Peace and quiet. Great views. Staff were lovely. The room was huge!!! Clean and comfy. Better than I was expecting. The bar / restaurant is the gold club house but don't be put off the locals were all friendly and chatty. Beer and food were great too.

The guest access to hotel building is a temporary code door that wasn't lit well, and I really struggled to get open, although the beers probably didn't help.

Friendly staff, helped to book taxi's for us on arrival. Very friendly and informative throughout and also very friendly when checking out. The room was much more spacious than we anticipated and the bed was huge and very comfy. TV built. The room and the facilities exceeded our expectation. The friendly staff should also be mentioned.

I am being picky that the hot water in the shower seemed to run out around 10am when I had a shower. Unfortunately we couldnt get it to go back warm.

The bed was really comfortable, I slept so well! The shower was also really lovely. The best part though was the staff - we were staying there for a wedding at a nearby venue and when we had trouble with the taxis we'd booked in advance, one of the girls on reception drove us there in her car!

There wasn't much choice for breakfast, it was all quite heavy stuff, I would've really just liked some fruit and yogurt.

Amazing view, quite area.The bed was huge and very comfortable .Great facilities,plenty options available. The carpet was so fluffy, we loved it. We could set up the room temperature too. The bathroom was huge,nice and clean.Shampoo-shower gel provided.Bonus:Extra towels Lovely room.We were very satisfied with this place and we will come back next year again.

The bungalow was very spacious, clean, warm and great value for money. In the description it didnt mention a fully fitted kitchen with every amenity...excellent. We will definitely come here again.

There is a large pothole on the road outside the bungalow which is impossible to miss....needs filling in.

Breakfast was excellent. Enjoyed the perfectly poached eggs and the mini English breakfast was ample. Loved the location, with clearer weather the views would have been brilliant. Enjoyed a local walk. Perfect location for visiting lovely Saltburn by the Sea.

Dinner menu fell short due to omissions on the menu eg no salmon or vegetarian curry.

Large clean room. Sea view was disappointing. The young lady who felt with us was brilliant. Even though she was the only member of staff

The golf club was locked up, leaving people staying overnight a little isolated as no night staff on duty

Location was very good.

The room was a great size with plenty of storage. However the carpet hadn't been vacuumed. Tea and coffee facilities were great.large bathroom with plenty of white fluffy towels. I would recommend staying here to friends.

Excellent location for touring Yorkshire moors and coast. Meals were excellent and staff very obliging. The views were amazing overlooking sea and coast. Room very clean and large. Very quiet at night.

Nice big bedroom, and a nice clubhouse. Room was a bit dated, but comfortable. The breakfast in the clubhouse was very nice and good value.

A little bit dated and could probably do with a bit of a refresh
