Really liked the food in the restaurant in the evening , it was excellent. Especially enjoyed the Sunday dinner ,lots of tasty veg and yummy gravy.

We weren't told when we booked that hotel guests can only use the spa facilities before 11 and after 3 . It was apparently in the book in the room which most people don't read unless they want some info .It was annoying as it forecast rain so we went out early to come back and use the spa ,very disappointed. When we complained at reception ,there was no apology atall . Strange arrangement for breakfast , the food was out but was served by the staff . Breakfast is not same standard as restaurant .Cheap ketchup , beans ,tinned mushrooms .

Really enjoyed our stay! Couple in our 30s wanting a quiet night away. Room was big and spacious, huge comfy bed! Spa was lovely to use and clean. We had evening meal in the restaurant and the food was very very good we both enjoyed our meals (I had lamb and husband had steak) Breakfast the next morning was great, helped ourselves to fruit , yogurt, cereal, hot and cold drinks etc and then can order hot breakfast also. Despite there being a big charity party on that night we didn’t hear any noise as placed in room in the spa building so didn’t affect us at all.

Only thing that would make it better would be perhaps upgrading the bathrooms/rooms as they did look a little dated but we didn’t mind that at all personally and everything was clean. Would deff stay again :-)

We came on a particularly busy day where a wedding was going on, we went to @the bar@ ordered our drinks and say down to enjoy them after a long hard day at work. We got a few funny looks from the customers, and it wasn't until we'd had 3 drinks and were leaving that it was mentioned that the bar we were in was for the exclusive use of the wedding party. Not once were we asked to go to the other bar, which was a really nice touch. Food was exceptional and the service staff amazing with a very friendly attitude.

Could have stopped the horrid Welsh weather HEHE

Pool good size and my son enjoyed the gym and sauna. The food was very good quality. Huge breakfasts! We ate one evening meal at the hotel and it was excellent. Very clean rooms.

Most of the staff were friendly except one or two. The receptionist with piercings and tattoos was a little bit rude upon arrival. Some of the furniture in the room must have been at least 20 years old but the bathroom was better. The key system to get in the rooms was temperamental and didn't work despite them being kept away from mobiles as suggested.

My husband and I came to stay due to a passing of a relative. We booked last minute as we were travelling up to Swansea. Upon arrival, we had a warm welcome by the receptionist. Our room was roomful and clean. Nice large towels, little toiletries, tea, coffee sachets. The staff throughout our few days were so caring and friendly. The daily breakfast was so delicious, a large variety of breakfast choices. The breakfast staff were so friendly, polite and helpful We had an evening meal in the restaurant. Our meal was amazing, amazing starter and main meals. Tie waitressing staff were so attentive, friendly and polite. The staff are a real credit to the Tower Hotel. The Tower Hotel is situated in a quiet peaceful location plenty parking space. Highly recommend this hotel 😊

The wooden furniture feels al little dated and no bottes of water upon arrival.other than nothing else was wrong.

The staff were really friendly. The pool is lovely and it was really nice that they let our children in later in the evening as it was quiet and we arrived late. It was also a huge treat for them being allowed in the jacuzzi and sauna!

Limited showers in the changing rooms and it was pretty messy and no shower gel left by the time we left there at 8pm ish. The breakfast, although nice, was very limited on the buffet/continental table and annoying that the staff had to serve us the cooked breakfast. It felt a little bit lacking in generosity and abundance (unlike other similarly priced hotels that we’ve stayed in).

We had a lovely, large room with plenty of cupboard space, tea-making facilities, a fully equipped TV, and a modern bathroom. We had a delicious cooked breakfast every morning; one could choose which items one wanted. We had a tasty meal in the hotel restaurant in the evenings; there was plenty of choice. The hotel pool was pleasant and warm. The staff, especially the receptionists, were very helpful to make our stay as comfortable as possible, and we were impressed how friendly they were too! There was a bus service five minutes away from the hotel to Swansea town, which was very useful.

It would have been nice if there were towels rails or hooks in the bathroom, there was only a single one on the door!

Excellent food, can’t praise it enough. Great traditional British selection and cooked to order, the breakfast was also cooked to order so nothing was dry. Leisure facilities were in good condition and clean. The bed was very comfortable and rooms a good size. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Can easily see me staying there again.

It’s only a small negative, but the wooden decor in the building needs refreshing but everything else is decorated well.

We arrived a bit earlier than planned and was told our room was ready for us. We used the swimming pool and spa facilities which were great. We pre-booked a table in the restaurant for an evening meal. The service was brilliant and the food was delicious. We had a drink in the bar area and watched the rugby. The staff in the restaurant and bar area were very friendly. We had breakfast in the morning, you could have English and continental. Again the food was very good. All staff were very helpful and polite. Overall, we had a lovely little break and can't wait to return.

Beautiful stay! Staff lovely and welcoming. The swimming pool and spa was incredible!

There was a major concert on, which they didn’t prepare of in regards to food and maybe opening kitchen a little earlier so we could eat before concert. Continental breakfast was limited. Cooked perfect was ok, the meat quality was very good, but the rest was meh. One Staff member in the breakfast service was, let’s say a little abrupt and rude. Treatment for the spa was on the high ride and personally would pay the price they was trying to charge.
