The facilities were clean, spacious and more than suitable for our needs. The staff were friendly both on the hotel side and the bar side when we had meals and drinks there. Parking was available free to hotel guests. We needed disabled access for one guest which was provided no problems with one of our rooms. Tea and coffee making facilities were available in our rooms. It was a very family friendly place we would definitely stay again. Our room tv wasn't working when we arrived the reception staff was going to try sort it whilst we were out and if not offered to move us rooms if it couldn't be fixed. She managed to fix it and let us know straight away.

One suggestion would be to provide a jug in rooms to refill the kettle for people with poor dexterity. The toilets in the bar only one side were open so we needed to sit in the same spot every night we were there due to access for our disabled guest. One of our guests heavily relies on the Internet daily as that is his connections to the outside world and the WiFi wasn't working.

How everything was on the door step Beach Shops entertainment our early riser breakfast there was spot on every day staff was friendly we have stayed here before cause we like everything about it we like the Superior King Size rooms with the King Size Beds and the walk in shower yes all good 👍 😎 😀

Just one thing loved the room we was in just a green light stayed on all night above us so the room was light at night to go to sleep I'm thinking it's a night light just had to put cover over eyes to block the light to sleep ✨️

It would have been great to have breakfast included in the price. Although a 10% off card was provided it was nit highlighted so therefore we did not realise we had this until departing are room, I know the responsibility here is partly our own fault though. I also believe it would have been beneficial to have been informed of entertainment on during our stay with times, and more information about meal times, etc. Moreover, key areas or places of interest for families who have never been to the area would have been helpful.

That the family room shut early. I also did not like that the lighting near the mirrors in the room was poor, and that the TV was switched off at the mains which was in a very high position meaning it was dangerous reaching to turn this on for the TV to work

right at the heart of the resort. Easy access to skegness and chapel by walking across the top of the beach or by bus every 15 mins. Staff at hotel very friendly, food at hotel was very good value for money and the discount of 10% off food if staying at hotel was fabulous. The room service cleaning team were great. Room only cleaned if you asked but the team asked everyday if you needed anything for your rooms eg, tea, coffee etc

nothing to dislike about the accommodation however, the family room didn't open till 5pm

The room was so big, there was plenty of room for us all. The room was very clean, 2 sets of bunk beds, a double bed and a settee bed. Ideal for a family. Kettle, cups, tea, coffee and biscuits. Perfect way to start the day. Also had a hair dryer and fan to help keep the room cool. Fresh towels and bedding all included. Staff were lovely very friendly and helpful. Would definitely go back there again. Pub/restaurant downstairs, guests get 10% off food and there is ample parking which is also free to guests.

Nothing it was brill.

Stayed in the Dunes. This was our 3rd stay. We highly recommend the Dunes for any adult travellers as it is away from the rest of the hotel and you don't get any noise from families and/or groups. The room was excellent as usual. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were very spacious and clean. I felt safe and secure staying here. Free parking is a big bonus. Comfortable bed.

The bathroom needs better ventilation as it smelled musty. Netflix not working on the TV (very minor issue)

Good location with short walk to beach and to Fantasy Island. Good bar with reasonably priced food of which the evening meals were okay but we waited for 1.5 hours. The drinks are expensive compared to other places. Breakfast from the bar was very good in the morning. Friendly and helpful staff.

We had booked 4 rooms and all occupants complained that you could not heat the rooms as they got cold at night. No hand wash in dispenser by sink. One bin was not emptied from previous guests. No cot in one of the rooms that we had requested though the receptionist did source one after 2 hours of checking in. Noise from outside air con unit for the pub which we did complain about and was told that it goes off when the pub closes - of which it did. Noise from other guests in corridor late at night / early hours of morning including children running up and down the corridors but this is not the hotels fault.

Beautiful rooms Clean smart TV Gorgeous shower Modern design Perfect location Loved that there was 10% off however can only be used when you have food and we wasn’t hungry so couldn’t benefit when trying to get drinks

Very cold.. we did turn the heating on manually when messing with the radiator but for some reason it just got cold again.. waking up in the morning to a freezing room wasn’t fun …
