Really comfy, the transfer to the airport was very efficient

We thought the hotel was nearer the actual terminal, but it is a taxi ride away.

When we arrived, we were allocated a room that was a little 'whiffy' to say the least (Room 123)! However, when we asked to move rooms, the front desk staff couldn't have been more helpful, apologetic and accommodating. Our new room was clean, spacious and quiet. 20 mins drive from Terminal 5, with a WeKnowLondon shuttle available for seven pounds each; book online for best deals. 24 hour M&S in garage over the road. Buffet breakfast is good.

smoking area outside the hotel is too near the entrance. The smoke wafts in through the revolving doors, and is also unpleasant when leaving and entering the hotel.

Loved our stay here, and came back a few times because of travel plans involving Terminal 5! Counter staff friendly, accomodating and helpful, and the rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet. 20 mins drive from Terminal 5 with shuttle transport available for seven pounds each. 24 hour M&S over the road at the garage, and we found a walking trail, next to the Queen Mother Reservoir, towards Datchet, which meant we weren't just trailing the busy streets around the hotel. Check out is 11am and you can also negotiate a later check-out time if needed.

Reception team was exceptional! They took care of everything I needed. Bar staff was super friendly as well and family oriented. Everybody seemed to have lots of patience with babies and kids, one of the bartenders even offered my son an apple juice! Brakfast was also lovely.

Housekeeping team. Towels were dirty so didn’t use them. I stayed for 2 nights and I know they are meant to change bedsheets after the 2nd night but ours got dirty after the 1st night and it hasn’t been changed. The head cleaner came across as abit rude she just came at my door with the other room attendant and she asked “you want service or not?” As if it waa my fault that they didn’t get to clean the room until 2PM( I was out at 9:30 and came back at 12:30 cause I had to put baby to sleep)

convenient location close to Heathrow T5, great free breakfast included and comfortable rooms beautifully clean. We used the bar for a drink and the staff were very attentive and welcoming. There is parking which is part covered which was handy with the snowy conditions.

Paying extra for the parking, £16 for an overnight parking charge felt expensive when we were staying and drinking in the hotel

The bed was comfy, television worked fine, customer service was great, clean room

shower was quite cold even when turned on, one of the plug sockets didn't work, funny noise all throughout the night from the aircon even when turned off, hallway carpets needed cleaning, car parking was cramped, breakfast - water for tea facilities was brown and was not like it was boiled, scrambled egg was a funny taste, cutlery was dirty

1. Food and beverages. Free breakfast comes with the stay. Quuite a bit of choices from bacons, sausages, baked beans, yogurt, toasts, croissants, cornflakes, juices, coffee, latte, choco, mocha and etc. even got soya milk for my daughter who was allergic milk. 2. Staff who were friendly and ever willing to assist. 3. Room service who changes and makes up the bed and replenishes the consumables everyday. 4. Only set back is dinner. Limited choices of ala carte.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Check-in was surprisingly quick despite the lobby being full of guests. The buffet breakfast was great - a really good choice of food and drink. Travel from Heathrow airport is reasonably inexpensive and relatively straightforward, either by no. 4 bus from airport or shared e-shuttle back to airport. Full-price taxis are expensive.

I would have liked a reasonably-priced shuttle to and from the airport provided by the hotel. It was difficult to find out how to get to and from the hotel without paying a lot of money for a taxi, although on my 2nd visit I knew what to do.

Situated well for Thorpe Park. Rooms are big enough to be comfortable with children (There is a desk for doing homework!). Kettle in the room for tea. Breakfast was acceptable and plentiful. Hot food was bacon egg sausage and beans. There was cereal and bread to toast, croissants and yogurt and stewed fruit. On our final morning there were not hot drinks because there was no water. This was not just the dining room but the entire hotel and lasted a couple of hours. Parking is on the grounds and charged as extra (£16/ 24 hours) All in all good value for ££

Couldn’t be helped that there was no water Sunday morning but I still didn’t like it!

Loved the ease of reservation very clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, clean bathroom with amenities and great shower pressure. Wonderful full breakfast included that had variety of hot and cold selections.

Knew that the hotel location was off site and still about 3 km away from LHR Terminal 5. But needed better explanations on transportation options from T5 to hotel ie bus #7 at platform 8 (fare $2 with credit card or $6 cash per person), pre ordered e-share ride at $5 per person, taxi, $25, etc. Suggest that the hotels have some airport shuttle bus that has every 30-60 minutes, LHR airport is confusing enough for the casual traveler without stress of how to navigate to hotel. Very limited dining options outside of hotel and wasn't aware there was food available to order at the bar.
