Very friendly welcome, Tracey is a great host as is her husband. The building is beautiful. Little extras in the room were greatly appreciated. Spa bath was relaxing after a hard nights dancing at a wedding..reccommendations for eating out were useful, thank you. Breakfast was exceptional, the fresh strawberries were lovely

Disappointed the out door tub was not open Nobody's fault at all but i was bitten alive by mosquitos so would take spray next time

Beautiful setting, hosts were very welcoming. Complimentary tea and fresh scones on arrival which was a very nice touch. Room was very clean and spacious with lots of little nice touches such as complimentary Brandy, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and cookies. En-suite bathroom was lovely with large walk in shower and spa bath. Large 4 poster bed which was really comfortable, had a great nights sleep. Great breakfast with plenty of choice.

Breakfast was excellent, and we were greeted on our arrival with the best home made scones and cream made by Tracy and welcome tea. The location and environment were perfect. a beautiful garden, quiet surroundings and lovely building. Our room was comfortable and had a large bathroom with lovely jacuzzi within it. All in all an excellent stay, and we could store our bikes safely in the garage over night. Very warm and friendly.

Incredibly helpful staff, the honesty bar is a very nice touch and is reasonably priced. The breakfast was incredible both mornings, plenty of choice. Between us we had the boiled egg and soldiers, normal eggs benedict, eggs benedict with black pudding and smoked salmon with scrambled egg and some fruit. Food was cooked beautifully and we were even greeted with freshly baked scones and tea, on arrival.

Kids enjoyed the gadgets provided which allowed us to get ready in the mornings. also the hot tub was fun for the kids the first 2 days. Then the temperature dropped and we couldn't get it back up again. The surrounding area was beautiful and great for dog walks. All linen was crisp and clean. TV's in each room was amazing.

Worth noting that all the films and games are too scratched to play on the xbox. The blinds could have been black out blinds which would have helped the kids sleep past 5am. The light in the rooms was so bright once the sun came up.

Beautiful house in a great location. Friendly and welcoming owners. We stayed in the self catering and our girls loved the hot tub which has a lovely view. Self catering lodge was clean and very well appointed with everything you could need. Kids also loved the trampoline and the cats! Fabulous!

The hosts, the room, the available facilities and the breakfast were all outstanding. A beautiful period house that oozes history and charm but has modern facilities. We had the 4 poster room and the power shower and spa bath were brilliant. The quality of the toiletries and other small touches of beverages and a brandy topped it all. Tracy and Steve also provided scones, cream and jam on arrival, what a welcome! Gluten free is clearly understood and catered for. Highly recommended, will come again.

Great location to access attractions/beaches in this area. Wonderful accommodation; immaculately presented & equipped especially details like towels, sheets, toiletries. Spacious and the hot tub!

We had a reaction to the hot tub but put that down to sensitive skin than anything else. Hosts were wonderful when we told them and took time and care to follow up.

The landlady and landlord, the place was intimate friendly nothing pretentious about it just honest and lovely.

Just a small issue, quickly resolved, with the hot water. Nothing major.

It was so easy to find and it’s so idyllic on arrival. Pulling into the manor house car park makes you feel like you’re arriving to a luxurious escape, and that’s exactly what we got.
