Easy to reach by foot from the train station or Gloucester Green bus station. Great value for money, also in the restaurant right below the hotel.

The beds aren't very comfortable. The blinds don't block out all of the light so it can be quite bright in the morning. No beds for babies available upon request, booking an extra room is required instead

I had a beautiful and spacious room. The hotel is located in a nice area. The staff were extremely helpful. There are nice shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood and even an unfit, lazy person like me could walk to attractions and the railway and bus stations, but not with luggage though. This is a good spot from which to explore Oxford and vicinity. A fridge and ample coffee-making facilities also made the stay enjoyable. WiFi connection was good too.

The staff are not always available in the morning.

The staff was incredible… two of their employees helped us carry our bags up to our room when we got there, and they were waiting to help us carry them down when we checked out (no elevator, no problem). They also had a nice restaurant downstairs. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The bathroom looked newly remodeled with nice big towels and the shower was spacious and easy to use. Jericho was much bigger and nicer than the hotel we stayed in before that in London. It was a 10-15 minute walk to all of the attractions downtown and in a lovely neighborhood. We would definitely return.
