We loved how the breakfast was organised with it being on a self catering basis but all potted up ready and presented beautifully - especially the fruit. The quality of fixtures and fittings was excellent especially the shower cubical and it's power etc. The location was also lovely next to the sea.

We would have loved to make use of the fresh eggs in the fridge but we felt that the poaching machine wasn't the cleanest - not sure how you get round this tbf. The matress was also incredibly soft. We slept well to be fair but it wasn't very supportive, not sure how it would have gone if staying more than one night.

A bit of a walk into the town would be fine in the warmer months but was a bit windy and rainy. Would have preferred an option for milk with breakfast, full cream blue top makes me ill, so had to purchase some. Neither are a big deal and would definitely stay again and recommend to others visiting Penzance or surrounding area.

Fantastic set up. This is effectively an apartment with full cooking facilities and the breakfast consisted of a very well stocked fridge with everything required for an excellent breakfast. Way better than anything I have ever experienced before in any accommodation. I was with my daughter so I used the comfortable bed settee which was easy to set up and stow.

I always like to make a constructive criticism, but I cannot think of one. This is an excellent option.

Good location, very modern and new room, cosy, free parking possibilities in the same street. Restaurants and sea in walking distance, also the bus stop for the scenic tour only ca 5 minutes to walk.

Although it is cosy to have the breakfast in the room, it limits the options because it is just cereals or toast or cooked eggs. No chance to do scrambeld eggs or similiar. And also no chance to have alternative bread or a bit nicer stuff for breakfast than just toast. Fruit salad was great, although I personally prefer when it is only fresh fruit (there were peaches from the can included, the other fruit was fresh).

Lovely location, pleasant staff, clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was perfect and refreshed every day. Handy to the village centre and eating establishments. No problem finding a parking place for the car. The bed was comfortable and the outlook from front room was great. We would stay again

The bathroom was tiny and the door to it couldn't open fully because the bed prevented this.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely B&B and I couldn't be more delighted with my experience! The accommodation was impeccably clean and tidy, and it was obvious that great care had been taken to ensure that every detail was just right. The recent decoration added a modern touch and made the room feel fresh and inviting. What's more, the price was incredibly reasonable - especially considering the fantastic location, which was conveniently situated near all the attractions I wanted to visit during my stay. The friendly host went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable, and their helpful recommendations and advice were greatly appreciated. Although no croissants were provided, the in-room continental breakfast was absolutely delicious. Overall, I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a wonderful stay at a great price. It truly exceeded all my expectations.

The only potential downside to this B&B is that parking outside can be difficult at times. However, the host was extremely helpful in providing advice on nearby parking options, and I was able to find a spot relatively easily. Plus, the fantastic location more than made up for any inconvenience in finding parking.

The breakfast was nice and replenished daily, hosts were friendly and weren’t intrusive at all leaving us to relax but were onsite at all times if we needed anything. Greeted us on arrival and asked us about our time there when leaving. The apartment was really well thought out and had a homely feel to it. The mirror in the bathroom was also heated so didn’t steam up whilst showering. Shower was spacious and had a good flow and good temperature.

There was quite a lot of dust on the floor under the bed, on the Back of the tvs and the blinds.

Duporth Guest House was perfect for our overnight stay in Penzance. Selection of cereals, tea & coffee was lovely, a little hot chocolate would have been a treat :) We had a good view of the sea. We met the Housekeeper who was friendly, informative about the leaving our luggage & about Penzance.

very good ingredients supplied for breakfast. Great little egg boiler gadget - even if it did set off the smoke alarm. Rooms and beds great for the 3 of us

My instant reaction was how clean the building smelt as we first walked in and that's huge for us. The location was fantastic and then the room was very clean and we loved the kitchen set up, my wife in particular was impressed with the fresh fruit and yogurt, what a great idea, the containers were a nice touch too. Overall we felt the room was very welcoming and our host Steven was very friendly. Would definitely recommend.
